Two Months Later

Ever since the Halloween party, life for BB could not have been better. He was happier, healthier, and he was currently dating the girl of his dreams. His friends were extremely supportive and happy for their relationship. Madison's friends, on the other hand, were not as happy for them.

FLASHBACK

It was during lunch the Tuesday after the Halloween party when Madison finally got the nerve to tell Angelina and Velvet about them becoming a couple. As Madison expected, Angelina didn't take it well. What Madison didn't expect was how badly she was going to take it.

"I hope you're telling me a horrible fucking joke because this isn't FUNNY." Angelina says with a mix of disbelief and anger in her voice. Madison shakes her head no.

"I'm telling you the absolute truth. Me and BB are a couple now." Madison says smiling. Angelina makes a gagging sound.

"I think I'm going to barf. Madison, out of all the guys that wanted to date you, you picked the biggest loser of them all. Dammit, Madison, you ruined the pecking order of the school." Angelina says as Madison's jaw drops.

"How the hell did I do that?" Madison asks with her voice mixed with anger and confusion. Angelina rubs her temples, a headache coming on for her.

"Because if ONE loser thinks they can date a Beautiful Person, they ALL think that. We have built ourselves as the girls who win through beauty, popularity, and intimidation. And with your stunt, YOU RUINED ALL OF THAT!" Angelina screams in Madison's face.

"Excuse ME for following my heart! Blaine is a sweet guy with a lot more to bring to the table than money or a great body. We connect emotionally." Madison explains.

"I'm SOOO happy that you and four-eyes connect emotionally because maybe HE can help recover emotionally because as of right now, you are OUT of the Beautiful People. So hit the road, SKANK, and head back to your new LOSER clan." Angelina yells getting the attention of most of the cafeteria. Madison's face turns bright red as she walks over to BB and their group.

After Madison walked over to BB's table in tears, everybody comforted her and told her that this was for the best. BB simply held Madison for the rest of the lunch and told her everything would be alright.

END FLASHBACK

Now two months later, BB and Madison's relationship is stronger than ever. Unfortunately for BB, he won't get to see Madison for almost a month because school let out for Christmas break and Madison and her family are going to Washington for Christmas to visit family. One day while working, Evan came behind BB and caught him daydreaming. Evan rolled his eyes and slapped BB on the shoulder, which snapped BB from his thoughts.

"Are you missing your girlfriend again, BB?" Evan says jokingly. BB swings at Evan, but misses.

"Yes...but I can't help it. Now that I have a girlfriend—and an awesome one at that—I don't want her to go." BB smirks.

"It's not like she's moving to Washington forever. She will be back in time for the semester to begin. You can survive a month." Evan replies. BB nods as they go back to stocking.

A couple of hours later after the store closed, BB and Evan are sweeping and mopping the rest of the floor. Their boss comes out from his office to get BB and Evan.

"Hey. The store looks great. You two can head on home...Wait! BB can I talk to you for a second about the holiday schedule." Their boss says. BB and Evan shrug as BB turns to their boss.

"Yeah, no problem." BB says as he hand Evan his car keys since BB gave Evan a ride to work. Evan takes the keys and smiles as he leaves the store. BB follows the boss to his office. After talking to the boss, BB finally leaves the store and heads to his car. The car isn't started, which confuses BB. "Hmm...I thought Evan would have started the car by now. Maybe he's trying to play a prank on me again or something." BB thought laughing to himself. When BB gets closer to the car, he sees that his keys are on the ground and he can make out an arm on the ground next to the car. BB runs as fast as he could to his car and he finds Evan unconscious on the ground. BB kneels down next to Evan and turns him over onto his back. When Evan's fully turned over, BB finds blood on the cheek of Evan. BB can't believe what is happening as tries to shake Evan awake.

"EVAN! Come on, Evan, wake up. What happened? You were fine five minutes ago when we were in the store. It's like you were..." BB said in a panic before being cutoff by a voice he has never heard before.

"Attacked? Was that the word you were going to use, Brandon?" The voice asks. BB looks up and sees not one guy, but two guys dressed in all black and one was holding a nightstick; BB assumed that the two guys are twins.

"Umm y-yeah. Who a-are you?" BB stutters, getting more nervous by the second. The twins laugh at BB, easily noticing the fright.

"Well, I'm Doug and this is my brother Danny. We're the Basham Brothers. It's good to finally meet you Brandon." Doug says motioning to himself and Danny. BB can't remember ever meeting either one of these two guys in his life.

