Flora was seated in her room looking out the window thinking about how her life had dramatically changed with the entrance of Helia. Flora thought back on how she met him in the woods behind Red Fountain and how she was entranced by his calm demeanor and fell more in love with the quiet passion that he had for the good that was left in the world. She admired that he kept fighting for her and the people that he held dear to him, despite his abhorrence of all things violent and combative. She thought about the way that he stole her heart and how David tried to steal it from him. Flora looked down at her ring and saw how it gleamed in the sunlight and thought about the life that she would share with Helia in the months to come. Was she ready? Did they really know what they were getting into? She shook her head and knew that if she loved him, that was all that mattered and that she would be willing to go through hell and back, as long as he was by her side.

Flora's thoughts were interrupted when there was a soft knock on her door. "Come in." the brunette called out.

Helia walked into the room and walked over to Flora and gave her a hug as she stayed seated. "Hello, beautiful. Is there anything wrong?" Helia asked as he looked at Flora's somber expression.

"Oh nothing, I was just thinking," Flora responded as she turned around to look at Helia.

"What about?" Helia asked with concern.

"Just us. Don't worry, it wasn't anything bad, just thinking about how much I love you and how my life has changed so much since you entered it." Flora giggled as she placed her arms around Helia's neck and placed a small kiss on his cheek.

"I am glad that it wasn't anything bad. I just hope that if anything bad were to happen that you would come to me. I love you and I want to be there for you, through everything." Helia replied and gave Flora a soft but assuring hug.

"Thank you, Helia. Now I think that we should go break the news to David." Flora sighed as she pulled away from Helia's embrace.

Helia took Flora's hands and they left the room to head towards Red Fountain where they would confront David.

At Red Fountain, David was seated on a bench awaiting his date with Flora, not knowing that she was no longer under his spell. He looked up and saw Flora, walking with Helia. David shot up from his seat and ran over to Flora to make sure that Helia was not trying anything with his perceived girlfriend.

"Hello, darling. What is Helia doing here?" David asked through gritted teeth looking at Helia.

Flora replied by giving David a swift and hard smack across the face. "How could you? You couldn't just leave me alone? I said no! What you did was not only hurtful but extremely violating. You took my memories from me and you used me! Don't talk to me. Don't look at me. I don't even want to know that you were thinking about me. Helia may be a pacifist but I have no qualms about blasting you into another dimension if you come near me or the people that I love again. Do I make myself understood?" Flora shouted as Helia stood behind her wide-eyed at the fuming Flora.

David stood up and held his cheek in his hand and angrily looked at Flora and Helia. "Whatever, you're crazy." David said as he started to walk away.

"Excuse me?" Helia responded pushing past Flora and walked up to David.

"You heard me. She is crazy. I would dump her." David replied.

"Are you kidding me? You spelled her and you are calling her crazy for finally standing up to you and telling you to get lost. I guess Flora was wrong about one thing though." Helia fumed. David gave Helia a quizzical glare.

"And what would that be?" David asked.

"That I would not rip you apart from limb to limb if you come near her or the people that we love again." Helia coldly said as he looked at David with his steely blue eyes.

"Please, you wouldn't do that." David scoffed.

"Try me." Helia replied with the same coldness.

"Whatever." David said as he walked away.

Helia walked back to Flora and held her close. "Are you okay?" Helia asked.

"Yeah, now that he is gone and I have you. Thank you for standing up for me but I could have done it myself." Flora replied.

"I know but I wanted to be your knight in shining armor." Helia chuckled and Flora giggled in response. Helia grabbed Flora's chin lightly and brought their lips together for a gentle kiss.

Months later, Flora stood looking at herself in a large mirror as she slowly breathed in and out.

"Flora, you will be fine. Now don't start sweating or you know that Stella will bring in the whole team to re-do your makeup." Layla giggled.

"I know. I am just nervous. I can't believe that I am getting married today." Flora smiled to Layla. Layla brought in Flora for a hug and went over to a small table where Flora's veil was neatly placed.

Flora looked at her reflection and admired the dress that Stella made. It was a lace white gown with flowers delicately placed in a manner that did not overwhelm the gown. Flora admired the thought that went into it and adjusted the sheer lace sleeves. She saw Layla approaching the mirror with the veil in hand. Flora closed her eyes as she felt Layla put the veil gently into her hair. As she opened her eyes, she took one last breath in as she looked at herself in the mirror with the veil covering her face with its tulle and saw the flowers in her hair. Flora turned around to Layla and smiled.

