CHAPTER OF CONTINUATION 6

A/N : Sorry guys for the sudden skip, I did it on purpose, That's why it says Kyousuke Chapter. Next few chapters will be a bit shorter than usual. I'll try update more.

I wasn't in a good mood….

I had blatantly made a wrong move… but I had to think it was logical.

Here, I was sitting on the bed, taking a reconciliation.

Sure I had a sleep but it was approximately one hour or so.

Ugh… remembering what happened last night was like dejavu all over again.

Same face, same attitude and different body shape….

I looked at the clock, shown 6 in the morning.

"When did she leave? I bet it was just now…" I mumbled.

My head hurt a lot but I couldn't go back to sleep.

"Let's go out."

My old hobby, taking a morning walk whenever I feel uncomfortable.

I walked forward, hoping for the better. Feel the morning breeze blown, it was cold but bearable. When the sunrise, it'd become hotter because of the real summer.

Put that negative thought aside, it's morning. I'd better get myself calmed before it happen.

Istrolled for minutes until I arrived at the old time park. The park was quiet, and would be still quiet. It was cheerful during my childhood time, if I remember clearly, there were three children always playing here.

Two girls and one boy.

Eh wait… Did I remember something?

"…."

Nop, stop thinking.

This park was really close to my old resident. Sometimes, I got to play with my sister.

Long ago, that's it….

Soon, a girl came and took a sit to the nearest bench. The girl was jogging and passing me without giving me an eye.

"Isn't that….?"

If I wasn't incorrect, it was Kousaka Kirino? I hope I got the name right.

I just met her once.

Twice….?'

Why did I feel like my head was messing around the past?

I could see her sweating and breathing hard and more….

She was like feeling really frustrated and bad.

My foreseer told me.

And I would usually just walk away but that thought didn't cross my mind. So, I decided to make an approach.

I bought two juices from the vending machine and walked to toward her.

"Here." I offered the juice.

She looked up, seeing me.

"Satoshi…-san…?"

She glared at the juice

"—Ah… -thank you…." And took the offer.

She opened up the can and slowly drank the juice. Then, she asked,

"Do you live nearby?"

I took the seat next to her.

"Well…. Not really."

"I see…." She continued her drinking.

We had a little silent time, both of us paused.

"—Strange isn't it? I always feel like someone will cheer me if I come here."

I didn't say a word and simply watched her talking. Although it wasn't shown literally she was sad, I could tell.

Every time I see her, she would look like this. It wasn't a good thing for me.

She continued,

"Say, have we met before?"

"Nop."

"Is that so... If I had my side past remembered clearly, I maybe would know you."

"What are you talking about? I don't ring a bell about a blonde girl."

It'll be a different story if you had pink hair.

She suddenly paused, thinking something else.

And that something, is bothering her mental.

I took a deep breath.

"What's wrong….? Do you have a problem? If you don't mind you, I'll be all ears. It's not like I can do anything about, maybe some advices would work."

"Uh... hoh... Well then, I should take that nice offer of yours."

She finished her drink before resuming.

"—I realize it might be risky to tell you but you seem like a really trustworthy person, not to mention you look matured. Even Fujima-san personally hired you. So, I will continue."

"—Do you know otaku?"

I'm one of them, of course I know.

"A person that likes manga, games and anime?"

"Yes, you're right technically….. I'm one of them."

I could see where this is going, I think she might want to spit out about the incident during the comicket.

"—You know, society doesn't really appreciate the existence of otaku. They would feel grossed out because of us. So, we usually would take camouflage when living the real social life."

"—And there, I made a mistake. I never told my best friend about my hobby. But…. She then found out…."

"—She seems really mad and even cut the string of our relationship."

She spoke in great frustration.

"—What do you think should I do?"

Really… I can't say anything. It was partly my fault that Ayase acted so aggressive because of just a hobby. If I didn't leave her, she would be nicer. It was an inevitable event though…

I don't want to stick my nose in it. It might make things go worse.

Alright, let's adhere with my literally spoken words and stay out of it.

"Even if you say so… I really don't know what to do… Don't you have a closer person to share with?"

"If you say have…-I do have… but…."

"—I'm in a situation where I still don't know what to say to him."

"A sibling?"

"A brother."

In short, a little sister is embarrassed to ask her big brother for help.

Good siblings would help each other in hard time.

I guess I did become a good brother to Ayase, remembering how much she consulted me and asked for my help physically and mentally.

That is for Ayase had the initiation on me for every of her problem. I would care less if she didn't tell it. And due to her cuteness, I loved to stick around her.

I'm talking the story before the bleak incident, either after that, our relationship was loosened up a bit but not enough to be broken. We made up yet I then broke it up again.

Wait… to summarize it, I'm a bad brother…?

Yes, I am.

Let's ask this.

"Does he make any approach?"

She quickly turned her gaze toward me and said,

"A lot, I can't even count!"

Woy, woy….

I hardly ask my sister how she's doing. A brother that that does it must be terrifically concerned about you.

"He cares about you."

"I know…-but!"

"He cares about you." I repeated.

She looked at me fiercely and spoke in really pissed-off tone.

"Why the hell do you repeat it?"

"Do you always get violent when it comes to your brother?"

"Ahk….!-How do you know that?!"

Yep, I assumed right.

"Just guessing… besides, I'm just asking, You, yourself spill out the bean."

"Erk….-My bad." She said, being undeniably frustrated.

"—I do feel sorry whenever I hit him, it's not like I hate him or so…-You know."

"No, I don't know."

I stood up.

"—It was nice listening to a teenager's whinny problem. However, I'll say this, be frank with him. It'll solve everything."

"But how?!"

"Your way. Scold him, hit him or whatever, just tell him the truth of your feeling."

I looked upon the sky as sun was about to rise.

"—Don't worry, your brother is smart. He'll pull something on his own. And…."

I paused and looked sharply into Kirino's eyes.

"—Your friend, be frank too…. -She hates liar."

"…Eh…..?"

I lifted my hand, signing off from the encounter.

"Well then, see you again at work."

Slowly, I walked away and returned to the apartment.
