Scrolls after scrolls surrounded Daphne as she sat across from Nex. She manage to scrounge up some healing remedies that weren't damage or what was left of them. She let out a sigh, rolling up the one in her hand. It was about trade war that ignited between the Topaz Tribe and the Wende Tribe from 300 years ago arguing over the tariffs that been placed on each other for the Ebba Ore. A relic from the Fire Opal Kingdom that belonged to King Alistar Lux. Nex let out a groan, his eyes screw shut. His bandaged fingers twitch.

"What are you dreaming that is causing you so much pain?" Daphne pulled a wet rag from a bowl of water; twisting the excess water out. Slowly and gently, she pat his face before folding it smaller to lay across his forehead. Nex's mouth open and close before a wistful sigh escape his lips.

"Aisha..."

Daphne gave him a small smile.

"Aisha is strong. She will come back along with the others. Don't worry, you'll join them soon."

She reach for a beige scroll only to let out a startle scream in pain. Clutching her head as the agony drum across her skull in waves.

"This is a POWERFUL Fairy?" A voice snarked. "All I see is a week woman. A princess who should be dead but is alive."

"Gah!" Her vision was spinning, her knees buckling. "Who are you?"

In the corner of her eye, she could make out a figure of a pale woman dress in rags.

"You don't need to know, I just want Faery."

"I rather die!" Daphne growled out, beads of sweat dripping down her face.

"I can do that."

"Aarghhh!" Daphne's legs gave way, the pain increasing. Blood trickling down her nose. She could feel the back of her throat burn with blood. Ribbons of skin tearing off as her life ebb out.

"You are not the one. Just an obstacle in my way. Your sister on the other hand..."

The Nymph of Sirenix's eyes blazed with fury at the mention of her sister.

"You will stay away from my sister! Flame Spiral!" A red-orange and violet flame shoots out of her hand toward the figure. The figure side-step away in a blur that she appear before the Fairy.

"Tsk! You're lucky I'm in a good mood. For now." Molten yellow eyes struck her still from attacking. A spell on the tip of her tongue, a hand clutch at her throat.

"Don't even try, Fairy." With that, the figure was gone with a cackle of glee. "We will meet again! Next time Faery will be mine!"

On all fours, Daphne gasp in much needed air, her blood staining her clothes and the floor. A droplet of water fell to the floor. Lips trembling, Daphne began to cry.

Why am I the Nymph of Sirenix when I couldn't fight back? I was defeated in less than 30 seconds. Who is this mysterious enemy? Why attack me? Why Bloom? Who's Faery?

Looking over at Nex who was still asleep through all the chaos (She did give him a good dose of green Erlend, put the user to sleep to help the body speed the healing process.) she couldn't help but let out a bitter laugh.

"What have we gotten ourselves into?"

A cloak figure stood outside. There was nothing they could nor could they interfere. Their head turn in the direction where a battle is taking place.

"Beasts of Serda..." Lips twitched upward, "you've met your match."

"...!"

"...!"

Something was shouting in the far distant. The Fairy of Nature scrunch her eyes together, something sharp stab her abdomen. Head lolling down from the giant mouth, her eyes travel to where the voice was coming.

"...!"

"What?" She rasped, "Aaaaaahhhhhh!"

She was suddenly let go, the air wrench from her lungs. She landed hard on the hard sand in a cloud of swirling dust. One of the Beasts of Serda left her there, growling. Baring it's sharp, yellowing, teeth, claws flexing for a fight.

"Fl-!"

A hand braced against her stab wound, her head felt heavy as she lifted it up to peer up across the sand dune. She saw a figure surfing the dune with ease, their arms out in front of them. It seem they was firing something.

"Flora!"

"Helia?" She mummered, confused. Eyes wide, she use whatever strength she has left to get up with some difficulty. "Helia!"

"Flora!" Helia shouted again, firing yellow-green thorn-like rays of energy at the beast.

"Helia, run! Get out of here!" She shouted. The giant beast snarled, launching from it's haunches. Helia swerve to his right, nearly toppling off his board.

"Helia!" She looked around her surroundings, "There has to be something I can do..."

Helia continue his cat and mouse chase as the Beast of Serda swipe at him. He jump off, rolling underneath it's soft underbelly. The Specialist fire more shots before the Beast pull him out by the leg with it's teeth.

"Gah!" Helia screamed has bone broke through his armor and skin. Blood blooming in splotches of large rain droplets.

"Helia!" She screamed, "Lilac Vortex!"

Nothing.

"Nononononono," the Linphean could only stare in horror at her magic not producing.

"Breeze Blast!"

Nothing except for a green spark.

"Come on, come on!" She urged herself to help her boyfriend.

She only had time to watch in horror as the large, canine, mouth close around him.

"HELIA!"

A vivid burst of green, pink, and purple exploded around her, striking the beast squarely in the side. Thick green vines shot out from it's furs into the ground. It wrap around the large beast, pulling it down. Caging it. Flora pointed her finger angrily at it. The Beast of Serda's mouth was inches away from Helia's prone body.

"You shall go back to sleep," she waved her finger in an arch from her right shoulder to the tip of her left elbow. "Where you shall hurt no more. Rest."

She pause before continuing, a lone tear fell from her left eye. "May the Huntress guide you on your hunt in the Evers."

"Organic cube!" Tecna summoned up a defensive spell around the trio. Behind the neon-green cube-shaped shield, they watched as a large amount of magic surge outward from a few meters away from them. When the output of magic finally stop, they saw the Beast of Serda lying still. It was cover in thick green vines.

"Alright, Flora!" Stella whooped, pumping her fist up into the air.

"Stella," Aisha hissed in warning, "celebrate later. We have a rescue mission to complete."

"Oh, right," Stella's face drooped down.

"Now is not the time to be bickering," Tecna cut in. " We must see if Flora and Helia are alright."

"Right!" The Fairies of the Shining Sun and Waves nodded their heads. Once Tecna pull the shield down did the trio fly down to investigate the situation. Avoiding the "sleeping" creature, they rush to their conscious friends.

"Flora! You're okay!" Stella squealed in delight, swooping down next to her friend. The Fairy of Nature gave her arriving companions a small smile.

"I would love a hug, Stel, but I don't think I can take one at the moment," Flora said, finishing wrapping Helia's wounded leg.

"How bad is it?" Aisha asked as the Fairy of Technology pull out her scanner.

"Puncture wound, straight through the bone too," Tecna answered.

"Can you stand Helia? I need to know if one of us needs to hold on to you?" Stella asked. "Sometimes the senders tend to either land in a heap or on their feet."

"One way to find out," Helia grumbled as Aisha helped him up. Flora lean heavily against Tecna.

Stella put out her Ring of Solaria, flip it up catching it as a scepter. It has a cyan blue sphere on top of it, it has six orange jewel spheres, one in a middle and five around it forming the pentagon. On outside there's also five small spheres attached to the bigger ones.

"Let's do this! Next stop, the Starfire!"

In a tunnel of magic, they fell for what felt like hundreds of hours only took less than a minute. The portal open up to reveal the ship's deck.

"Get ready to land!"

And land they did, crashing through the deck and on top of some wooden beams next to Nate.

"I give up!" Nate threw his hands up in the air, walking away from the group. Dropping his tools to the side, he ignore Daphne as she poke her head to see the commotion.
