Preview of Season 2:
She smiled happily "Well, we got married a year later. When I was in that Non Star season, Chris told me that I was not allowed to mention my marriage to him on the show. After that Total Brawl show, things got hard between us for some reason. Beth and Justin had an easier time as a couple than we did."
"I have lost a lot of patience that I had with Lindsay. I figured out that Chris tricked her into sleeping in him, and I just...lost it. It is like I mean so little to her that she will forget about me at any time. It is not even about her forgetting someone's name. I...I am losing it." Tyler angrily explained.
Lindsay pouted "I am sorry if you have shown not to be as much of a man as I thought. And I told you that it was an accident Tyler."
continued from last time...
Blaineley is sipping her water, as she sat and watched Bridgette and Geoff crumble and Duncan's eyes widened right before he ran to pull Geoff away aggressively, growling. "Calm the hell down."
Dakota was overly scared, and yelled to Josh and Blaineley. "SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESE JUNKIES. THEY WANT TO FIGHT. ARREST THEM."
Bridgette was already out of character from the drugs in her system, but as soon as she heard Dakota's voice, something in her snapped "ARREST? STOP with the OVER DAMN DRAMATICS, JUST LIKE it was when you and Sam STAGED that engagements for the damn cameras.", causing the fame monger to already run to her across the limo.
She charged over to Bridgette in a frantic rage. "YOU are so FUCKING DERANGED. You SERIOUSLY need help. Look at these two? You all will be dead in 10 years if you keep this up."
Geoff blocked Dakota's direction, and hovered over her in an aggressive way "FUCK OFF FAMEWHORE. We are as HEALTHY as WE CAN BE. You are IRRELEVANT, and NO engagement will change that.", as he grabbed her arm to pull her away.
Sam thought the worst was going to happen, so he ran across the limo and pushed Geoff off her. "DON'T you DARE. IF you DARE hit my FIANCÉ on television, your ass WILL be broke by ALL THE LAWSUITS you will receive."
He pushed back Sam, as he was only getting more amped up. "NO ONE was thinking about hitting Dakotazoid. I WILL HIT YOU THOUGH.", as many of the guys had to grab and restrain him. "GET OFF ME. GET OFF ME."
For some reason, Bridgette started to miraculously cry and yell at them. "LET HIM GO. HE DID NOTHING TO YOU PEOPLE. LET HIM GOOOOOOOOOO. NOOOOOOOO."
Courtney tried to ease her friend "There there. I...things will be fine.", to only have the high surfer push her off.
"NO. NO THEY ARE N...NOOOOOOTTTT." As she started to cry frantically.
Dakota could not believe this girl. "So NOW you are crying? What a WEAK ASS woman. This shit is too much."
Every couple except for Bridgette and Geoff were having their final breakfast at the home. "What the hell was last night about?" Asked Zoey, still lost on the events that took place.
Harold had no other option but to laugh at this point. "I told Geoff that him and Bridgette had white powder on their nose, and they lost it. I have never seem either of them act like that before."
"You see that all the time with people in the projects coming from a high. Those 2 changed into something that I do not recognize or like." Added Leshawna.
Dakota was still very frustrated with last night. "They are lunatics and crackheads. I could not even enjoy Sam and I getting engaged because of their shenanigans. Crazy dingbats."
"Congratulations on that by the way." The criminal awkwardly congratulated, as he could really care less.
Bridgette and Geoff awkwardly entered the living area, and received some distant, dirty, and saddened looks, and they both knew that they have to apologize for their behavior. "Listen everyone, I am sorry for the behavior that my husband and I did last night. We were both high off of cocaine, and wanted to sniff a final line before going to rehab later tonight. We have been through so much, and this experience has been so stressful. We found it when Blaineley told us to go take some medical tests. I am not that aggressive, foul woman and it is upsetting that I lost myself. I realized I caused you all fear and anger in that limo."
Geoff spoke for himself. "What she said. I did not want our last evening here to be like that. Never again."
