Aj walked along, nervously glancing at Gelli and Margrett. His white seed had indeed vanished, but let's not go into details how it did. Margrett somehow snuck up behind him, and placed her arms around his shoulder. He jumped, and looked at her.

"You know, we could do that again" she said in his ear.

He immediately smacked her hand away, and teleported away from her. She trailed behind him, and Aj swiveled an ear, to keep him notified of her actions. She wasn't the stealthiest walker, mostly because she made a sloppy sound whenever she ran. She made an approach, but Aj sprinted ahead, grabbed his iPad off the chest, and teleported on a higher cliff level. He smirked at her, and began to play his iPad. Mallory noticed he wasn't with the group, and flew over to him.

"Hey, what going on?" She asked.

"Oh, nothing much. Just bored" he mumbled.

Devon climbed the cliff face with ease, and joined the two.

"God, it feels great being away from them. It doesn't feel like you're a target." Devon said happily.

"Yeah, tell me about it." Aj said.

"Well, I'm not that worried." Mallory said, as she played with a little ball of fire in her hands.

Aj looked at her, and turned off his iPad.

"Because you can shoot fireballs."

"Yeah, but you can teleport!" She said.

"So what?" He said, and teleported infront of her. "Doesn't defend me." He said in her face.

"Well, it's pretty fucking awesome." Devon shrugged.

"Oh come on." He said, and took the Devon by the hood of his jacket. He teleported on the other side of Mallory. Devon nearly lost his balance, but planted his shoes firmly on the ground. He looked at Aj, now walking backward.

"You act like its a big deal" he smirked.

"Get back here you teleporting bastard!" Devon said, and charged at him. Aj simply teleported to the left, letting Devon run into the wall at full speed. Aj looked at Mallory.

"I don't think he gets it." He smiled

Mallory giggled.

"YAAAAHH!" Devon jumped off the roof of the cave, but Aj moved out of the way.

"Jesus, dude. Work on your stealth. I heard you a mile away." Aj said calmly.

"That's because you're part wolf!" Devon jumped up, and chased after Aj.

"Hoo hoo! That's the spirit laddie!" Aj said in his iconic Scottish accent. He sprinted ahead, leaving Devon behind. He teleported to the edge of the canyon they were walking through, and gazed over the edge.

"Woah! Guys! Look at this!" He yelled to them. Mallory flew over, leaving Devon to climb over and to where Aj was at. The three looked over to a lava sea, but in the middle, lie a land of brown sand, and large holes in the earth. They were mesmerized.

Down back on the canyon floor, Pete looked at them.

"Looks like they've never seen the Desert of Souls."

"Well no shit they haven't seen it. Two of them don't even come from the nether." Sasha said.

"I remember when I first laid eyes on the gorgeous terrain. I was transfixed as well." Madame G sighed. She looked up, and saw Devon nudge Aj over the ledge. Naturally, he teleported five feet away from the drop. He jumped up, and began to tear after Devon. She chuckled, and shook her head in amazement.

"A strange batch, those three." She said.

"Well, yeah, considering one of them's a wolf boy who can teleport and is great with a bow." Blazette said. Sasha nodded. Aj suddenly teleported in front of them, and was about to lunge, but Madame G put a hand on his shoulder.

"Everything okay?" She asked.

"Oh yeah, everything's fine. Just going to murder Devon" he growled.

"Don't give him a heart attack." And she let him go. He dashed after Devon. Blazette look bewildered at Madame G.

"What? No scoldings? No warnings?" She asked.

"No,why?" Madame G replied.

"He just said he was going to murder him!"

"He was only joking." Madame G replied.

Blazette stared. This was not the Madame G she knew. The Madame G she knew was a lady of elegance, and often took things to their said meaning. But Aj just said, not even ten seconds ago, that he was going to murder Devon.

"I have read much about his species. Like dogs, they need some time to romp around, and play. And, with the absurd amount of energy in his body, he needs a lot of time. Plus, he might of actually wanted to kill Devon. That is because his species is easily aggravated. But, his humane part of his brain said that was wrong, and mellowed him out."

Blazette still stared, Madame G's explanation still not making sense. She shook her head.

"Nevermind" Madame G grumbled, and watched Aj lunge on Devon.

"Children! Come down please!" Aj reluctantly got off of Devon, and teleported down, meanwhile Mallory flew down with ease, and Devon slowly climbed down the rock face.

"Welcome, to the Desert of Souls" Pete said, and walked onto the brown, gooey sand.

"Right, good thing the caves are right in front of the desert." he gestured to the holes in the sand. Aj eagerly hopped down into one, followed by Madame G in the same one. Madame G held him in her arms. Suddenly, the ground began to shake. They looked up, to see a glowing cascade of boulders rain down upon them.

