"What?!" Growled Lelouch.

"Even though he is your half-brother, he is still family to you and you won't be able to remain sane should you continue with what you planned to do." Richard said to Lelouch.

Lelouch was silent for a second before he sighed. "Very well."

Richard walked past him to Clovis, who was frozen in his place as he holds the tip of his katana. "This is for the crimes you have committed." Richard said as he glared Clovis in the eye before he unsheath his sword then he stabbed through his heart.

Clovis was agape as he felt his life leave himself before he closed his eyes and his body went limp. "Hail Romalia." Richard said as remove his katana from the massacre prince, he swings his katana on the floor with blood on it and he sheathed back before he turned around to see Lelouch glaring at him.

"For Justice." Richard simply stated before walking past him.

Its been few days since the Britannian forces lost the Battle of Shinjuku from unknown faction as citizens were mourning Clovis' coffin as the big TV from building which the news announce that Prince was assassinated. Before the news gave the information as the TV has gone into black replacing a golden CNN (Colonies News Networks) logo, a woman appears behind the logo name Kate Lockwell in the TV. She gave her apologize to the people as she gave her announcement. "Greetings, I'm Kate Lockwell of Colonies News Network, I would like to apologize for interrupting your favorite programs and today. . . I would like to give her a message to you and whole world which they need to know everything what we've got."

The TV has gone into black as the screen came back which the person was shown, Sindel wearing her Romalian Imperial robe as she began her speech.

"I address the Holy Britannian Empire, the Europa United, the Chinese Federation, the Japanese People,. . .

Many Japanese/Elevens from Area 11/Japan and abroad in Europia United and Chinese Federation were surprised that someone would acknowledge it by its former name.

. . .as well as every other human being on this planet. For the Britannians, you face a new enemy. . . the New Romalian Empire. We are a nation, formerly known as Neo Romalians, and before that, the Romalian Empire. Founded by my forefather of House Edenia and First Emperor of Romalia, nearly a century ago. I am Sindel Edenia, Empress of the New Romalian Empire. We, of the New Romalian Empire, are not of your world." Sindel announced. "We come from a different dimension and found ourselves traported into your world." Sindel's eyes on narrowed. "And we are not pleased at the actions of the Britannians, as they bully those they view as weaker than them, and hold no value to human life. As demonstrated in what you know as 'Area 11', but what I will always know as Japan! Where the Third Prince, Clovis la Britannia, ordered the 'Purge' of the Shinjuku Ghetto, resulting in Five hundred and seventeen innocent civilians being slaughtered, leaving thousands more wounded, and now homeless!"

The scene was change as footage, but this time of survivors from the Shinjuku Ghetto speaking out against Britannia.

"Mama!"

"The Romalians saved us, the Massacre Prince and his men were killing everyone around us. . . women and children."

"They killed my son!"

"My husband was murdered right before my eyes and he wasn't even armed."

The scene to Sindel as she continued her speech.

"With this act, the New Romalian Empire has also unanimously agreed to my next declaration to all of Britannia, as well as anyone who would abuse their power against the weak. As of this moment, I, Sindel Edenia, Empress of the New Romalian Empire hereby declare war against the Holy Britannian Empire, as well as any other factions or nations who side with Britannia. You think my threat is pointless? Let's see how wrong were you?"

The screen has changed into Britannian forces at Hong Kong (formerly Area 19) which it shown the occupying forces was destroyed by an Romalian firepower along with the assistance of Hong Kong Resistance Forces as it shown the people of Hong Kong are now free from Britannian rule and the Britannian transport planes and one of planes was a private plane aboarded by the former Viceroy of Area 19 fleeing. Before the screen went back to Sindel. "And now I'm reminding you. . . this is not your land. It's the Japanese land. The country is not yours and we'll take their homes back to gain their rights and freedom!" Sindel took a deep breathe. "And when this war is finished."

As everyone within Shinjuku and Île de la Cité in Europia United gathered around the nearest TV set to watch the broadcast.

"When Britannia has fallen. . . all will finally be at peace, and your world and New Romalia shall work together to create a brighter future for us all! We do not wish to rule or conquer anyone from your world, we shall like to help everyone if possible, the Chinese, the European, the Japanese, and the Britannian."

People's Palace, New Romalian Empire

"So I ask you, all of you." Sindel continued. "Please. . . lend Romalia your aid! For we promise you, we shall bring forth a world of peace you have never known! And we shall be triumphant, that I promise you!" She raised her fist in the air, and shouted. "HAIL ROMALIA!"

With that, the broadcast ended.

Every Japanese from Île de la Cité, Amsterdam, Shinjuku Ghetto, and the Area 11/Japan shouts and cries of appraise, and began chanting.

"Hail Romalia!"

"Long Live Japan!"

"Down with Britannia!"

She sighed, as she smiled. "And so. . . " She said it as she smirk. "A new war begins. But this time, a War of Liberation."