Leshawna accepted. "I accept your apologies. You did say some truth out there, but we all got mad too quick. What do you think Harold?"
"Fuck you Bridgette, and Fuck you Geoff." The redhead told them.
Harold explained in his final confessional. "I never liked Geoff, but he has shown an ugly and demonic side since being here. Bridgette will do anything that Geoff does, and they both are hypocrites and crack heads. I don't owe them a damn thing."
Duncan went to hug Geoff. "It is cool bro."
Josh and Blaineley showed up in the room, and were overly thrilled "WELCOME TO THE FINAL DAY. Are you all happy that we are at the end?", with all of them saying "YES."
Josh continued with his speech "You know, when Celebrity Manhunt got cancelled all those years back, it was hard to get by. As Hollywood rejected me more and more as the years went on, I realized that I have this to fall back on, and piloted this show. I will miss you all, and I am sure you all will miss Blaineley and I.", to only receive dead silence.
Blaineley rolled her eyes. "Just get to the good part. Anyways, we have one more task for all of you, and you will have to be separated from your partner. Who wants to go first?"
Since there is nothing to salvage in her eyes, and wants to be able to leave early, Zoey raised her hand. "I will do it."
"Perfect. Mike, you come with me, and Zoey will go with Blaineley." Josh told the soon to be divorced couple.
Josh and Mike are in front of 2 doors, and the latter was confused by the exercise "What is the point of us standing in front of two doors, with one saying "Freedom, Unchanged Mike, and Adventure" while the second one is "Zoey, Always be the flawed one, and Be Unsuccessful in Career"."
"Well, one door will take you to where you and Zoey will meet up, and while you won't be as free and successful, but you will have the love of your life. The other door will give you the freedom, success, adventure you want, and to live the life you want without restraint, but Zoey won't be there. You will have to make a choice, and you will have to go through a door." He explained.
Mike looked at both doors, and they were tempting. "On one hand, Zoey is leaving me anyways, but I want to fix things. Deep down, I want us to be together, but I do not want to have to be restrained to do something, or to act a way. I have barely lived, and I am 22 years old. I do not know what to do at the moment."
Josh explained in his confessional. "This challenge will force them to make a choice. One of them will suit the interest of their partner, and the other will suit the inner desires of themselves. And the think is, even if you choose the door that will lead you to your partner, that does not mean that they will be there. Because they are by themselves, it will be easier for them to do without their partner's presence reminding them of what they think the individual should do. It is a final way to get them to think before leaving this house and season."
Blaineley and Zoey were in front of 2 doors, one saying "Heal Mike, Deal with his lies and trouble", while the other said "Reunite with family, move on to bigger and better things"
Zoey did not get any of this. "What is this all about Blaineley?"
"Well, you have to make a final choice before leaving this house. One door will lead you to Mike, but it also means you will have to continue to serve, be hurt, betrayed, lied to, and isolated time and time again by this man you thought you knew so well. You feel like you had to change to be with him, and lose all of your identity, correct?" The older blonde woman asked.
She started to get jittters, and overly emotional. "I do love Mike, and he was really one of the first friends I have ever made, and my first lover as well. But I cannot deal with all of the lies, deceit, and the controlling issues he has. But I honestly do not know how life will be without him."
"But the other door will be you reuniting with your family that you missed for so long. You could go back to the small town you were raised at, find a nice country boy to date and marry, and live a very down to earth life. You could be with the people you love and that raised you. Your family will show you and teach you how to be a grown, individual woman, but this means that you will have to move on without Mike. What is it going to be?"
Zoey was nodding her head, as tears started to form, but she eventually walked to a door, and when she opened the door, she was standing in front of a mirror. Blaineley explained. "It seems like you really want to move on from Mike. While this is a good path to reconcile with the ones you know the most, and to find yourself again after Couples Therapy, you already know that you cannot have both your family and Mike. Are you sure about this?"
"I have no other choice Blaineley. I am going crazy the more I deal with Mike's crap."
