Author Note – Thanks for the reviews! I love them all! I really hope that you all have enjoyed this story as well as Blood Moon. I've been thinking of a story but I would love for someone else to write this one for me. If you are interested, it will be a Inuyasha/DragonBallZ crossover but I haven't seen any other writer do this story in the 'M' rated section. If you wish to try, let me know. (Feudal Era, Western Castle – The Next Day – In The Garden – 9:00 AM)
Bella was the first one that had woke up yet she kept quiet as she made her way out to the gardens. It was a magical sight yet when she noticed that Emmett was sitting among the flowers, lost in thought, Bella couldn't help but wondered what happened on the other side of the well. Moving quietly, she was able to lay a hand on his shoulder before he even knew she was standing behind him slightly. Emmett was on his feet, eyes wide as he saw that Bella had snuck up on him.
"Is something wrong Emmy Bear?" Bella asked wrapping her arms around his waist. "You look unhappy but since you found your True Mate, I figured you would be thrilled." She pulled back to see that his eyes were shining with tears. "Emmett?"
Emmett shook his head. "It's hard to believe that the one person I thought loved me, turned out to use me." He bowed his head as his big body dropped to the ground with a thud. "Rosalie was suppose to be my mate, Bellsy. Yet I found out that her and Edward were mated. Alice and Jasper didn't even know about it til we ended up getting called by the Volturi."
"I was there, wasn't I?" Bella asked sitting down beside him leaning on his shoulder. "With Kagome, Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha."
Emmett nodded. "When I left, you and Inuyasha were going to be fighting Edward and Rose." He swallowed the lump in his throat. "I only wonder where I was since I was sent back here. Would there be, another me, out there?"
"There could be." Bella shrugged not really knowing. "I also received a weapon before I came." She pulled the Chakrum off her side. "Kagome's grandfather gave it to me."
Emmett took the weapon with wide eyes. "Man it looks exactly like the one used on Xena!" He gasped as he hit the little lever that released the two sides. "And it comes apart like it, too."
Bella chuckled but froze when she felt something heading her way. Both of them were on their feet, as a female with red eyes that was riding on the feather, came into view. Before Bella could do anything Kagome, Sesshoumaru, Inuyasha, Sango, Miroku, Lady Suyri along with Jane and Demetri were all standing behind them as Inuyasha moved towards Bella and Lady Suyri rushed to Emmett's side. His arms went around her as he pushed her behind him. She clung to his shirt as her eyes were locked on the female that was now standing in front of them with a fan held out. Kagome and Bella turned to their mates and kissed them on the cheeks as they then went over towards Kagura. Bella figured out who she was when the feather she was riding returned to its smaller state and she placed it back in her hair. Kagome took the fan from Kagura as she bowed her head in acknowledgment.
"Why have you returned so soon?" Sango asked as she narrowed her eyes at Kagura. "You said you would give us time."
Kagura smirked as she looked at Sango. "I did, taijiya." She then turned her eyes to Kagome and Bella. "Yet Kanna saw you made your decision early and I decided to come as quickly as I could. Naraku is getting ready to make distractions that way your tracker will be fooled and lead you in different directions. Or it will split you up but if you wish to attack him, you need to do so when his puppets are out. He is a lot weaker when his puppets are away from him. Kohaku and myself are going to be to the east, Kanna to the north."
"Thank you for helping us." Miroku bowed to Kagura causing her to stare at him. "Even though you are in danger, your willingly helping your enemies."
Kagura snorted as she shook her head, holding out her hand. "You are not my enemies." Kagome smiled handing her fan back. "Naraku is the one person that I would ever consider my enemy."
"So he will be in his castle?" Lord Sesshoumaru asked as he moved next to his mate.
Kagura nodded placing her fan in her obi. "Hai, he is trying to split the group then attack." She looked around as she pulled her feather out. "I need to head back but just remember, no matter where his signature aura is, Naraku himself, will be at the hidden castle. Just remember he will have traps set."
"We thank you for your information." Bella smiled as Kagura nodded then tossed her feather up and taking off.
