Chapter 21

Shou was sitting on his bed thinking on how he should make Aira remember him. He kept thinking and thinking again but nothing came to mind. This was making him frustrated. He lied down on the bed and started staring at the ceiling.

"I wonder if I can remind her of all the fun memories we had together…" He said aloud.

That caused him to think a bit. Come to think of it, he had never said "I Love You" Once to her. Will that really help her to remember? It's worth it if it means getting the one he loves back he can do anything. So he got up and left the house.

He soon arrived at the hospital to see that Wataru was there. Wataru noticed him and waved as Shou started walking towards him.

"I knew you would come," Wataru said as he patted Shou on the back, "You have to make her remember alright?" He asked as he opened the door to reveal Hayato pouring a glass of water and setting it onto the nightstand.

Hayato smiled a bit and walked towards him.

"Please take more care of Aira," Hayato said as Shou nodded. Hayato smiled and left the room.

Shou went over to the seat beside the bed and sat on it looking at Aira's beautiful face.

"I'm so sorry Aira, I don't know what had gotten into me….I didn't mean to hurt you." He said as he lightly grabbed her hand and held it in his.

Aira seems to have woken up.

She looked at him startled. "It's you….that person from before…" Aira said in a soft voice.

"Aira, there is something that I need to tell you. I don't care if you don't remember me right now but I will make you remember all of those precious memories that we had together." He started which caused an unsure look on Aira's face.

"Aira….I Love You…" Shou said. Suddenly, tears started to flow from Aira's eyes.

"….you finally said it…" She said smiling while the tears cascaded down her cheeks.

Shou had a shocked look on his face.

"Aira….we're you faking everything the whole time?" He asked a hint of anger in his voice.

She shook her head. "I actually remembered yesterday…I wanted to see if you would actually come or not. The accident was real though and at first I didn't remember you…maybe it was painful at the time to remember…" She started as tears now started to flow from Shou's eyes. "Then I guess what triggered my memory was this prism stone…it was the first one you had ever given me." She said as she picked up the prism stone that was on the nightstand. "Hayato gave it to me, he said that I should try to remember and I did." Aira finished.

Shou didn't know what to say about Hayato. Shou now considered Hayato as a hero. He wouldn't have gotten Aira back if it weren't for him so he promised himself that he will do any one thing that Hayato asks of him and he will do it in a heartbeat.

Shou hugged Aira. "I'm so glad you're back in my arms, I will never let go again." He said as Aira hugged him back while smiling.

"How did it go?" Wataru asked Hayato who was leaning on the wall.

"I think everything will be ok." He said as Mion and Wataru smiled at each other. "There is something that I have to tell you guys, after my days in the hospital are over, I'm going to study abroad so I won't be around anymore," Hayato explained. Mion and Wataru looked at him with shocked looks on their faces which caused Hayato to let out a laugh. "But don't worry I won't be gone forever, I'll eventually come back and we can all have some fun." Hayato finished.

Mion and Wataru soon had smiles on their faces. "Until then, we will be waiting for you to come back." Wataru said as he put a hand up as for Hayato to "Hi-Five" it.

Hayato smiled and high fived Wataru.

"Well I have to get back to my hospital room now." Hayato said as he started to walk away.

"Bye!" Wataru said as Hayato put up a hand in the air.

Wataru smiled at Mion as she smiled back but as soon as she did a frown came onto her face.

"What's wrong?" Wataru asked.

"There's still Rizumu and Hibiki's problem that we need to still solve." Mion said.