Zoey spoke her final words in the season. "Well, I have made my decision. While I do have a lot of love and care for Mike, it is not good for us to be a couple anymore. I wish we could be good friends, and I hope we could hang out with Cameron, Dakota, Sam, Gwen, and Trent with no issues, but I do not know if Mike will be up to that. I am sick of being the last one knowing, and I am tired of being the fool. I need to focus on Zoey, and I need my family back. If you are not supportive of my family, than things are not going to work out. I have already planned to move right into my parent's house after I leave here. I am thankful for reuniting with Sam and Dakota, and thankful of the help I received here. I learned a lot; whether it is positive or negative."
Mike was crying, as he could not choose a door. "I...I do not know. I feel like there is no hope, but I want to make things better."
Josh advised. "Follow your heart. You never know what you might find on the other side of the door."
The 22 year old tanned man slowly chose a door, the door that will lead him to Zoey, and all he found was another door. This crushed him inside even more; knowing that she is done. He fell on the floor, and continued balling his eyes out. "Oh my GOOSSSHHHHHH. I FUCKED UP. NOOOOOO. How am I going to live WITHOUT HER?"
Josh knealed, and hugged Mike, who was sobbing on his suit. "I know it is really tough Mike. But you have no choice. You cannot engage in a one sided marriage or a relationship, and you might not see it now, but this might be a good thing. I wish you the best."
Mike spoke in his final confessional. "I know that I did a lot of things to ruin our marriage. One is stalling about telling her things about my disorder. Another is to control when we do things, and who she hangs out with. I did not tell her about what happened with Duncan and I. Another is lying about the baby that I have. And my over-dependancy to her is not really a good thing. I truly feel like we could have made it though. I feel like my life has literally been ruined and ripped to shreds here. And now I look like the bad guy, and I KNOW I am not a bad guy. I truly do not know how I will last without her. Either way, it is clear she does not want me, since she blindsided me."
The 4 other couples were saying their goodbyes to Mike and Zoey, as they two had their suitcases, and were leaving separately. "It was nice to deal with you all for 3 weeks, but it is time for us to go home. I wish you all the best though." Said Mike as he hugged Sam and Dakota "Congrats Sam and Dakota for getting engaged, and I hope the rest of you make it.", before getting his suitcases, and heading out the door to put his stuff in his car, and drove off.
"Wow, he did not even say bye to you Zoey." said Dakota.
"I will be fine. Congrats on your engagement, and treat one another well." As she moved onto Duncan and Courtney, and hugged the former. "It was nice spending time with you friend. Be good to Courtney, and Courtney, be good to Duncan." She simply waved to Bridgette, Geoff, Leshawna and Harold. "Bye everyone." She grabbed her stuff and went outside to see per parents car. She rushed to them, and embraced in a hug with them for a bit before they left and drove off.
Blaineley and Josh came back into the living room, and demanded. "Courtney and Duncan, follow us" as they both walked off with the therapist and his wife."
Leshawna was a bit emotional. "This is really the end. I will miss yall so much."
Duncan is with Josh, as they stood in front of 2 doors. Josh went to explain to the 24 year old man. "This final activity is about making a choice, whether it is a selfish or a selfless one. The first door has the sign "Rebel Bad Boy, Freedom, Thrill, and Babes", and it is pretty self explanatory, but I want to go over it a bit more. It means that you want the life and the thrill of an oozing bad boy. Ride the motorcycle, have threesomes every other night, hop from place to place, with nothing to the you down. As you know, this will have to be without Courtney."
"I am already living that life...the freedom parrot it anyways."
"And that lifestyle is the reason why your relationships with Gwen and Courtney, and many of your friendships have failed. But there is also the other door, which is about Redemption, whether it is about friends, family, and yourself. You won't feel to have the need to act cool and tough because they love you for who you are, and you will finally get the belonging you have wanted for your entire life. This badboy stuff never lasts forever, and people do tire of it Duncan."