"QUICK! EVERYONE IN A CAVE!" Pete yelled, and dove into a cave. Mallory, Pete, Maggie and Devon jumped into one cave, and Gelli made it into the cave with Sasha, Aj, Blazette, and Madame G. Madame G shielded Aj from the dust and debris, meanwhile Sasha held him to her chest. Gelli and Blazette retreated to the back of the cave. The rumbling stopped, and Aj looked at the glowing rubble.

"we're caved in." He gasped.

"How will we get out?" Blazette asked.

"We walk out. These caves lead directly to Fort Herobrius" she said.

"B-But, we have no food." Aj stammered. "Wait a minute" he said, and teleported.

"Where'd he go?" Sasha asked. A side of the cave began to break. The rubbery rock gave way to Aj with the others.

"Never mind." He said, and grabbed the storage chest.

"Peter, you grabbed the storage chest. That's good." Madame G said. "Come on, let's go. It's a days trip by foot." She walked down the cave, and Aj heaved the chest along.

Hours passed, and we still walked. Madame G, Mallory, and Blazette had it easy. They could glide over the ground with ease, but I was lugging a good fifty pound chest with no help. Even an Ender gets tired.

"Can we rest? My feet are aching, and my arms are tired." I groaned.

"I second that!" Devon sighed.

"Oh come on. You guys are wimps." Mallory chuckled.

"Says the girl who isn't carrying a fifty pound chest." I said.

"And flying, I might add." Devon said. Mallory furrowed her eyebrows.

"Lemme carry that." She commanded.

"Alright." I gave the chest to her, and she made a struggle to carry it. She knelt on the ground

"Good god!" She groaned.

"Wimp." I smirked, and brushed my tail in her face.

"Fine. You carry it." She sighed. I took the chest from her, and lugged it along.

"Madame G, seriously, can we rest? We've been walking for hours." Devon groaned.

"You kids always complain, don't you?" Blazette grumbled.

"Hey, watch it." Devon shot back. I put a hand on his shoulder, turning him away.

"Don't. I'm too tired to become Dr. Phil." I said.

"Jesus, when did you become my dad?"

"I never said that. I'm just this close to snapping. And I have a very long fuse." I growled.

"Who got you in a bad mood?" Mallory poked.

"Mallory, I suggest you do not test him. Endermen and wolves are not the most friendly when tested." Madame G said back to us. Mallory's face dropped. I smirked. The lightened my mood slightly.

"Boop."

Never mind.

"Mallory, I swear to god I will beat you with this chest if you don't quit." I took deep breaths to attempt not to loose it.

"Boop." Mallory giggled.

"Mallory, do you want to die?"

"Jeez, just kidding." She scowled.

"I get you're kidding, but the wolf doesn't." I said.

"What do you-" I gave her a withering look.

"Oh"

I felt a shiver run down my spine. Sasha shivered, too.

"Aj, do you feel that?" She said.

"Y-yeah, I do."

"What? Feel what?" Madame G asked.

"Something familiar. Too familiar." Sasha said.

Hello, baby.

"No, it can't be!" She gasped. There was an approaching shadow coming to us.

"Oh it's her alright! RUN!" I yelled. I tried running, but the chest was too clunky. I teleported all the way.

"How is she here?!" I asked as I did my best to keep up with Sasha.

"She's dead remember? We're in the nether!" She gasped, and looked at the approaching darkness. Madame G suddenly tripped.

"Madame G!" Pete said, and ran to her.

"My ankle! I think it's sprained!" She cried.

"Devon, Mallory, hold this!" I said, and gave them the chest. I ran back to her, and helped her up.

I looked into the darkness, and saw a figure.

Hi there, my love.

I gasped, and picked up Madame G. I sprinted forward, Madame G's weight only giving me more momentum.

Don't run, honey, you're going to need all of your energy. I ran even faster. I suddenly felt a force grab my ankle. I was forced to a stop, and fell. Madame G flew out of my arms. I yanked my ankle, trying to get free. A face appeared out of the darkness. It was Jessica.

As Aj pulled to get free of Jessica's grip, Madame G watched in wonder. With every tug of his foot, his purple eye flared. Jessica didn't seem to notice.

Hi there, my little wolf boy. I've been missing you so much. She sighed, and tugged him into her arms.

"No! Jessica! Please! Don't do this! Not again!" He cried, and thrashed. The absurd amount of power flowing through him was painful, and he began to groan. There seemed to be a glowing purple sphere around him. Aj looked at Jessica, and jolted as Ender flowed through him into the rock. Purple crystals sprouted out of the ground. The sphere intensified, and he jolted again. There was a sudden explosion that rocked the cave, blasting the ghost of Jessica away. He shook in pain, and the crystals grew larger. One particular crystal was a long, slender rod, with a two sided base. It looked like the hilt of a sword. Aj placed his hands around it, and gave it a good pull. It was a sword. A long sword. It was as long as his torso and legs. A diamond rod served as the spine of the sword, turning a dark blue through the transparent purple crystal. Despite its size, the sword only weighed a couple of pounds. The hilt seemed to be formed for his hands only. He pointed the sword at Jessica.

