I only met my real daddy once. I don't remember because I was only a baby, but Mommy tells me about it. I was the day I was borned and Daddy came all the way to see me even though it wasn't safe. Mommy says that Daddy was so happy to see me and didn't want to leave, but after a week he had to go back home. Mommy says that when Daddy saw me he wore the biggest smile she had ever seen. Mommy has a picture of Daddy holding baby me and he looks really happy. Mommy always say I looked like him, but baby me doesn't look like anybody really; I looked wrinkly and red and really angry.
My mommy told me that he was a really nice man; that they loved each other lots, and he really wanted me, but he couldn't stay so God sent Joshie to take care of us. Mommy is married to Joshie because she loves him too. Joshie is really nice, he likes to buy me lots of toys and pretty dresses and he takes me to Nana and Papa's house to play with Molly and Phil. Nana and Papa are Joshie's mommy and daddy.
I like going to their house, but I like going to Grandpa's house more. Grandpa looks kinda like a pirate, he likes to play games with me, he even taught me to play card games like poker, but Mommy says I shouldn't play it because it's for grown-ups and that Grandpa's a bad influence.
Nan comes to see me lots and sometimes bring Auntie Lissa with her, they live in Montana. It's where Mommy is from and where she met my daddy. He still lives there too.
I want to go to Montana to meet my daddy, but Mommy says it's not a good idea 'cause bad people live there. I'm not scared of the bad people because I have Mommy and Joshie and even Daddy to protect me, but I listen to Mommy anyway, she's smart and knows what she's talking about.
Sometimes I wonder what my daddy's like. I have a picture of him with Mommy. I have eyes just like his. Mommy says I look just like his sister did when they were younger. Her name is Auntie Tasha, but I never met her neither.
I miss my daddy. I think Mommy misses him too because sometimes when I sleep with her, when Joshie works late, she says his name in her sleep. His name is Christian. Mommy says that she named me Moria after his mommy.
I asked Joshie if he knew my daddy too. He said they never really met, but that he really liked my daddy and that without him he wouldn't have me, and maybe not even Mommy. I think that Joshie's sad that Mommy still loves my daddy, but he doesn't say anything.
When Auntie Lissa comes she tells Mommy how Daddy is doing and that he misses her. Mommy says that it doesn't matter and that he hates her now. Auntie Lissa says that isn't true and that Daddy still loves her. Mommy says that too much happened and that she wants to leave things how they are. I don't understand what she's really talking about, but I know that she's really sad.
Mommy doesn't say it, but I know she's sad. She misses my daddy more than I do. I wonder what happened and why Mommy can't see Daddy. I love Joshie, but I want my daddy too.
Dear God,
Can you send my real daddy back to me? I love Joshie bunches, but me and my mommy miss Daddy.

PS. Mommy says that she's sorry about all of her sins and stuff and that she's trying to do better, but she likes to sleep in on Sundays.