"I wish I could say the same, but how do you know who I am? I'm pretty sure I've never met either one of you before and...hold on! Did you call me Brandon?" BB asks as both of the brothers nod. "That's weird. I never tell anybody about Brandon, but the only few people who do are fami..." BB says before suddenly stopping and coming to the realization about this situation.

"N-no. No way. Please tell me that he didn't." BB begs the brothers who laugh at his response.

"I see that his hamster still has some life. Sorry, cupcake, but he did. He said something about teaching you a lesson and when he talked about pay...we really couldn't say no." Danny says. BB shakes his head in denial, hoping that this was all a misunderstanding or a bad dream.

"But...but doesn't it sound kind of peculiar that a father is pretty much putting a hit out on his own son? This isn't The Godfather. Did you two even know what you were going to do or are you both just too stupid to realize how bad this is?" BB yells earning a slap from Doug. Now angry, The Bashams rush and each grab one of BB's arms.

"You son-of-a-bitch. You're gonna wish you didn't say that. I'm going to make you pa..." Doug says right in BB's face before getting cut off.

"Doug. Danny. Stand down. We don't want to hurt him just yet. I have to see him before he becomes damaged goods." A lady says stepping out of the car. This lady is also dressed in all black and leather. The lady was a few inches taller and certainly had muscle mass over BB.

"Who are you?" BB asks getting even more confused. The lady laughs and rubs BB's cheek.

"Aww sweetheart, I'm the one who runs this show. I'm Shaniqua. I'm the one who got offered this job after your daddy called in a favor. Your daddy wanted results and I ALWAYS guarantee that." Shaniqua said sniffing BB's hair. BB cringes and tries to move away, but can't get far because his arms are still being held by the Bashams. "Why, Dad, why? What did I do to be attacked by a hit squad." BB thought.

"Wh-what did my dad offer you?" BB asked Shaniqua, hoping to buy time until somebody hopefully sees what is happening and calls the police or tries to stop them. Danny gets ready to punch BB before Shaniqua grabs his fist.

"Not yet. I want my reward to stay cute before the fun begins. Danny go lookout before the fun begins. I want to talk to the little boy for a second." Shaniqua says giving BB a once over. Danny nods walking back to the car. BB tries to not throw up thinking about this creepy woman before something Shaniqua said came clear.

"Reward? What reward are you talking about?" BB asks. Shaniqua starts laughing almost to hysterics.

"I knew you would ask, honey. Well, you're dad only wanted us to teach a lesson to you. The reward is just an added bonus to me for my efforts. First, the Bashams get you. Then I 'get' you." Shaniqua says smiling. BB is still confused about what Shaniqua means.

"GET me? What you mean GET me? You guys already have me!" BB asks wondering. Shaniqua doesn't say a word, but she decides to give a visual explanation. She walks over to BB and starts unbuttoning his shirt. She gets the first two undone when BB's eyes go wide. When he fully understands, BB starts kicking and screaming.

"WHAT THE FUCK! HELL NO! As a reward for beating the shit out of me, this creepy bitch gets to have sex with me. NOT GONNA HAPPEN." BB yells and trying to kick Shaniqua away. Shaniqua laughs at BB's response. BB manages to kick one of the Bashams in the knee and tries to run for help. The other Basham saw what happened and gives chase.

"Why do they always have to do this the hard way? BB's a track star, but so is Doug." Shaniqua says shaking her head. As BB tries to get away, Doug catches up quickly and delivers a quick kick to BB's knee. BB drops to the ground and holds his knee in pain. To add extra damage, Doug grabs the left arm of BB and stomps repeatedly. After a few stomps, BB hears a crack and he starts screaming in pain. Satisfied with the damage caused, Doug drags BB back to Shaniqua and Danny.

"Aww. He has a body AND brains. Boys, the fun can begin. Bashams, throw the boy against the car." Shaniqua orders.

Doug and Danny nod as BB is quickly thrown back first against his car. The back of BB's head smacks against the back windshield. They throw repeated kicks into the stomach of BB. Doug grabs the nightstick off the ground and hitting BB in the nose. Almost immediately, the blood starts flowing. BB holds his nose as Danny clocks BB with a punch to the temple. Doug grabs BB by the hair and throw his face into the concrete. BB tries to crawl away, but can't get free. Trying his best to defend, BB ultimately gets dominated and BB's world fades to black.

Who knows how long later, BB wakes up to see that everything has been moved—including Evan, but excluding his car. BB tries to focus the best that he can, but he can notice that he is taped to a wall with Evan taped next to him. It takes BB a moment to find his voice before he can say anything, and it didn't help that it hurt a lot to breathe.

