Sorry for such a long wait. Don't worry I don't plan on giving up the story. I have been computer less for a long time. Until I get my new computer, I will only be able to update from time to time.

Kintaro came to school the next day in a daze. In fact, the moment he woke up, he was so quiet that his parents thought something was wrong with him.

:Flashback:

"Kin-chan, is everything alright," his mom asked, worried. It was strange for her to see him like this. He was usually moving around excitedly. Not waiting to go to school and be with his friends. However, right now, he was poking at his food and staring into space.

Looking to her husband, she got a shrug as an answer. Sighing at her husband's lack of care, she tried again."Kin-chan?"

"Kiss," Kintaro said, not to anyone in particular.

'Kiss?' his mother wondered. Letting the word sink in, she finally understood what was going on. Smiling at the little red head, she thought 'Someone's finally caught Kin-chan's attention.'

:End Flashback:

"Kintaro!" a voice called out to the freshman.

Having been shaken out of his thought, said redhead looked to were the voice came from. Standing in front of him, waving, was his captain. Shiraishi smiled at his kouhei as he walked over to the younger boy.

"I'm surprised to see you here early," he said.

He was surprised when all he got from the naturally wild boy was a nod. 'Something's not right here' he thought.

Ryoma turned on his bed and cuddled into the nearest warmth. Said warmth cuddled back, thin arms wrapping around his waist.

"Awe, look at how cute they are," he heard from somewhere in his room. It sound like his dad.

"He never hugged me like that," another voice said almost in a pouting-like way. He'd recognize Ryoma's voice anywhere.

"How about you two go away and let them sleep," a third voice said. That was Rika.

Grunting angrily, Ryoma poked his head up and glared at the three people in his room. "Get out."

Rika gave him a sad smile, and then forced the other two males out the room. As soon as they left, Ryoma went back to cuddling the body next to him, not caring that Marui was literally wrapped around him.