Duncan gave him a dirty look and asked. "So are you saying that I need to be a Dorkwad? Because I am not a Dorkwad. Being bad is not lame."
Josh sighed "It is. You think for now that you can get any girl you want, be the coolest person ever, have "street cred", be known as the strongest man, go in and out of jail, and travel all over the place, but you will not progress. There have been MANY badboys who always gets left behind. Courtney, Geoff, other friends and your family will move on, and you will be lonely. You still have a chance to turn things around. I know how much you love Courtney and to be accepted. Choose a door."
Duncan explained in his confessional. "I honestly do not know. I love Courtney, and I love her a lot. A part of me...does want to belong with my family. I have known them the longest. I have already proved that I am a badass, but I don't want to be seen as a wimp. I am a man, and that needs to be known. People need to know not to fuck with me."
Courtney and Blaineley were at 2 doors, one saying "Career and Money" while the other said "Duncan and a family", which caused the former CIT to complain. "What is this? Some new ridiculous exercise? I just want to go home."
"There are 2 doors. One of them will reunite you to Duncan, but the other one will separate you from him. Even if you do choose the path to Duncan, does not mean he will be there. The first food is self explanatory. You choose to have an overwhelmingly successful career, and become fabulously wealthy. The best lawyer in the world, with multiple properties, but you will have to sacrifice Duncan, and potentially your kid. The other door is about being with the ones you love, but you might not have the most successful career with the most money."
She stated firmly. "I can have both. I WILL have both Mildred, and nothing will change that. I am absolutely not going to sacrifice a career which I HAVE EARNED for a man, and I am not sacrificing a man for a career."
Blaineley could not help but chuckle "You have to choose. Remember when you told Josh that you were overly depressed after All Stars? You were building up a successful career and doing well at one of the most prestigious universities in North America. You cried yourself to sleep countless times. You had no friends or family to count on, and it are you alive. Do you want to life the rest of your life like that?", knowing the words got to her.
Courtney did not want to have to go through that again, and ran for the Duncan door. "No. I am done choosing careers and superficial stuff over people and happiness." Her and Duncan opened the doors to see the other at the other side of the room. They both ran to one another, and she hopped in his arms.
He wrapped her around his waist, and they engaged in a steamy kiss. "I cannot believe you actually chose me babe." He said in shock.
He twirled her before laughing. "I love you Duncan. I realize that I...I need you in my life. I have gone through so much with you, and it is all because I love you. I learned the hard way that monetary success is not the way to happiness."
Duncan spoke the final time in his confessional. "Well, it looks like I am stuck with my Princess; Princess Courtney. I can't get enough of her. She excites me, unlike Gwen. She brings out the best, but the naughtiest in me. She won't have to deal with anymore crap of mine, and everything I do, I will handle it on my own. I am gonna cut off my mohawk as well."
Courtney spoke in her final confessional. "Well, I learned not to be perfect, and I have learned to not hold grudges over the dumbest things. I do need to treat him like an equal person. I am tired of the arguments and fights. I need to grow up and to be more easy going. Duncan and I have learned to communicate better and to be more...rational. I need to spend more time with Duncan and my kid."
Duncan carried his girlfriend through the living room excitedly, running to their suitcases and shocking the other 3 couples. "You two are in a good mood." Commented Geoff.
He dropped Courtney so they could say their goodbyes, and they rushed over to Geoff and Bridgette to hug. "We are good bro. When you come out of rehab, link up with me. Later Peachy Bridgette."
She hugged Courtney and said her goodbyes. "Bye Duncan and Courtney. Good luck with everything."
Sam, Dakota, Leshawna, and Harold waved to the couple, and they waved back "Let's go babe. What do you want to do after? Go to Vegas? Mexico? Vancouver? Sex in the back seat?", as he grabbed his suitcases.
"Gosh Duncan, not in front of everyone here." She growled in embarrassment as she left with her suitcases. The two quickly went in their car and drove off.
