Thors plan, it had some holes in it, but I had to say, it was the best one that we had. He was mad, he was still grieving, but everyone at our table knew that the king had completely lost his mind – it had just taken some longer than others to figure it out. Lady Sif was going off to get Jane out of her prison cell, she had been moved into a more comfortable place after both Thor and I had put up a fit over where she had been placed, the others were going to make sure that our path was cleared to make our way out of the kingdom, and even further than that, out of Asgard. We were going to take the fight to the dark elves, who had killed Frigga, tried to take Jane away, and basically tried to take over our realm. Thor figured out that Odin was willing to have all of our men killed before he would actually do something about the war, Thor wanted this over with, anyone could tell it, and he knew that Loki would be able to help out with that. I was going to help Thor get Loki out, be a peacekeeper in a way, but also to use a little magical force if it was needed. I kept my head down low, a cloak over all of my body, hands clasped together and as went down the darkened halls.
The cloaked covered my S.H.I.E.L.D catsuit, the one that I usually wore when I was on a case on earth. The belt that wrapped around my waist was filled with different weapons, ones that I did not know if I was going to need and others that I just liked to have around. I felt a little happier when I was in the uniform, like it was a right of passage, me finally going off to war with Thor and Loki, doing something that a princess should not be doing, and all the while wearing pants as I did so. Yeah, I had fought with them and gone off on trips that had turned into battles, but this was something different, Thor was going to take me, possibly bring me to my own death, and he did not care if I was a woman or if I was his sister, he needed me, and I was going to make sure that I had every weapon that I could think of to get us there. My boots clicked off of the floor, the combat boots that I had worn so many times before, the guards looked up but only thought that it was some form of heels or commoner shoes. My hair was pulled up into a tight bun to keep it away from my eyes, which were just under the edge of the cloak. The only thing that told that I was a princess was the crown that Frigga had given me, the one that I wore no matter what when I was in Asgard, but that was hidden well under the hood of the cloak.
The guards looked to me, I kept my head hung low, and they did not see my face whatsoever. They tried to tell me to leave the area, thinking that I was some maid girl of the palace, the last thing they saw was the smile coming from my face as I threw a electric disk that Natasha had given to me in their general direction and chuckled as they fell to the floor as I walked by, flinging the doors open as Thor came and started to walk beside of me. I kept my hood up as we walked right up to his hell, it looked like he had not had a meltdown, that he was normal and fine, but I could see through all of the magic that he had up, I could see through to him. I smiled lightly as I noticed that my sister was sleeping, safe and sound, in her cell, she looked at peace. Sadly though, she was not who we were after, she would have to stay right here for the time being. As Thor started to talk to Loki, I kept watch, making sure that the guards were out cold and making sure that the other prisoners would stay asleep.
" She is not coming with us." Loki said as he stepped out of the cell, I smiled as I felt his hand wrap around my shoulder.
" Don't start with me, Loki, I can put you back in that cell that take my sister to do this job just as well as you can." I lied through my teeth as I shut the doors tightly to the prison and sped up my pace, not really wanting to hear anything that they were saying to one another, they always fought like children when they first saw one another.
" You want to have a chat about America." I heard a new voice call as I turned around and just smiled to find that Loki had changed himself into Steve before Thor placed his hands on his mouth and slammed Loki into a beam.
" I always had a thing for Steve." I smiled as both Loki and Thor just starred at me, Loki with jealously in his eyes and Thor with a little bit of fear. " What? Have you seen his ass? You could bounce a quarter off of that thing, it's amazing." I said as I turned the corner to find that Lady Sif had already found Jane and I ran and pulled her into my arms.
" Didn't think that I would ever see this side of you." Jane said with a small smile as I placed my hand on her face.
" Neither did I." Lady Sif hissed as I just scoffed to her.
" This is not the way that I wanted you to see my homeland. Are you alright? Did the treat you well? How is the dark magic, has it gotten any worse?" I questioned, only then realizing how much I had been worrying about her.
" Yes, yes, I am fine. Really, they treated me pretty well compared to most that I saw down there." Jane said with a smile as I lightly pet her hair down. " So whats the plan?"