"Are you ready, Flora?" Layla asked as she handed Flora her bouquet of red roses.

"I am." Flora sighed as she looked at her friend.

"Flora, come on! The service is about to start!" Stella yelled into the bridal room. Flora and Layla laughed and made their way outside for the ceremony.

Once outside, Flora was met with her father who gasped as his daughter walked out to greet him.

"Dad, don't start crying." Flora chuckled as she took her father's hand.

"You just look so beautiful. It seems like only yesterday that I watched you take your first steps and saw you fly for the first time. You never wanted to let go of my hand. Now, I fear that I will never want to let go of yours." Flora's dad responded as he looked into his daughter's eyes, tears threatening to fall from his.

"You are going to make me cry." Flora sighed as she wiped away tears from her eyes.

Soon the music started to play signaling the start of the ceremony. First Stella and Nabu walked out together, followed by Tecna and Timmy, Sky and Bloom, Musa and Riven, and then finally the best man, Brandon, and the maid of honor, Layla, walking arm and arm. As Brandon and Layla made their way to the front of the grassy aisle where Helia was anxiously waiting, the music changed and the congregation of people stood up.

Flora breathed in and out as her father placed her arm around his.

"You will be fine, I know you will." Flora's father whispered into her ear. Flora smiled up at her dad and they walked out behind the makeshift wall that was set up outside, blocking the congregation, and Helia, from seeing Flora before the big moment.

As Flora stepped out from behind the wall, the crowd turned to face her, looking back from her and Helia. Helia beamed with happiness as he saw Flora walking towards him down the aisle. Helia felt a hand on his shoulder as Brandon smiled up at her, Helia looked down at Brandon smiling back and then the two of them returned their gazes to Flora as she made her way up the aisle with her father. As Flora and her father reached the top of the aisle, Flora's dad raised up her veil and kissed her cheeks. He then took Flora's arm and gave it to Helia. Helia smiled at Flora's father and then down to Flora. Flora looked up to Helia and couldn't help but to smile as tears escaped her eyes which Helia swiftly wiped away. The couple turned around and the officiant began the ceremony.

As the ceremony had reached the vows, Flora and Helia looked at each other as they began.

"Flora," Helia began, "although we have not known each other as long as many other people do when they marry, I feel as though I have known you my entire life. You have been there for me through everything and have made me stronger because of that. I remember meeting you here at the beginning of last school year and I knew that I was destined to be with you. We called this place our Secret Space and even though it is no longer a secret seeing as our friends and family are here today, I still feel like this space will always hold a special place in my heart. I met the girl of my dreams and I hope that I never wake up. I love you, Flora. Words cannot express that enough."

"Helia," Flora struggled to say as she tried not to cry, "I am not a poet like you or somebody that has ever had a lot to say on any subject, but my love for you cannot be described in words or poetry. There are not enough words in the human language that could begin to convey what I feel for you. I know that we may be young and there may be people that do not think that marriage is the right step with our ages and the scarcity of time that has elapsed since our meeting, but that doesn't matter. I love you and I know that we will be able to face any challenge that life throws at us, so long as we have each other. I love you Helia, and I am ready to become Mrs. Flora Marie Powers." Flora ended as tears left her eyes.

Flora and Helia looked at each other as they said the traditional vows of always standing with each other through whatever obstacle. Soon, it was the moment that Flora, Helia, and the rest of those in attendance were waiting for.

"You may now kiss the bride." The officiant instructed and Helia wasted no time taking Flora by the waist and crashing his lips into hers. Flora reached up and placed her arms around his neck and returned the kiss. There was applause in the audience and cheers that brought Flora and Helia back to reality. Helia and Flora broke apart the kiss and looked at each other with wide eyes and blushes on their cheeks. Helia took Flora's hand in his and they turned around to look at the people who were cheering on the newlyweds.

"Are you ready for an adventure?" Helia whispered to Flora.

"With you, always." Flora replied. The couple smiled and walked down the aisle, ready to begin their life together as husband and wife.

So I think that this is a good place to end this story. Tell me what you think! I think that I will start a story that will go into Brandon's status as the lost prince and will challenge the brother like bond between Sky and Brandon, as well as keeping up to date with Helia's situation in the war and his relationship with Flora because they are my favorite couple :) Let me know what you all think that I should do! I also have a lot of story ideas as well as continuing my other story, The Search for the Spark. Stay tuned!