"Stay back, you bitch." He swore. Jessica chuckled, and launched at him. He blocked her with the sword. He thought she would just go through it.

"Where's the ghostbusters when you need them?!" He groaned, and pushed back with the sword. She was stronger, and was overtaking him.

"Devon! Mallory! Little help?!" He cried. Mallory flew to his side, and pressed against the flat face of the sword. This equaled the amount of force that was being pushed against them. Devon pressed on the very end of the sword, forcing Jessica to the wall. They shoved the sword against her throat, but it simply went through.

"Children. Step aside." Madame G stood on one foot. They did as they were told. Madame G's eyes grew red, and a fireball was emitted from her. It flew into Jessica, decimating her soul. She was no more.

"Woo hoo!" Aj said, and hugged Madame G. There was a sudden squeak of approval. They stopped.

"Hello?" Aj shouted into the cave.

"Aj? Is that you?" A familiar voice shouted back.

"Lexie?! What are you doing here?!" Mallory gasped. Aj slapped his forehead.

"You've got to be fucking kidding me." Devon sighed. Mallory ran to the voice. Lexie was her best friend. But for the boys, it was another story. Mallory and Lexie were considered two of the hottest girls in school.

"Great, one drama queen, and one another drama queen." Aj sighed, and hid his tail.

"Give me your jacket." He said to Devon.

"What? No, fuck off."

"Do you want me to give Lexie a nerdgasm? Do yo want to give her a heart attack?" He said. Devon raised an eyebrow.

"Fine. I want it back." He unzipped the jacket, and took it off. He handed it to Aj. He flattened his ears, and put on the hoodie. He flipped up the hood. Lexie and Mallory walked into view, giggling all the way. Lexie was wearing a brown mini jacket, much like Sasha's, but covered her upper stomach. She wore brown short shorts, and her hair was partially covering her brown eyes. Aj looked furious.

"What's wrong with you?" Mallory asked.

"How did you get here? Wait, don't tell me. You got on my computer, didn't you."

"Uh, yea-"

"WHY THE FUCK DOES EVERYONE THINK THAT 'oh gee, since Aj's gone, guess I snoop around on his FUCKING COMPUTER?! WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU THINK YOU'LL FIND, EXACTLY?! A SECRET PORN STASH?!" He yelled. The girls blushed. Aj's eye twitched.

"Well, not exactly..." Lexie giggled.

Aj made a choking motion at her.

"I am this fucking close to killing you, got me?" He scowled.

"Gee, what's wrong with you?" She asked.

"Oh, well, see he's-"

"Mallory, do you want to give her a heart attack?" He asked impatiently.

"Oh, I guess that's why you have a hood on."

"No shit Sherlock!"

"What? Why's he got a hood up?" Lexie asked.

"Nothing, I'm just glad you're alright in this god forsaken place."

"Tell me!"

"No."

"Please! Please tell me!" She rushed up to him, and blinked her big brown eyes.

"No. Nice try." He said.

"Here, I'll show you." Mallory glided over to Aj, and yanked his tail out of his jeans.

"HE HAS A TAIL?!" Lexie shouted.

"And ears." She pulled down his hood, to see his frost white hair and ears.

"Oh my god! He's so adorable!" She cried, and grabbed his tail.

"Easy! It's attached to me!" I yipped.

"Holy crap it's so cute!" She cried.

"Not only that, but he can teleport!" Mallory said proudly.

"Are you serious?"

"Yeah! Aj show her!"

"But it really takes it out of me.."

"Bullshit. You teleport fifty times a day, and you don't even nap." Devon said.

"You are not helping." I pointed at him.

"Come on! Show me!" Lexie cried. I scowled.

"Fine." I teleported a few feet away.

"That is so cool! But..." She trailed off.

"But what?"

"I have a...secret too." She whispered.

"Really? Show us." I crossed my arms.

"O-Okay. Just don't freak out."

"Please, I've seen some pretty strange stuff." I laughed.

Slowly, what looked like large, black, leathery flaps extended from her back. They were supported by a framework of slender tubes under the surface. Fully extended, the flaps touched the cave walls. They were wings. I noticed that the space in between her legs had filled with black, leathery skin. Almost like flaps of a plane. She blushed in embarrassment.

"They're creepy. I know." She said, and began to lower her wings. I stopped her, and touched the wings. They were light, and silky.

"Lexie, they're beautiful! Amazing feats of flight!" I gasped.

"R-Really? Thanks." She smiled. She began to blush, and folded her wings back.

"Although, I am going to refer to you as 'batwoman' from now on." I sighed.

"Seven months, and you are still a dick." She grumbled.