"Since we know what Naraku is planning, This Sesshoumaru believes that we should move up the date we attack." He looked at Kagome then the others. "Naraku believes that splitting us would make it easier on him yet what he doesn't know is that there is a way for us to stay in touch." His eyes went to Bella.
Bella swallowed as her eyes moved to the ground as she felt eyes on her. "What are you talking about mate?" Kagome asked cutting her eyes to her friend back to Sesshoumaru. "How can Bella do something like that?"
"The Chishio demon has been practicing on a skill." Sesshoumaru smirked when Bella's eyes snapped up. "One of my guards told me about her newest gift when he spotted her appearing in certain places through the castle yet in another shortly after."
By this time Aro, Marcus and Caius were standing along with everyone else in the group. Jaken and Alec were with the children that way they are not involved in the final battle. Felix stood behind Caius as his eyes scanned the woods that surrounded them. The Kings did wish for the amulets that kept them hidden by asked for them to be kept until time was righted, before they were returned. Inuyasha was staring at his mate with a confused look. Since when did Bella have time to work on a skill that she got during her 'transformation'?
"Bellsy, what are they talking about?" Emmett asked as he frowned seeing that Inuyasha was staring at Bella with hurt on his face.
Bella sighed as she noticed Inuyasha's expression. "I didn't know I could do it at first." She closed her eyes but when she opened them she was behind the group. "I'm behind you." They spun around in unison with a shocked expression on their face. "I was trying to figure out what I could do and the next thing I knew instead of standing in the gardens, I stood in a room on the second floor. It was then I realized that I had a teleporting gift. Although it still a little hard to work because I don't really understand how to use it."
"You are extremely gifted, Cara." Marcus spoke as he moved towards her. "Only one other was a teleporter yet she was a vampire." His eyes spoke volumes.
"You speak of Didyme." Aro whispered his eyes closed as a small smile graced his face.
Marcus nodded with a sad smile of his own. "I will teach you how to use this gift yet you must keep this quiet." his face turned serious. "If other vampires heard of this, they would surely come to try and kill you or make you a slave."
"Ain't gonna happen." Inuyasha snarled as he was by Bella's side in an instant. "They have ta go through me first." His eyes flashed to red then back to gold.
Marcus nodded as he backed away a few steps. "I mean no threat but it could happen." Aro and Caius nodded to confirm his words. "The Romanians for one will no doubt try to turn you against us and use you to destroy what we have created."
"Why are they so bad?" Lady Suyri questioned as she stood next to Emmett, her arm looped through his.
"Even though the humans knew of us at the time," Aro spoke as he looked at her. "We were hunted like the beast they claim us to be. Riots were waging in the streets, people were killed if they were thought to be associated with vampires. If you were pale, you would have been killed immediately because they would consider you a vampire. It was total chaos." His voice spoke of memories other then stories.
"Indeed." Lord Sesshoumaru's eyes also harden for a slight moment before his neutral mask was replaced. "This one was with you when you fought the Romanians."
Caius snorted as his head turned away from Sesshoumaru. "We could have taken them without your help."
He clicked his fingers as he and Felix took off into the woods. Marcus and Aro shook their heads because it was during that battle that Caius tried to kill Vladimir but was wounded and if it wasn't for Sesshoumaru, he wouldn't be here today. Or in the future. Inuyasha snorted as he looked at his brother.
"When are we gonna leave?" His arms were around Bella, his hands were lying on her stomach. "Bella's pregnant an' I don't want her in battle close ta her due date."
Sesshoumaru nodded as he looked down at Kagome. "I as well little brother." That caused everyone to gasp. "Bella and Kagome shall stay on the side lines until their time is needed."
Bella and Kagome both growled but nodded as their eyes were locked on each others. Sango knew that look and could only smirk as Miroku cringed because he, too, knew that look and that look didn't mean anything good. Emmett smirked because he knew his little sister better then anyone. Yes, she acted like the good little girl around Edward but he knew the real Bella just as Jasper did. They could see behind the facade on the outside to the hellion on the inside.
"She didn't say anything about Victoria." Bella spoke up causing Emmett to snarl as he was in front of her in an instant.
"What do you mean Victoria?" Emmett thought Edward said she wasn't bring any trouble to Bella. "Edward said he read her thoughts and that she was not thinking of revenge."