"Where...where are we?" BB asks, his voice sounding very raspy. Almost as if something hit him in the throat. Shaniqua looks over as the Bashams continue to play cards. Shaniqua walks over to BB.

"We decided a change of venue would be more suitable for MY part of the reward, sugar." Shaniqua says smiling. BB remembers what her reward is and he starts getting really scared really quickly.

"What exactly are you going to do to me?" BB asks the best he can. Shaniqua kisses BB's cheek.

"Oh honey. You are in for the ride of your life. I guess I am taking something away after all. I knew we weren't taking your life; your virginity? Dear Diary...JACKPOT! And as an added bonus...I get round two with your best friend here. It's like two BB's for the price of one. I LOVE IT." Shaniqua squeals. BB spits at Shaniqua.

"You are a sick freak. Is my dad really gonna let you do this to us?" BB asks.

"Well...he didn't say yes, but he didn't say no. His exact words were 'Use any methods necessary to make sure he learns his lesson'. After seeing pictures of you and finally seeing you in person, I deemed early on that 'this' would be needed. The only thing daddy dear said not to do to you was kill you." Shaniqua explains eying BB.

"So...are they seriously going to be watching this all happen. That's disturbing and creepy" BB asks as the Bashams laugh.

"Silly kid, we aren't going to watch that. Please, we have more decency to watch two people make love. We brought the necessary equipment so we won't hear the commotion. We have done a job like this in the past. We are very prepared." Doug says as the twins start plugging their ears. Shaniqua turns back to BB and smiles. BB shakes his head in disappointment—thinking if it was possible if it could get any worse. BB then thought about how in the world did his dad meet people like this.

"Aren't they worried about getting caught...I would be." BB asks again. Shaniqua chuckles at the question.

"Honey, we NEVER get caught. This building has been closed for hours and there are no people within five miles. Nobody can hear you scream." Shaniqua says and BB gulps. BB tries to regain what's left of his nerve and confidence to ask another question and finally does after a minute.

"One more question. How does my dad even know you three? You guys seem really shady to be in the account..." BB says before being cut off. In a quick motion, Shaniqua duct tapes BB's mouth shut. BB's eyes go wide in extreme fright.

"That's enough talking from you. I know you are stalling for time. If I wanted a talker, I would have stayed married. Now where will I begin?" Shaniqua says as she pulls out a black duffel bag. BB sees the bag and starts screaming; but his screams are muffled by the tape. Shaniqua rolls her eyes.

"Brandon this will be more fun for the both of us if you shut up. Now enjoy yourself." Shaniqua says as BB glares at her. Shaniqua plays it off and finds the first item she wants to use—a pair of scissors. BB starts screaming again as Shaniqua starts unbuttoning BB's shirt. BB thrashes around, but accomplishes nothing because he's tied to the wall. After his shirt is undone, Shaniqua starts cutting the shirt from the sleeves to the collar. After she finishes both sides, the remnants of the shirt fall to the ground. Next, Shaniqua takes off BB's shoes and socks before loosening his belt. BB stops screaming for a second to look over at Evan, who is still knocked out. BB shakes his head in guilt and regret.

"This is all my fault. I'm so sorry, Evan. This shouldn't have happened to you. Hopefully this is quick and painless." BB thought as Shaniqua fully removes BB's pants, leaving him just in his boxer briefs. Shaniqua pulls out the scissors again as she starts cutting the left side of his underwear. BB knows what's gonna happen next and he starts screaming and thrashing again. Shaniqua gets about halfway before she throws down the scissors in frustration.

"God dammit. I usually like a screamer, but this kid is ridiculous. Danny, get over here and knock this kid around a few times." Shaniqua says stepping back to let Danny get to work. Danny takes the nightstick and cracks BB in the face a few times in once in the temple for good measure. Before BB's consciousness fades, he sees that his dad has disappeared. Danny goes back to sitting down and Shaniqua returns to cutting. She finishes cutting before BB slips into black. The last thing he sees is a bright white light.

"How could have this happened so fast?" BB thought before going fully unconscious.

BB opens his eyes, and all he can see is a completely empty white room.

"Did I die? Oh my god I did. This must be the waiting room for heaven...or purgatory. Poor Cheryl. Poor Mike. Poor Kaitlyn. How could I do this to them? Wait...I feel a little pain coming back. I didn't die. Thank god. I wonder how Evan is doing?" BB thought when he didn't see Evan in the room. BB looks around for a second before getting up and trying to find a way out or Evan. He finds the door, but before he opens it, the door disappears and the room goes from white to black. BB turned around wondering was happening and when he turned back, his dad stood where the door was. Jeremy took a step forward and BB backed up.

