Chapter 21
"What do you mean by pits of hell?" asked Troy.
"Hmm?" asked Gabriella.
"You said are you ready to enter the pits of hell?" asked Troy.
"Oh I don't know," answered Gabriella. "I think I was thinking about telling my friends and then backed out at the last minute."
"Gabriella I don't care about that," answered Troy. "We can go to the pits of hell or we don't I don't care. I just want you."
"Well it's been ten months," said Gabriella.
"Brie we have one month left of school left," said Troy. "You are not spending four weeks being shunned
"I don't care I'm entering the pits of hell," said Gabriella. "Are you coming?"
"Yeah of course I am" answered Troy.
"Hi guys," said Gabriella, as she walked up to her friend, Troy in tow.
"What is he doing here?" asked Sierra, glaring.
Gabriella opened her mouth to reply and yawned.
"Why are you so tired?" asked Sierra.
"Couldn't sleep," muttered Gabriella, not looking at Troy.
"By choice?" he asked.
"English essay," she muttered.
"So that's why you skipped the movie?" asked Troy.
"What are you going on about?" asked Sierra.
"We watch a movie before bed," answered Gabriella. "Yeah that's why I had to get it finished."
"So you pulled an all nighter. When it's due in on Friday," responded Troy.
"Yeah, it's done now. Don't worry about it," said Gabriella.
"You're not her keeper Bolton," answered Sierra.
"I know," answered Troy.
"So you can let go of her and leave," said Sierra.
"Si we have to walk to homeroom now anyway let's just go," said Gabriella.
"We'll catch up," said Sierra.
"And now she's planning and speculating," whispered Gabriella, as she walked away.
Back down the hall.
"There's something going on," whispered Sierra, looking after Troy and Gabriella.
"You mean like there together or something because Gabriella would never do that for us. She has to know what he's like," answered Taylor.
With Troy and Gabriella.
Gabriella yawned.
"You're staying in my room tonight," whispered Troy.
"I know," whispered Gabriella.
They entered homeroom, the girls soon followed and before the bell went Tanya and her two friends flanking her.
"Montez!" called Tanya.
"Good god what does she want?" asked Gabriella, in a whisper to Sierra.
Sierra shrugged.
"Yes," answered Gabriella.
"Us girls want to know, now your mother's back with her new husband why can't you live with her," said Tanya.
"My mother isn't back," answered Gabriella. "And she's not married."
"Sure she is we show her on the porch this morning," answered Tanya. "Kissing some guy huge ring on her finger."
"Even if she is and I knew I wouldn't want to live with her. She left me on my own for months on end and now do you really think I'd want to hear her with her new guy?" asked Gabriella. "Especially if you think they're married everyone knows what newlyweds are like."
"So," answered Tanya.
"Would you want to hear your parents having sex?" asked Gabriella.
"No but-," answered Tanya.
"Then I think we've reached the end of our discussion. The Bolton's are like my family. Troy's mum and dad are more like my parents then my mother and nothing you can say will get me to move out of the Bolton's house," answered Gabriella.
Tanya huffed and went to sit down, her followers following her. Gabriella felt her phone buzz in her pocket.
Way to hold you own. Well done babe. Troy.
Thanks. Thinking about moving all my things into your house. Before my mother and her apparently new husband get there hands on them. – Gabriella.
I think you should check that before you take Tanya's word for it – Troy.
Ok. Darbus – Gabriella.
The couple put their phones away just in the nick of time and then it was time for the day of classes to begin.