Demetri scoffed as he approached them along with Jane. "I assume that Victoria was not there for James death?" Bella shook her head. "Then of course she would not have thought it. When you saw her, when the mind reader saw her, her mate was still alive."
"That bastard!" Emmett snarled loudly causing Bella to push Inuyasha back as Lady Suyri rushed to her mate to be. "I'll Kill Him!"
"Emmett, please calm down." Suyri whispered as she wrapped her arms around his big frame. "He will get what he deserves yet you must wait." She had tears in her eyes as she held onto him. "Please my mate, calm down." She whimpered as she started to get frightened.
Sesshoumaru stiffened as Suyri started to whimper. He knew that she was frightened of abusive males. It wasn't until her true father died that she was allowed back North. Sesshoumaru's father would not allow such a thing. Even though Touga Inu-No-Taisho had some faults he never brought his had up in anger at a female. Male without a doubt but he would never lay a hand on any female. Ningen, hanyou or youkai. In fact he frowned upon such a thing. When Sesshoumaru noticed that Emmett also froze and calmed down wrapping his arms gently around her shaking frame and in a flash both of them vanished from in front of the others. Sesshoumaru noticed what happened with Bella as she saw how Emmett reacted and yet she showed no fear. He could only believe this onna was truly special and well suited for his beta and brother.
(Feudal Era, Japan – Naraku's Castle – 11:00 AM)
Victoria was standing on Naraku's balcony when she spotted a familiar white feather. Her eyes narrowed as she watched Kagura land in the court yard yet instead of coming to Naraku, she headed to her room which wasn't part of her orders. Snarling, Victoria spun around and rushed into the one room she was forbidden to enter. She knew that Naraku was inside yet she didn't fully understand why he hid from her. As she stood there, Victoria felt her heart pick up slightly. One of the perks of mating a demon, or hanyou. Standing tall, Victoria knocked on the door and waited til she heard him answer.
"What is it Victoria?" Naraku hissed through the door.
She cringed as she backed away slightly. "Forgive me mate," She rubbed her mating mark that burned since he was upset with her. "Kagura is back. I have a bad feeling that she is hiding something."
Victoria heard movement on the other side of the door before it opened revealing that Naraku was standing there in only his hakamas. Victoria swallowed her venom as she gazed at her half naked mate. His eyes were hard yet she could see the tenderness in them as they gazed at her. She could tell where he was evil, he only wished to be loved and she would willingly give up her life to protect him. When Naraku opened his arms, Victoria moved directly into his embrace.
"Forgive me but I do not wish for you to be harmed during my transformation night." Naraku whispered kissing Victoria on top of her head. "Unlike the Inu hanyou, I am deadly even to my mate during that time. I could absorb you which I have no thought of doing." He could feel Victoria relax in his arms. "I am only trying to protect you."
"It's me that should be apologizing." Victoria pulled back with red tears in her eyes. "I thought you had someone else in there besides me."
Naraku smirked internally as he raised Victoria's head up to meet his gaze. "You are my mate and no one else comes close to how I feel about you." Not completely a lie. "If I am to take another woman in my bed, it is for you to feed with me."
Naraku had gained the thirst of a vampire when he mated with Victoria. He was surprised that Inuyasha didn't also receive the same fate yet Bella wasn't a vampire but a Chishio demon. Naraku was pissed that the hanyou was able to save her before she went completely insane with blood lust. He knew that she would have made a wonderful ally in the defeat of the miko who held the jewel. Bending down, Naraku pressed his lips to Victoria's as he tastes his mate. Victoria moaned into his mouth as her arms wrapped around his neck. When a knock came to the outer door, Victoria hissed jerking away and rushing over, ripping the door open. Kagura was standing there with a smirk on her face as she tilted her head to the side. Her eyes then went to Naraku as she bowed.
"So you finally decided to arrive?" Victoria spat at the wind witch. "Where did you run off to?"
Kagura snarled at Victoria as she pushed her way pass the vampire. "I was on a secret mission for Naraku." Her eyes narrowed as she turned her back on Victoria. "It seems the two females are pregnant. Bella and Kagome will not be participating in the battle unless it is needed. I also told them what you wished me to."
