I'm back! Now we're on Apple Red as Blood! Eek I'm so excited! After this we're on the finale and I'm so excited! Anyways, let me say one thing about the show. I HATE PETER PAN! I know that's extreme but he stole Henry's body and Henry's one of my favorite characters! (After Snow and Red of course.) But I was laughing when it came to the real Henry trying to convince his family he isn't Pan, mainly because it's so odd for me to be rooting for Robbie Kay and against Jared Gilmore, which I'm very much not liking. Oh and I saw the new Disney movie Frozen and I LOVED it! I loved it so much and I found a bit of Hope in Anna and Elsa. Anna because Hope was like a combination of her and Rapunzel before everything happened, a naïve little girl who just wanted true love, to live her dreams and to go outside. (You'll figure out why in this chapter.) Elsa because Hope, as you guys know, wasn't born with magic but earned it later and, like Elsa, accidently hurt someone she cares about (I'm not going to spoil but you guys can guess. Hint: it's not Snow) and runs off because she's terrified of what happened and has to learn to 'Let it Go' (my favorite song in Frozen!) and embrace her powers and that she isn't a monster like the other beings with magic she knows. Anyways, definitely check it out, it's worth it. Now on to Apple Red as Blood!

I ran over to the back of the bug and peeked in. Emma and Henry were alright and Henry was talking to her intensely. I smiled and stepped back. Once I was far enough away, I activated almost every ounce of magical energy I had and teleported myself. I landed on the kitchen floor weakly. I grunted when I remembered the note. Quickly, I waved a hand and it vanished as if it never existed. I sighed in relief and closed my eyes, giving in to my weakness.

I stared at Snow's lifeless body, tears trailing my cheeks. I stood by her coffin and touched the glass as more tears flooded from my eyes. My dress was a deep black, as black as Snow's midnight hair, and went down to the forest floor. It had sleeves that hugged my arms just like my usual dresses since I left the palace. It was simple and plain. I had a black veil on that covered the front of my face and reached down my back. For once, I wore no flower in my hair and didn't notice. My fingers trailed Snow's coffin and I weakly whispered,

"I'm so sorry I couldn't protect you." My tears fell even faster and harder and soon I could barely see anything. Dopey and Bashful stood beside me and each put a hand on my back. I nodded silent thanks as I couldn't speak. Not anymore.

I woke up to see my ceiling above me. I tried to move but was met with a pain in my head.

"Careful, you hit your head pretty hard." A voice said. I looked up to see Snow at my door.

"What happened?" I whispered. Snow walked over and sat on my bed. I noticed she had Henry's book in her hands.

"I think you were sleepwalking last night. I woke up to a thud and when I came out I found you on the floor, unconscious." She explained.

"Thanks for getting me in bed." I said. She smiled,

"No problem. Here. Henry will be here soon, Emma's missing and you need something to do." I took the book and my eye caught the clock. It was only 6:00. Emma wouldn't be back for a while. I smiled at Snow as she left and left me with the book. I opened the book and my eyes widened as I came to a picture of my parents holding a baby me and staring at something terrified. I was confused. I've never seen this before. Hesitantly, I reached out and touched the picture. Magic pulsed up my arm and I blacked out.

I opened my eyes as I landed on a tile floor. I grunted and stood up only to see my parents on a balcony. I remembered that balcony was always locked, like everything else in the palace when I was growing up. The only time the gates were open was on my 12th birthday, apparently someone came and told my parents to open the gates that one time. I think it was Uncle Leopold or Snow but I never knew. I followed my parents to see them better. My mother had her dark blonde hair in her usual curls, she was never a fan of crazy hairstyles royals had as she put it, and holding baby me, her sapphire eyes filled with joy. My father on the other hand had tree bark brown hair and a matching beard with blue green eyes, a rare combination he always told me. They were standing near a lantern. It was a light yellow and had flowery designs covering it, my rose symbol in the center. Mother once told me I was supposed to have a necklace with that symbol but it was stolen. I had concluded it was the necklace Snow found in Charming's gold bag but could never figure out why. Mother and Father smiled as they lifted the lantern into the sky and waved at the people gathered below. They turned around and walked inside, passing right through me. I ignored the pain at not being seen and followed them. They froze and gasped. I walked up beside them and gasped with them. Rumplestilskin stood before us.

"Well, well what do we have here?" 'Stilskin smirked, "King Thomas and the newly Queen Willow. And is this your new princess? Hope was her name?" Mother clutched baby me close to her in fear.

"What do you want?" Father asked. 'Stilskin grinned like a maniac as he said,

"Why to tell your daughter's future, of course." Mother stepped back, her light green dress swishing as she did.

"We want to know nothing." Father glared.

"Well too bad!" 'Stilskin said as he waved his hands and walked closer. "At an unknown time in your daughter's life, she will gain magic. She will hurt someone close to her and will run in fear. She will be in isolation until she learns what she will do with her powers and will decide her fate from there." Mother gasped and Father's eyes widened in fear.

"Never!" Mother cried, finding her voice. 'Stilskin just grinned and vanished into nothing. Mother turned to Father. "Is there anything we can do?" She begged desperation and fear in her voice. I understood, after all she was just a peasant who snuck into a contest to be Father's bride and was the only one who could feel a stupid pea under her mattresses. Father placed a hand on Mother's shoulder.

