Sorry for the delay between being lazy and fighting with this chapter I finally finished it. Real life as we all know stinks at times.

He took her by the hand. "Come on we have work to do."

"Work, what work? Tony the babies, we need to do something about getting those children in our home." Mandy tells him her voice filled with anger, frustration and so much sadness.

"I can only do my best, and my best includes calling in a few favors and calling the best people I know. So come on, we're burning daylight."

She smiles as she feels herself being tugged out of the break room. For him to quote John Wayne like that she knows he means business.

He drags a chair over to his desk so she can sit, then he hands her a pad of paper and a pen. "Make a list of furniture that they are going to need. We can put your desk in our bedroom by the window. Hannah can have the small room, we'll get two twins beds for the boys, Mandy don't get your hopes up just yet, please, I can't promise anything. Just make the list." He leans in an kisses her cheek. "Toys, don't forget toys, trucks and those plastic building blocks, dolls and dollhouses, scrap that if we get them Gibb will build a dollhouse for her."

"Damn right I will. So what's the plan."

Tony doesn't even react when Gibbs talks while he enters the bullpen, Mandy on the other hand flinches.

"I'm going to make calls to Brad have him recommend a doctor for them, Rachel for a good councilor for children and Steve my frat brother I need a lawyer."

"That's a start."

"Have you got him to confess yet?" Tony asks as he reaches for his personal cell.

"On my way now."

"Gibbs hold on." Vance calls out to him.

"Director." Gibbs says as he turns and waits for him.

"I want to be there. Agent DiNozzo, invite your people to come here if you and your wife are serious about getting custody of those children we will need to gather our forces and form a battle plan."

"You sound like we are going to war, director." Mandy says softly.

"We are in a sense, when dealing with the courts when children are involved. They will want to make sure that the home they are going to be moved into is safe and able to deal with all of the hardships and repercussions that will be coming in the future."

"Oh I see. So by having a lawyer, doctor, and psychologist on our side will help us?"

"It wont hurt. Tony is good friends with Doctor Pitt, and by having Rachel Cranston on your side will prove to the court that you are already taking steps to insure the children's well being."

"And Steve?" Mandy asks.

"Steve is a pit-bull whenever children are involved. He has this thing about kids being hurt especially by their own parents." Tony answers.

"How come he's never at any of your barbeques?" Gibbs asks

Tony smiles at his boss. "He is married to a lovely woman who's maiden name was Mary Margret O'Callaghan, they have four kids and one on the way We go to their house."

"I get it now, and just how many are you godfather to?"

"Two, just the girls, they love me I'm uncle Tony."

"Tony just one more question, I know we have the money to buy everything, that doesn't bother me. I also know the reason why we need new things for them."

"I would like to know the reason for that?" Ziva asks. "It seems to me a waste of money, why not just take the things for their old apartment."

"Because you don't bring the past with you when you are trying to start a new life. Those things will come with bad memories. New life, new home hopefully, new things." Tony answers remembering all to well leaving everything behind when he left his father's house, for it was never a home, when he was a child.

"What did you want to know Mandy?" Gibbs asks as he tosses his now empty coffee cup in the trash.

"If the court says yes. How are we going to get everything ready in such a short amount of time?"

"Easy we call in the troops."

"I don't understand."

"McGee can do the new computer for the kids to use, that is going on the living room. April can help Steve with all of the legal stuff. Between Tony and I we have enough favors owed to us from the marines in the Navy yard that hauling, building and setting up to bedrooms will be a piece of cake. You just have to feed them."

"Oh God what do Marines eat?" Mandy asks as she gulps.

"Anything that isn't nailed down. Come on Gibbs I want that confession before we go to court today. Ducky has already started to write his report for us to bring with us." Vance tells him.

"Where are the children now?" Mandy asks.

"With the nurse the social worker she brought. They are still in the conference room. You can't go there Mrs. DiNozzo." Vance tells her.

"Mandy please. Director Vance, why can't I?"

"Undo influence. We don't want the court to say that we influenced them in any way." Vance tells her.

"What about the statement from the children who will take it?" Ziva asks.

"Agent Burns she is with them now, so she can take it. We don't want to make things harder for them." Gibbs tells her.

Tim stands and comes closer to the group handing Mandy tablet. "Here make a price list from the different stores in the area."

"Thanks Tim." she says as she takes the tablet with a small smile.

"I called April she said that she will be here in an hour and she might even have an Ace up her sleeve. A judge that likes her and her work with the Vets in the area."

"We should order some food for them Tony maybe some ice cream too."

"I'll go and ask Charlie to find out if they are hungry, okay?" Tim tells her

" Tell them that we will buy what ever they want. Tim."

"Sure Mandy." He replies with a smile.