"Good job Kagura." Naraku smiled at his incarnation. "Return to your room. I wish to speak with my mate alone." His evil eyes went to Victoria.
Kagura nodded as she turned and headed out the door with a grin on her face. She did speak with the group yet she told them of his plans not of what he told her to say. He believed that she was on his side since he held her heart yet that was the one thing that caused her betrayal. She would never give her loyalty to someone who is evil incarnated. Kagura only wished to save her brother and sister. Kanna was but a young child when Naraku came to them. She will sick with disease and would pass by sun rise yet Naraku said he could save her and Kagura. As soon as they agreed, Naraku turned them into his reincarnations. Giving them both a spider mark on their back to let all those who see, know they belonged to him and him alone. Kagura grinned as she headed into her room because soon Naraku's time on this world was coming to an end.
(Future, Forks Washington – Swan Residence – 4:00 PM)
Charlie was sitting down in his chair as billy and he watched the football game. He hadn't heard from Bella since she left but he knew she was a big girl. He just couldn't help but worry because Renee also called and said each time she called Hiragurashi Suki's phone and she answered, telling Renee that the girls were gone at the moment. Yet Bella never answered back. Jake also wasn't to thrilled about her leaving but for some reason he kept his mouth shut when he realized she took off with Edward Cullen. Charlie may not be the smartest man on the planet but he could tell when something wasn't right. The way the people on the reservation seemed about the Cullen's were a little like hostility. Charlie asked why the Cullen boys never went down to the beach but his reply was something to the effect that they 'knew' not to go to La Push Beach. Just as Charlie was going to say something about what he had seen so far, the door bell rang and Jake was suddenly standing in front of them. Charlie frowned as he stood and started to head to the door. Jake, however, stopped him with an arm across his chest.
"What the hell, Jacob?" Charlie said loudly as he noticed the boy was starting to shake. "I need to answer the door."
"I'll get it." Jake said as his eyes went to his father, pleading for him to help.
"Let Jake get the door, Charlie." Billy called to his friend as he held out his hand. "If Jake is upset, then something isn't right. Please just trust me."
Charlie remained standing as he stood in front of Billy. "You better start talkin." He warned his old friend. "I know you and your boys are hiding something. When does a 16 year old boy suddenly physically turn into an 18 year old boy? I know he doesn't do any kind of drugs but I want to know what is going on."
"And you will in due time Charlie Swan." Came a female voice from the entrance to the house.
Charlie turned to see a young girl standing there with a taller male. His eyes narrowed as he noticed that the girl was about 20 years old yet looked like the girl in the picture he found that was labeled from Kagome Hiragurashi. The man beside her looked about 30 if not older.
"Who are you?" Charlie demanded to know as he stormed up to the two visitors. "You look like that girl Bella went to see but you're older."
Kagome smiled as she nodded her head. "If you will follow me." she turned her eyes to Sesshoumaru. "Please forgive me, this is my husband/mate, Lord Sesshoumaru Dinukoi Of Japan and I am Lady Kagome Dinukoi of Japan. I also happen to know your daughter, Chief Swan."
"Its a pleasure to meet you." Billy said wheeling up towards the pair. He could see past the concealment spell and he knew that Jake could as well. "Where are we going?" This couple were anything but human.
"There has been something that is in need of your attendance." Sesshoumaru said as he looked to each of the males standing in front of him. "Are you Charlie, Jacob and Billy Black?"
"Yeah." Jake answered his eyes narrowed as he pushed Charlie back, standing in between the two unknowns. "What are you?"
Sesshoumaru smirked as he flexed his claws but stopped when Kagome glared at him and layed a hand on his arm. "We will tell you what you need to know once we are on the plane. Do not worry about anything, we have people that are going to be tending to things while you are gone."
"What about the Tribe?" Billy said as he watched the male move over to wheel him down the steps but instead grabbed the wheel chair and all, picked it up and proceed to walk to the mini stretched hummer that was sitting out front.
"We have someone to come over and help." Kagome told him as she held the door open for Sesshoumaru. "He's a wolf as well and knows a lot about the Quileute Indians."