" Your boyfriend is being insane and we are going to take the fight to the dark elves and hope for the best." I shrugged, I knew that Loki and Thor were coming up with a plan all of their own, but if they told even me, it would mess something up.
" Ahh, perfect." Jane said with her normal confused nod.
" Oh yes." I said with a smile as I looked back to find that Thor had shackled Loki up. " Oh, kinky. Hey Loki remember that one time that we-"
" Your. . ." Jane said as she started to walk up to the man.
" Hello, I am-" Loki was cut off with a punch to the face, I could tell just by the look on his face that he was over exaggerating the amount of force in the punch by throwing his head to the opposite side. " Oh I like her." He added.
" Listen Jane, I may care about you, but try that again and you will be taking this trip as a broach." I said as I went over to Loki and placed my hand on his face. " Are you alright?" I asked as he just smiled to me before he put his normal cold exterior on and lightly shoved me away.
" Yes, well now that that is all said and done, I say that we get out of here." Lady Sif said as I took hold of Loki's wrists and started to pull him along. We ran, we ran like hell to get to the thrown area but before we got there, the guards had finally caught on to our little plan. I pulled out a stun gun that I had, fully ready to fight each and every man, but Lady Sif placed her hand onto my chest and looked back to the rest of the, already running away.
" Go with him. You and I both know that you keep them both sane." She said as she pulled her sword out and was ready to fight.
" Here." I said as I pulled out a electric disk. " If there are too many of them, or if they just keep coming, run and throw this behind you. I know you do not like to run away from a battle, but this, this should help you get a heads up against them." I said as I placed it into her hand as she nodded.
" Thank you." She finally said.
" Amora!" Loki cried out as I looked from him to the guards.
" Go." She said with a nod as I booked it towards Loki and the others, getting into the thrown room to find how defaced it had been in the battle, I took a moment and just starred at the wreckage that had been the great thrown room a day before.
" Everyone in before they get here, that eletric shock will only give her a few moments and god knows that there are more coming." I said as I kept my gun locked and loaded.
" I thought that I said, no killing." Thor sighed as he tried to place his hand over my weapon.
" This one wont kill, just knock a person out for a few good hours, now if you do not want to be one of those people, I would take your hand off of my fun and get on that spacecraft before I use it on you." I hissed as he just shook his head and pulled Jane into the spacecraft, Volstagg saying a few threatening words to Loki before Loki got on as well.
" Go, Princess Amora." He said as he placed his hand on my shoulder and looked down to me with fear in his eyes, he really did not want to send me off with them, that made me smile lightly.
" I doubt that you can take on all of them all on your own, I cannot leave you here to fight all of them on your own." I said as I shook my head, I could see Loki looking from the doorway to the ship.
" And I cannot allow you to be imprisoned when you have so much that you could give to all of Asgard." He said as he wrapped his arms around my body and brought me onto the spacecraft before walking out of it and Thor slammed the door shut.
" Get this thing off of the ground before they get to the doorway Thor." I said as I shook my head, placing my gun into a thigh holster I had.
" Have I ever told you how much I love seeing you with all of those weapons around your body? Makes you look so sexy." Loki whispered to me, making me roll my eyes.
" Do not think that just because I love you means that I will not knock you out as well. Keep that silver tongue up." I said as he kissed my neck lightly.
" Wait. . ." Jane said as she looked from me to Loki to Thor. " Wait. . . you two are. . . that is why you would not hook up with anyone. . . man am I out of it." She said as I just chucked and gave Loki a soft kiss on the cheek before I went to Jane and placed my hand on her forehead.
" Thor, she is getting worse, hurt it up over there, what the hell are you doing?" I hissed as I noticed that he was just hitting all of the buttons that he could find.
" Maybe if you tried gently pressing them." Loki sighed as he looked to his brother as if he were talking to a five year old.
" I am pressing them gently, nothing is working." Thor said as he slammed down on everything.
