A/N: Welcome readers and writers, to one of the most horrifying story among the Wild Kratts Fanfiction Archive, "The Wild Thing." Just to let you guys know that I thank you for positive reviewing this story. It means so must to me, and now let's the story begin!
Chapter 21: Destroy Everything!
As they made it to the Tortuga, Chris and Zach was beginning to open the barrels full of waste as Koki and Tony was beginning to light up the dynamites they got.
"Okay guys, here's the plan. If we open the barrels, then we enter the Tortuga quickly before we blow it up," said Chris as felt he was doing the wrong thing. But it might be the only thing to stop it. "Agree?"
"Agree!", said everyone in the group.
"Alright then," said Chris before he opens the barrel of waste he has opened. "Let's start now!"
As he shouted out, he began rolling the barrel as it was leaking the waste. Then Zach began moving with Chris, as his barrel was leaking too. They rolled in the Tortuga, and the waste began to spread everywhere from the main room to the transportation room. Seeing the waste mixing with the blood, bodies, and their home. Zach was spreading the waste, he begin stared at the creature power disc on the main room. As the waste was spread everywhere, it was time to blow it up.
"Koki, Tony, start throwing the dynamites!", shouted Chris as he was rushing to trap the Thing.
As they followed, they entered the Tortuga as they light up the dynamite. When they did, they began throwing them away to each room. Koki threw the first dynamite in the transportation. It didn't took long when it suddenly made a boom sound as the flames and smoke emerge. As it did, the flames contained the waste as it also bursted to flames. Then Tony throw his dynamite in the dogs room. Seeing the dismember dogs for the last time before the room blowed up.
"That's good! Keep going, so the Thing can be stop at last," said Zach as he was full of glee for the first time to others, beside himself.
As they continue, Koki then threw her second dynamite to the power room. Where the crystal powers up for the Tortuga. As she threw it, she glance at the room one last chance.
"I'm going to miss this place," said Koki before seeing the room blew up.
The waste was really consuming the flames as the Tortuga was getting on fire. The last room they need to blow up was the main room. Tony then came towards the room and threw his other dynamite. As he was going to leave, he saw the dead Jimmy Z... gone! As if it just disappear out of nowhere.
"Let's get out of here!", shouted Zach as the Tortuga was getting destroy and burn worst.
Tony was heading out as he was still thinking where Jimmy Z body go. Chris, Zach, Koki, and Tony head out on the snow as they watched the Tortuga burning and destroyed.
"Chris, can I tell you something?", asked Tony as he felt worried to tell what he saw back there.
"Sure thing Tony, you can tell me anything," said Chris as he watched the Tortuga still burning.
"Well... when I was throwing the dynamites, I saw Jimmy Z body gone! I don't know how, but his body is gone!," said Tony with fright as this could mean that the Thing is still out there.
"What?! His body is gone!," shouted Chris in shock. "We need to stop the Thing quickly!"
"What happened?", asked Koki as she and Zach saw them discussing.
"We believed that the Thing was not in the Tortuga!", said Chris. "We need to look for the Thing, and fast!"
"But we don't know where is it?", said Zach. "It could be far away."
"No it can't! We know where it might be," said Chris in glee. "It could be in the hole. It's trying to freeze right now."
They went down in the hole with their flashlights on. Seeing the path, they were aware of the Thing from the sight. They walk through the way as they made it to the middle of the two path ways. The one that leads to the Tortuga HQ and Zach's plane, and the other one that leads to the spacecraft of the Thing.
"Alright guys, here's how we could end this once and for all. Go stick all the dynamites on the sides of the pathways and the spacecraft," said Chris as he took out a dynamite. "Then meet me to the path to head out from Zach's remainning parts of his stuff."
As he finish, the group split up and pulled out the dynamites. They tied the dynamites on the walls with duck tape they got from the Tortuga. When they stick one dynamite, they put another one a few inches away as they stuck the two together. Zach entered the path to the spacecraft, seeing his inventions a big mess.
"That Thing! Trying to ruining my plan from the starts the get those Wild Rats, but I got their creature power discs," said Zach as he check some of the creature power disc he snatch as he was blowing up the Tortuga. "And now I got the creature power discs, I just need green guy to help me live and I can be the best inventor in the world!"
He begin to laugh as he put the discs back in his pockets, and began sticking his dynamites. He then stuck one of the dynamite on the craft as he was leaving to regroup with the remaining Wild Kratts crew.
As he was leaving, he heard a drop of an item. He looked down as he saw one of the creature power discs. He look around to see if there was no sign of the remaining crew members... or the Thing. He saw nothing as he bend to pick up the power disc. As he got up, he heard a crawling noise around him. He look around again, with no sign of a figure. When he was done looking around, he was beginning to walk.
"Uh? I guess I'm being too paranoid to not get caught," said Zach as he was walking away with a grin on his face.
As he was walking away, a sudden figure jumped out of nowhere behind Zach. He then turn around as he saw the figure who was a familiar person.
"Aviva! I thought you were dead," said Zach as he saw Aviva in front of his face.
At that moment, Aviva grab his mouth and cheeks. She then push him against the floor as she was digging her fingers into his skin of his face. Blood was leaking out as she was absorbing his blood. He try to push her off, but he was getting weak as he was losing blood. Zach saw her hands becoming these alien hands as it reveals that she's still the Thing. It didn't take too long before he black out and died of blood lost.
As he died, the Aviva-Thing begin to drag him away into the dark as his flashlights was lighting nothing. It was silent as Zach's body was dragged next to Jimmy Z's body as the Thing needs Koki, Tony, and Chris.
A/N: Oh my God! Zach is dead in the hands of the Thing, but he earn it for trying to betraying the Wild Kratts crew. So there Chris, Koki, and Tony left, and Martin is still missing. If you guys want to find out, wait for the next chapter of "The Wild Thing."