Billy smirked as he cut his eyes to Sesshoumaru. "It wouldn't be Kouga would it?"
"Indeed." Sesshoumaru said as he placed the wheel chair and Billy down as he lifted Billy, placing him in the hummer. "He will be a good candidate to help the newer wolves. Ayame will also be assisting him."
"Who?" Jake asked as he was standing beside Charlie.
Billy chuckled as he was set in the car. "Get in and I'll tell you who's coming."
Jake nodded as he got into the Hummer followed by Charlie, Kagome then Sesshoumaru. The driver took the wheel chair and placed it in the trunk after the back door was shut. As soon as the door was closed, Billy looked to Jacob. Charlie was also curious about this because to him, Kagome and Sesshoumaru looked human. Billy turned his eyes to Kagome.
"Before I say anything, why are we here?" Billy could see Charlie's mind working over time.
"The Cullen's are being taken care of." Lord Sesshoumaru said as he heard Jacob growl. "Calm down pup." His eyes flashed red causing Jake to freeze and Charlie to stiffen. "They have been tried yet two battles are going to take place in Volterra."
"You are needed because you know Bella." Kagome told them causing Charlie to speak up.
"What does this have to do with Bella?" Charlie was tired of being lied to. He knew that Billy had secrets but it was time for that shit to stop. Charlie knew that the world was not just peaceful and happy but had secrets of it's own.
"If you don't mind, I would like to tell Charlie what is going on?" Billy spoke up looking at Kagome and Sesshoumaru. "He is my friend and I have been keeping something from him for a long time."
Charlie sat there with his mouth shut but he could feel his temper getting the better of him. Growling, rather good for a human, he turned his attention to Billy. His supposed best friend.
"Some one better tell me what the hell is going on!" He yelled causing a squeak from the driver but other then that nothing happened.
Kagome sighed as she shook her head. "Bella mentioned he would want an explanation." She turned her eyes to Sesshoumaru. "He could be of use."
"You may tell him if you wish." Sesshoumaru turned his eyes to Charlie. "If you speak a word of this to anyone you will be placed on trial for the crime of trying to expose those who have decided to remain in the shadows."
Charlie swallowed as he nodded not really understanding what his daughter got into. "First off is Bella alright?" He needed to know. "I haven't heard from her since she took off to visit you, Kagome."
"I will tell you my story once you hear from Billy." Kagome promised as she nodded for Billy to begin.
Billy took a deep breathe as he was about to speak. "You must understand Charlie, that I was under strict orders not to speak about this to anyone and it wasn't just from Lord Sesshoumaru of Japan or his mate, Lady Kagome." He could see that his friend was trying to piece things together. "You remember the stories of my people. That we come from spirit warriors that can transform into large dog like creatures."
"Yeah but..." Charlie started to say something else but Billy held up his hand.
"It's true." Billy motioned to Jacob. "Why do you think he had a growling spurt? Or that his hair was cut off and was able to get a tattoo when you know how we are against it?"
Charlie shook his head. "I didn't really pay any attention to that." He rubbed his face with both hands. "And the Cullen's are the Cold Ones?"
"Yes." Jake growled as he took a calming breathe. "The only reason they are allowed to stay is because my great great grandfather had a tready with them. They are unable to feed from humans, only from animals. If they break this tready they must leave and never to return. They have yet to break the tready." Everyone in the room could see that Jake didn't like the fact Vampires lived in Forks.
"What about them?" Charlie asked nodding to Sesshoumaru and Kagome. "Where do you come in?" His eyes went to Kagome.
Kagome smiled sadly. "It all has to do when Bella was bitten by a vampire named James." She could see the recognition in Bella's father's eyes. "No she did not run for no reason. She did so to protect you. On that day, when Edward pulled the venom from Bella's body which stopped her from changing into a Vampire, they changed their destinies all together."

Author Note – See I wasn't idle when I was off the internet! I did write as much as I could while I was away from all my beloved readers. I could only guess what you would ask and want to know but of course I couldn't help but place a cliff hanger every now and then. XD! So what do you think of it so far? The reason I didn't complete the explanation is because it hasn't happened in the past as of yet. I hope that lets you know why I only gave you a small piece of what is to come.