"I told you I would teach you a lesson. I've broken you. I got my wish. I took away your new found confidence, I took away your innocence, and I took way your dignity." Jeremy says laughing as BB starts screaming.

BB slowly opens his eyes and sees a light over his head. BB looks down and sees that he's in a hospital gown. BB then looks over to the left and finds Evan sleeping. BB breathes a sigh of relief, but wonders how he got here. "How did I get here? Good god I feel like I got ran over." BB thought before snapping out of his thoughts when the door opened. He smiled a little when he saw that it was Mike and Cheryl. Cheryl runs over in tears and grabs BB in a hug. Mike smiles and slowly walks over.

"Oh my god, Blaine. What happened to you?" Cheryl asked crying and holding BB. BB tried to answer, but Cheryl shushed him. "It doesn't matter...well it DOES matter, but I'm so happy that you are alive." Cheryl says weeping. BB looks over at Mike with a questioning look. Mike shakes his head, kind of figuring out what he wanted to ask.

"We were called about two in the morning about you being here in the hospital, but they said to come about this time to see you. The doctor said that you probably wouldn't be able to talk for a few more hours." Mike said as BB's eyes got wide. Mike chuckled a little, "You can still talk...that's all they said to us. The doctor will be here in a bit to explain everything to us. We're glad you're safe." Mike explained patting BB on the shoulder. BB looks over Mike's shoulder, hoping Kaitlyn would be coming in, but she never did. Cheryl looked over at the door where BB was looking and frowned—also knowing what BB wanted.

"Kaitlyn will be around to visit later. She didn't take the news too well. She needed a bit to get herself together. But she will be here." Cheryl said kissing BB on the cheek. The doctor then came into BB and Evan's room.

"Are you Mr. and Mrs. Bonin?" The doctor asked as Mike and Cheryl nodded. "I'm Dr. Ron Simmons. Sorry we couldn't meet under better circumstances." Dr. Simmons said.

"So what's wrong with Blaine?" Cheryl asks quickly. Dr. Simmons shakes his head and motions to the door.

"If you wouldn't mind, I would like to talk to you about that outside." Dr. Simmons asks. Cheryl and Mike nod and all three walk outside, leaving BB alone and confused. When Mike closes the door, he turns to the doctor.

"So what's the deal with Blaine?" Mike asks getting nervous.

"Well after examining your nephew, we have found that he has a few bruised ribs, a broken left arm, a small injury to the throat, and probably the worst is a grade two concussion." Dr. Simmons explains. Cheryl gasps and Mike holds onto her.

"Is that the worst of it, Doctor?" Mike asks. Dr. Simmons shakes his head.

"There was bruising on his throat, but we have him not talking and on liquid for the next 24 to 48 hours. The concussion—we believe—is the worst of his injuries. We are going to keep Blaine in the hospital for at least 24 hours to observe him and make sure nothing gets worse. I will tell you right now that there will be a chance of memory loss." Dr. Simmons says. Cheryl starts crying and Mike tries to console her.

"Memory loss? How serious?" Mike asks. Dr. Simmons shrugs.

"It could be anywhere from a few minutes to a few years. We are hoping that there is none at all. Also, we did run additional examinations for another possible injury. You might want to hear this, Mrs. Bonin." Dr. Simmons says. Mike looks to Cheryl and Cheryl shakes her head.

"I understand. I'll go back in and keep Blaine company." Cheryl nods and walks back into the room.

"What kind of tests were they?" Mike asks. Dr. Simmons takes a breath before answering.

"We believe that might have been an attempt at a...sexual assault. We had some strong certainty about the results, but we wanted to be extra careful. I just got the final results before I came in here and the results were all negative. We believe that it was more of a trying to embarrass him then actually trying to assault him. But I would recommend not telling Blaine until he is much closer to 100%." Dr. Simmons explains. Mike nods in understanding. Dr. Simmons walks back into the room. Mike stands in the hall for a minute, wondering how all this could have happened.

BB's dad struck again! Some heavy stuff in this chapter. I had a bunch of chapters of happiness and fluff, so I needed to get back into the drama of the story. If any of you readers this stuff is off in left field for the story, especially the assault parts, there WILL be an explanation coming into the later chapters. We have almost reached the major climax of the story and it only took 21 Chapters (YES! Haha). *SPOILER* There will be ONE more big incident for BB before we hit the downhill slope. The remainder of the story shouldn't take another 21 chapters-it might but who knows. What does the next 2 days hold for BB? What happened with the Bashams and Shaniqua after BB fell unconcious? Those blanks will be filled and more in the next chapter.