Josh and Blaineley walk back to the three remaining couples. "As you can see, this last choice will leave a couple separated and bitter, or it will bring you all together. Who wants to go next?"
Dakota raised her hand excitedly, and the married couple ushered Sam and Dakota to follow them, which they did "Wish us good luck."
Geoff bitterly commented. "They will need it."
Sam is with Josh, as they were standing in front of 2 doors, getting Sam excited "Cool. This is like a made, where one door is a trap and another will take me on a grand adventure. I am ready.", as he started jumping and punching excitedly.
Josh patted him on his shoulder. "No, not at all. One door will literally lead you to Dakota, and another will lead you to a trapped room. It is about making a selfish or an unselfish move, but there are times, where the selfish move is the better move. You get the concept of this final exercise, correct?"
He nodded. "I am ready. The sign on the left says "My own career and happiness" and the other one says "Dakota's career and happiness". Why do we even have to go over this?"
"Because you have a lot of insecurities that you need to acknowledge and to work through, and to focus ALL of your attention on Dakota, and to put ALL of your confidence into Dakota is a worrying thing. One one side, you want to support your partner and all of their endeavors, and to be a good partner, and to sacrifice. But there are those times where you want to think about your needs, your wants, and your goals, which causes you to not care about anyone else's at the moment. It is a mix, but it is a decision that you are eventually going to make."
Sam started tipping his head, as he spoke to himself "Dakota does want to better me off, and she does want to be with a successful man, but everyone already sees me as Dakota's bitch/assistant/fiance. I do not really know. She is my princess, and she has a real chance of a future.", as he entered the "Dakota's Career" door.
Josh explained in the confessional. "Sam and Dakota has progressed extremely well, especially since the first week, but as an individual, Samuel refuses to deal with his insecurity and confidence issues. It is too painful for him to go back to, and it is DEEP. If he does not eventually deal with it, he will ruin every aspect in his life."
Dakota and Blaineley are standing in front of 2 doors, which one of them saying "Successful Career and Fame", with the other saying "The Sam today". Blaineley explained. "Well, with the Sam door, you would be continuing to struggle with an acting, and reality TV career, continue to become more and more broke, but you will still be with Sam; the I confident pushover Sam that you secretly resent his non-existent confidence. Not only will your career fail, but you will be in a strained and failing relationship. Sam has made some progress in camp, but he reverts back to the man he was when you two separated. But with the other door, you can get your fame that you have wanted, bask in your fame and self earned money, being as confident and strong as ever. Which door do you choose?"
Dakota started tearing up, as she was afraid of that lifestyle. Afraid that she will be worth nothing, and still in that bad place with Sam "I cannot do it. I just cannot live that life. I cannot do that.", as she chose the Successful Career and Fame door, to see a mirror.
"You made a selfish choice, but it is understandable. You love Sam, but you have to think to your career and the chance that Sam could become worse than ever is still an option."
The blonde woman revealed in her final confessional. "I am just scared, but you know what? I have not seen much of that confident Sam yet, but the fact that e HAS spoken up a lot more and made a commitment to marry me, things are looking up. Things could go back to the awful place they were, or we could be the best we have ever been. I am going with the latter."
Sam spoke in his final confessional. "I know that Josh wanted me to be selfish, as to choose my career over Dakota, but I am happy where I am in my career. It stung when Dakota was not at the door, but I know her. I know that I have not been able to speak up to her and to prove that I am a man. I am not gonna lose it because she is still scared that I will regress back to the man that I was beforehand. I am going through with this engagement."
Harold and Josh are in front of 2 doors, with one saying "Rich, Street Cred H-Bomb" and the other said "Quirky, Nerdy, GOSH-worthy Harold". Harold knew what the exercise is trying to get at with him. "So you want me to choose to be H-Bomb, or Harold. To be seen as hood and street as Leshawna and her family want me to be, and to be myself."
"I know it is one of the issues you and Leshawna suffer from in your relationship. She has said that being "street" is very important to you, and it is clear that you created H-Bomb to try to win Leshawna over when your music career first started. You have met many people because of this persona. It will make you cooler, tougher, and to be seen as hotter. You will also be richer, but will be a poser, wannabee, and lose your identity."
