Disclaimer: Of course let the troubled, multi-personality teen own a very popular anime! What could possibly go wrong?
"Dear Tonio, I'm sad to say this but I must never come back. I can't tell you why or where I am. But I trust you and the rest of your guys to watch over my children; keep them clean, Gilly; keep them healthy, Luddy; make sure they go to bed at the right time, Lizzy; make them happy, Feli; keep them behaved, Tonio; and treat them like your own, little Lovi." Lovino swallowed uncomfortably and looked up at the group sitting around the table, sadness on their faces. The kids were taken upstairs to sleep through the morning, "I know that you don't know this…but I'm actually able to read into the future..That's how I knew some about Antonio not being part of this world and of Francis…but partly the reason I left is because of what I saw…I can't say anything...But look out for these dates and be careful mi niños." Lovino finished before he flipped the note, reading over the dates.

The rest of the group was silent, mulling over the fact that Maria was gone for good. The supportive, motherly, kind Spanish woman that grew to thier hearts...was gone...leaving behind three children. Lovino growled at the letter and slammed it on the table in anger, making everyone jump.
"L-Lovi?" stuttered Antonio as he looked up at his lover, the Italian was shaking and glaring at the note.
"What kind of mother leaves her kids? It's not fair for them!" he yelled while shaking his head. Antonio looked down sadly before he stood up to walk over and comfort his distressed tomato.
"Lovi…life is never fair…it's an endless vortex of unfairness…" he whispered sadly, the Italian was still shaking while whispering curses under his breath. Feliciano sniffled and stood up to take Ludwig's hand.
"I-I'm sorry, can you excuse us?" he said weakly as he started for the kitchen, dragging the tall German with him.
Once both of them were in peace did the Italian start to weakly speak of what was on his thoughts, "Ludwig..Maybe we shouldn't move…I don't think leaving Lovi is a good idea..."
Ludwig hummed and looked back where the rest of the group was to see Lovino being comforted by his Spanish alien lover. He made the smallest of smiles and turned back to the Italian, "I think he's strong enough to deal with this, and besides," he added, "You were the one to bring this idea up, you want to get away so Lovino won't be in your shadow anymore…" The Italian looked shocked for a moment before his eyes went downcast, his curl drooping.
"Ve…you figured me out, huh?" he said with a sad smile, "Lovino has always been behind in all kinds of things, from art to music…it seemed Lovino could never win. I even got a lover before he did, and when he finally gets one…Antonio has to leave again…I think if I get away from him, he'll not rely on me as his cover to the world…and he could finally not be compared to me by others. He can be his own person…" he explained before closing his eyes, "But now…with all this happening, with Miss Maria's children and-"he was quickly silenced from his ramble as the blond silenced him with his lips.
"Hush, you talk too much." The German uttered and kissed the Italian again, slipping something on his left ring finger; when Feliciano looked down to see what was placed on his finger he gasped. He always joked about weddings and how they would be…but never really dreamt of the day like this.
"Feliciano Veniciano Vargas, will you marry me? B-but it's not like I'm going to do one of those girly speeches like my bruder..." he said softly and slightly annoyed about how his own brother proposed. Feliciano just stared at he ring for a moment before a smile literally spilt his adorable face. He suddenly threw his arms around the blonde's neck and squealed.
"Yes! Yes! Yes!" he chanted before he was jumping in the German's arms, "You don't know how much more happy you made me!"
Ludwig made a shy smile before he looked to the side, "So now don't worry about Lovino…He's strong..and he trusts me enough to take care of you…So we still plan to leave at the end of the next month?" he asked unsure. Feliciano was hesitant at first but looked a the ring on his finger then looked at Ludwig, then to his brother in the other room who was staring at him along with everyone else. Maybe they could make it, maybe things will turn out alright….just maybe. Feliciano looked up at Ludwig and made a small nod before he skipped out of the kitchen to prance around the shop.
"Ve~ Ve~ Look who else is on the line for marriage."
"Mein gott! That gem is HUGE!"
"It's so pretty, Feli. When am I getting my engagement ring Gilbert?"
"U-um…soon enough.."
SMACK
"Ow! Fucking..." Gilbert winced and rubbed his head, Francis and Antonio laughed at him.
"Ohonhonhon, somebody needs to get to work~!"
Ludwig looked at the group around and managed to catch eyes with the older Italian. They seemed to have had a silent conversation before the darker haired twin nodded and the German nodded back before breaking eye contact. This was going to be a tough month...
Juan woke up in the later part of the morning, sore and turned his head to see the tired faces of his younger siblings curled up on the bed, Antonio's he guessed, they looked so….worn…. It broke his heart as last night's thoughts ran in…their mother…left them…. After all this heartache and shame and else one from his ten years with his mother, it was all brought to waste as she just, disappeared from his life. Where could she have possibly gone…? These thoughts still ran through as he climbed out of bed and started out of the room, intended to find that note again. Something must be coded in there, right? But as he found his way downstairs all he could see were a few costumers, Feli working at the counter to make some bread, the blond lovers wrapping biscotti, Alfred and his spouse talking art a table, Ludwig and Gilbert busy making some repairs to the shop, then finally Antonio who was serving some costumers. He decided Antonio was the best decision.
"Stupido!" he called out as he strolled over to him, the Spaniard turned around to look at him heh idiot, Juan thought as he approached the man, "Where is mama's note?" he asked simply, ignoring the fact he was getting looked at since he was still in his pjs. Antonio tilted his head before he made a forced smile, they seemed to be coming a lot from him lately.
"Lovi has it; he's in the kitchen making lunch with Elizabeta." He said simply then returned ot work. Juan only hummed and stated for the kitchen to talk with the man that acted much like him. He was standing by the counter, chopping tomatoes while Elizabeta was at the other side making something in a pot. Juan ignored it and went up to the Italian.
"Give me mama's note." He simply said, Lovino glanced his way but quickly returned to chopping his tomatoes.
"Why should I? You don't have any right to read it." He replied, Juan narrowed his green eyes and held out his hand.
"Cause mama might have coded something in the note, now give it." He ordered again, this time the Italian grumbled and dug in his pocket to fish out the note and drop it into the boy's hand.
"There is no code, there is no other option, and she left you here. That's it." Lovino said as he focused on not watching the kid's face as he studied the note inside out. For any misspelled words or symbols or anything that could reveal something, but there wasn't anything, just a simple take care of my kids and a few dates. Juan let his green eyes widen slightly as he started scanning the note desperately.
"No, no, no..Mama wouldn't do this…after all I've been through…what is she planning..? Mamma…" he choked and fell to his knees, the note tightly in his hands like last night, "Mama…"
Lovino furrowed his eyebrows in stress and held and arm around his stomach in comfort before he abandoned his tomatoes and kneeled to the kid, "I know I won't be a good parent, and neither will Antonio...But dammit, I'm not going to leave a kid behind…" he muttered and reached to hesitantly pet the boy's hair. Juan looked up at the man to see truth in his eyes that was when the tough boy finally let the floodgates loose. He cried quietly and leaned forward, taking hold of the Italian's shirt and burying his face so no one would see. Elizabeta watched from behind as she watch Lovi actually show sympathy and unknowingly rub the boy's back, she was in slight shock, but she almost had a heart attack when a voice spoke beside her.
"My little Lovi is a good parent." Spoke a Spanish voice that made Elizabeta turn to see Antonio, who sounded ok but his facial features were the opposite, "After today..I have two days here…" he whispered solemnly. Elizabeta looked down and tired to avoid the eye contact as she looked at the crying boy and Lovino again.
Could Lovino really do this by himself…?