" Move you fools." I said as I shoved my way between them and looked down at everything that was around. It was in a completely different language, a language that had thought to have been dead, and I all I could do was stare down at it for a moment before I hit a button with a picture that looked like it had wings on it before we started to float in the air. " See, all ya gotta do is take a moment and look at your surroundings." I smiled as I moved out of the way and allowed Thor to fly the thing.
" Told you." Loki mutter.
" Shut the hell up, Loki, you are not helping the situation any by putting more pressure on Thor." I sighed as we lifted off of the ground and flew right out of the kingdom as well. " But really Thor, can you be any less conspicuous? Flying an enemy aircraft out of the kingdom? We are going to have the air forced guards on us at any-" Before I could gear anything else out an alarm went off as I turned to find that the air force was trying to shoot at us. " Like I was saying." I sighed as Loki just chuckled.
" How I have missed having you around." He whispered to me as I just rolled my eyes once again.
" You better have." I smiled back to Loki before Jane collapsed onto the ground, I tried to run to her but Loki stopped me, grabbing onto my arm and holding onto it tightly.
" Oh, is she dead?" He asked with a smile as Thor looked from her to Thor to see his reaction.
" Probably, now will you let me go so that I can check?" I asked as I tried to pull away from Loki but he kept a tight hold on my arm.
" No, you and I both know that if she is dead, that magic that is within her will try and find a new host to stay within." He said lightly.
" And we both know that Loki would want nothing more than to have that magic for himself." Thor muttered as he kept flying.
" No, I would just hate to see the love of my life be killed by the thing that is going to kill your love. Besides mortality, that will kill her at some point-" I hit both Loki and Thor in the back of the head at the same time.
" Both of you, enough! God, what have you two become since I have been missing? Bickering like an old married couple that is ready to kill one another. Its sad to see the two of you like this, really." I shook my head as I pulled away from Loki and just looked out the window to find that they were getting closer to us as Thor shot through a bridge that, on one side, had their grandfathers statue on it, the wing of the spacecraft cutting his head right off of the body.
" And you just decapitated your grandfather." Loki sighed.
" Shut up, Loki." Thor replied with a grunt as I just started to laugh.
" Would you mind doing that again, but with your father, would really love to see that." I added as Thor just shook his head before he moved from the drivers spot.
" Both of you, out." Thor said as he pulled both Loki and I towards the open doorway.
" Are you mad? You are going to get us killed!" Loki cried out as I just shook my head, living for the adventure, and took a running jump out of the spacecraft, landing on my feet in a much smaller one, lead by Fandral. The hood to my cloak fell off to show who I was, which made Fandral bow and give his normal charming smile to me as Loki fell to the ground of the shit, landing on his ass as he did so, making both Fandral and myself chuckle.
" Looks like your time in the dungeon has not made you anymore graceful, Loki." He said to Loki as I helped the prince back up and onto his feet. " As always, a pleasure to see you, Princess Amora." He said as he took my hand and kissed it lightly, making me giggle before Thor, carrying Jane came landed on his feet on the ship.
" Touch her again and I will have your hands." Loki hissed as I just smiled to him.
" Oh yeah? And how are you going to cut them off, seeing as you are all shackled up." Fandral said, a friendly tone still in his voice, he was one of the only ones how had not instantly threatened Loki.
" I have my ways." Loki hissed.
" Get to flying the ship before Thor throws you off of this one." I sighed as Loki went in the other direction.
" You have the patients of a saint, I hope that you know that." Fandral said as I fell into his arms because of ships firing towards the ship, one side swiping us.
" And you still have the body of a god." I smiled to him as I pushed myself off of him. " Guess you're up." I shrugged as he looked towards Thor who just nodded.
" The golden trio back together once again and I do not even get to stick around to see how this is going to end." Fandral said as she shook his head, grabbing a rope that was attached to the ship as he went to the edge of the ship, leaning over it lightly. " For Asgard." He said before he jumped right off and I leaned over to find that he had jumped right onto a ship that was below us and instantly started to fight them off.
" For Asgard." I said once again as Loki put the ship into the fastest drive that it had, sending as far away from the fighting that was going on, everyone on the ship knowing that it may very well be the last time that we would ever see our homeland again.