He put some thought into it, thinking out loud. "Well, I did make most of my millions of dollar income off of being H-Bomb, and Leshawna does like it a lot. I has to admit that the clothes are pretty rad to wear, and I do look more buff. Why would I not choose that Josh."
The therapist assured him. "That is not why Leshawna fell in love with you, and you were not that for most of your life. It is a stage name. If you really embrace H-Bomb into every single aspect in your life, you will end up like...Duncan."
He jerked his head in disgust "Ugh, that is such a disgusting comparison. I want to be nothing like him. I actually have a degree to go back onto, and countless skills from Steve's camps. I know that is why my luscious lady is in love with me.", as he chose the "Quirky, Nerdy, GOSH-worthy Harold" door.
Harold spoke in his final confessional. "Well, that was never really an issue with our relationship. I know how to keep Harold and H-Bomb apart, just like I know how to keep my mother away from Leshawna. I love being me. I love being quirky, nerdy, and goofy, and while Leshawna does not like to admit it, the best thing about our relationship is that we are quirky and goody together, which always leads to some good times."
LeShawna and Blaineley are in front of 2 doors "Street Cred, Family's Rep" and "LeShawna and Harold's own opinions about themselves", as the latter explained. "From the footage I went over, it seems like this has been the hugest issue in your relationship, but then I actually saw you and Harold fight, it was something else. Take note that these doors are not saying to deliberately abandon your family or Harold."
Leshawna sighed from the two doors. "I do not even know honey. You need to be tough, strong, not vulnerable, and resourceful to make it through the world, especially in the ghetto. My family is a very smart family actually, and taught me some GOOD home training. Nothing and no one will ripp my family away from me. But I have to admit that things have gotten too far, and I am getting too damn old for these games with Harold and them."
"What do YOU think Leshawna? What do you feel? I know you have a lot of street smarts, but sometimes you cannot think with your brain, but with your heart. You need to choose."
Leshawna simply stated "It is easy.", as she ran through the "LeShawna and Harold's own opinions about themselves" door, to see Harold and Josh. The two ran back to one another like they did in X-Treme Torture, and embraced one another in a hug.
"Give daddy some sugar." He hissed as he was struggling to breathe; thanks to her hug.
She kissed him before telling him "You will be getting a whole lot more than sugar. You can have the meat, the sauce, and everything.", as they engaged into an intense make out session.
Leshawna spoke for the final time in her final confessional. "I know what I want, and I know what I need. I have learned that I am a lot more sensitive and insecure than I thought I was. I worried about him speaking to Heather, and a whole lot of other things. I learned that it is OKAY to cry, and to break down. I am learning how to communicate better, and to break out of that "ghetto girl stereotype". LeShawna and Harold will be just fine. I cannot believe that I am thanking Josh and Blaineley for saving my relationship."
Bridgette and Geoff are the last couple remaining in the house, and both are nervous as they are separated by one another and put in front of 2 doors, and both are nervous. Bridgette is especially nervous with being with Blaineley. "I do not like the idea of being alone with you."
"I do not either Blandgette, but this needs to be finished and done with. There is a door that will lead you to Geoff, which is the "Geoff" door, and the other door is titled "Surfer". Pretty self explanatory." The therapist's wife explained.
She was at a crossroads. "Oh man, this is such a hard choice. I love Geoff, he is my other half. I have never bonded with someone on the level I have with Geoff, we have connected in every single level, and I have been married to him for over 4 years. He is the reason I am the person I am, and I need him in my life."
Blaineley could not help but obnoxiously yawn. "YAWN. DON'T CARE. THAT IS NOT A GOOD THING."
