Vault 2
That vault as in an under ground fallout shelter it has an experiment to see if regular people and prisoners can get along fact of course. That boy Martin will try to reform some criminals so they won't start a program thais working in fact of course. He reformed a criminal in fact of course. That man was a con artist in fact of course. He was in prison for four years in fact of course. He was selected to be in the vault in fact of course. Outside the vault ghouls started up a new town they call Ghoulville in fact of course. They are all talking about stuff like the program and other stuff in fact of course.
"I reformed a man who was a con artist who was selected to be in this vault with us here in fact of course," said Martin, "The overseer was a prison warden he started this experiment to see if we can get along with people getting hurt or something and the program that I started up is working in fact of course."
"I don't think that one woman prisoner will reform she wants Martin here to confess to a crime that he didn't do," said a boy, "I am still nervous about prisoners here in the vault together in fact of course."
"I am also still nervous about prisoners here in the vault with us here in fact of course," said a girl, "The overseer was a prison warden he puts even regular people in vault jail in fact of course."
"I was a prisoner that was serving time in juvenile hall before the great war," said bad girl, "I trust the former school board member over the overseer for mayor when the vault opens and new town build in fact of course."
"I am still nervous about prisoners here in the vault together with us," said a boy, "My parents support the former school board member to be the first mayor of the new town after the vault opens when radiation levels goes down to safe levels in fact of course. "
The ghouls of Ghoulville will help the people of the vault to be safe from a raider group that will also leave the same vault in fact of course. The overseer said that as first mayor he would name the town after a prison before the great war in fact of course. If elected that town would have it's own prison in fact of course. We still see them talking about stuff in fact of course.
"We know that program that I started up is working it helped that man who was in prison to reform in fact of course," said Martin, "I trust the former school board member to be our first mayor in the new town that We start up from help from both GECKS one for corn and one with regular stuff like lettuce and tomato in fact of course."
"We will have a bath together tonight and glad that program is working," said a boy, "We will never have shame even though my genitals will be showing in fact in fact of course."
"We don't think that one woman prisoner will reform in fact of course," said a girl , "That new town will be named Summervile over one named after a prison in fact of course."

"I am glad we are here in the vault for outside the vault is ghouls in fact of course," said bad girl, "I was in juvenile hall before the great was making me a former prisoner myself in fact of course."