"Shut the fuck up Mildred." She hissed towards the older woman, as she continued to speak "But I have wanted to be a surfer since I was a toddler. I learned to surf before I could even walk. My mother and I bonded over surfing, and I literally haves beach in my backyard. I have NEVER wanted to be anything else. But I am looking at Dakota's situation, and I don't want to choose a career over a man, so I am sticking with my Geoffy Poo.", as she chose the Geoff door.
Josh and Geoff were in front of 2 doors; one titled "Partying" and the other being "Growing up and change". He explained. "Well Geoff. After we found out that your party ways are affecting your marriage, this activity will force you to choose. You told me on the 2nd day here that you are sick of people of seeing you as the shallow party guy, but that is how you act."
He could not help but shake his head. "Why can't I better myself without partying?"
"It is clear that you cannot do both Geoffrey. You resort to drugs because you are a follower. You followed Duncan, and you followed all of your older brothers. If you continue, you will be dead like your parents, but before that, you will be broke and a loser like your brother. Don't you want to be healthy?"
Geoff was starting to panic "I...I AM healthy. I...I have a 6 pack, and mad muscles. I am active bro. I...I am NOT like my older brothers. I...I have a successful show, and a...a wife, who LOVES TO PARTY. WOOHOO.", as he does the rock and roll signals.
Josh felt incredibly bad for Geoff. "You have told me before that you know you need help. You know that you are doing wrong. What so the issue?"
He started to shed a tear "I AM a partier. My ENTIRE LIFE is based off of partying. I was CONCEIVED on a beach party. My ENTIRE FAMILY are partiers. I only got on Total Drama BECAUSE I am a partier. It...I CAN'T give it up. I need to live that life. I...", as his hand trembled as he turned the "Partying" door.
Geoff spoke in his final confessional. "I could not do it. I cannot fully change myself into something I am not. I need the hype of the partying, and I...it is so fucked up that I need the drugs. I am a partier. I like to go on the Spring Break parties, to party every day, and to go to appearances. The drugs are...are the scene. I am EXPECTED to be like this. I...guess I am an only party guy. I just hopes Bridgey Bear understands."
Bridgette was waiting in the room, and was mortified that Geoff did not show up "Where is he? Why did he not show up?" Josh entered through the other door, and she clarified. "Where is my husband?"
"He had the choice to redeem himself, or to continue with his drugged, partying lifestyle, and he chose the door of the latter." He explained, as he saw her face crush in disappointment and a bit of anger.
She chuckled forcefully "Wow Geoffrey. That says a lot. It is the first priority in his life, though he saw how it is killing his family. I...I thought that he wanted to change. I thought he WANTED to get better. Not only for me, but for himself.", as she was starting to cry.
"I am sorry Bridgette. He needs to rehabilitate on his own time, not on yours. I wish you the best at rehab. Focus on yourself, and then worry about your marriage." Josh assured her.
Bridgette spoke in her final confessional scene. "I am overly disappointed in my husband Geoffrey. Not impressed at all. It is like he learned absolutely nothing while we have been here. I have no issue with partying, but there is a difference between responsible partying, and reckless partying, and he is the king of the latter. I love him dearly, and I want to continue with our relationship, but I am focusing on me. I hope he does not get worse when I am at rehab."
Geoff and Bridgette were back at the living room, and she put on her spring coat, as she refused to speak to her husband, who was trying to get her attention "Bridgette, please listen to me. I have been a partier my entire life, and I cannot give that up.", but she pushed him away.
"Geoff's version of partying is a reckless and dumb version. His WIFE and their MARRIAGE did not mean enough for him to redeem himself, AS his wife redeemed herself. He only knows how to get high and drunk during parties, and does NOT know that he can have fun without doing all of that." lashing out, refusing to refer to him in anything other than the third person.
He tried to grab her hand, and begged "PLEASE do not be mad at me.", but she pushed him off. She grabbed her suitcase and stormed out of the house. She saw her taxi to take her to rehab, and entered it without even saying a goodbye to her husband. "DON'T leave like this babe." He begged through the outside of the taxi window, but she refused to look at it. He was left standing in the middle of the road, already crying his eyes out.