"We will protect her no matter what." He promised.

"How?" Mother cried, clutching me closer. Father was silent for a minute before answering,

"We will lock the gates and keep her from having any contact with the outside world for as long as possible." Mother met his eyes.

"If she's anything like me, she won't last more than 12 years." She whispered. Father nodded,

"12 years then. We'll keep her inside for 12 years, only here and the Summer Palace when we visit Leopold and Snow." Mother nodded in agreement.

I opened my eyes with a gasp.

"Hope! Hope!" I looked over and saw Henry next to me, shaking me.

"Henry?" I whispered weakly.

"I came here to get you and found you unconscious with the book in front of you." Henry explained, "What happened?" I rubbed my head and said,

"I told you before, when I touch a picture in the book I pass out and see what happened."

"What'd you see?" He asked.

"'Stilskin telling my parents my future." I answered. It all made sense now. All of the 'Be careful with your abilities.' And the 'Don't go outside. You can go when you turn 12.' And of course, 'Snow, don't take Hope outside, she needs to stay in the palace.' I shook my head. My parents only did that to keep me safe. They didn't know when I would reveal my magic or how.

"I'm sorry." Henry whispered. I smiled and placed a hand on his shoulder and gave it a squeeze.

"It's fine. So what's going on?" I asked.

"Emma wants to leave!"

"I know."

"What?!"

"I followed you guys last night when I saw her bug leaving. I saw you crash and made sure you were okay and left." I explained. Henry nodded,

"Okay, well I went to August for help but he says only I can help Emma now. He's turning to wood, he's Pinocchio!"

"I know." I smiled, "He was a good friend of mine back in the forest and I had a memory flash when he found me and got me in the clock tower." Henry nodded and fell silent. "Henry, what's wrong?" I asked.

"I don't know what to do." He whispered. I reached over and squeezed his hand.

"It'll be okay, you just have to believe." I whispered. He met my eyes and nodded. I smiled, "Come on, let's get to school." I stood up and threw on a white shirt, an ice blue skirt and my boots. I finished the look with a magenta jacket I had bought a while ago. I finished my look with loosely braiding my hair and placing it on my left shoulder, an ice blue flower at the back (Elsa's Snow Queen hairstyle.) I smiled at my appearance and led Henry to school.

Later that day, Henry and the others went their separate ways from me while I went to the apartment. I sat in my room and drew in my sketchbook. I decided to draw my parents. My pencil drew them holding me by the shoulders, me wearing my 12th birthday dress, a white bodice with off-the-shoulder silver sleeves and a white-and-silver dress. My hair was in a bun with a comb that had three silver satin ribbons attached to the back of my head with a silver flower at the top of the comb. (Anna's coronation dress with the described colors) I smiled when I finished but I suddenly heard something. I opened my door and gasped. Emma stood out in the living room and was packing a suitcase.

"What're you doing?!" I cried. Emma looked up at me.

"I'm leaving Storybrooke." She stated bluntly.

"You can't!" I cried, "We need you! Everyone needs you!" Emma looked at me.

"I thought you didn't believe in the Curse." She said. I looked down. I never did tell her the truth.

"I'm sorry. I lied." I looked down at the ground before I met her eyes. "But that doesn't mean Mary Margaret and Henry don't need you. Mary's your best friend and Henry's your son. You can't abandon them, not now when they need you most!" Emma looked at me and then proceeded to pack. I through my hands up in frustration as I let out a cry of exasperation before I collapsed on the bar stool and watched her. Later, there was a knock on the door. Emma opened it to reveal Henry.

"Hey Emma! Everything okay? You sounded strange over the walkie."

"Oh um, I'm okay. Just um." Emma sighed, "Yesterday, when I tried to take you away, you were right. I can't take you out of Storybrooke. But I can't stay, either."

"What?" Henry and I cried in unison.

"I spoke to Regina, we made a deal." Emma explained, "I'm still gonna be able to see you, both of you, just not…every day."

"No! No! You can't trust her!" I cried. Henry nodded in agreement.

"I have to go." Emma insisted.

"Go?" Henry asked, "You mean-leave Storybrooke?" I stared at Emma, eyes wide. I knew she was packing to leave but I didn't think it would be so…so soon!

"I have to." Emma insisted, "It's my only choice. It's what's best for you, Henry: every time I fight her, someone else gets hurt." I stood up and walked beside Henry. I may be 13 and I may look weak but I would stand beside Henry no matter what. I'd do anything to keep Emma here and not for my own benefit. For Henry and for Emma herself, so she can know her real parent. I would not give up!

"No no no!" Henry cried, "You're just scared. This happens to all heroes, it's just-the low moment before you fight back." Emma sunk down to her knees to meet Henry's eyes.

"Henry!" She cried in exasperation, I could see tears in her eyes, "This isn't a story! This is reality. Some things have to change. You can't skip school. You can't run away, and…you can't believe in curses." Henry stared down at Emma as did I.

"…You really don't believe?" Henry asked.

"I-ehm. This is how it has to be right now. I made a deal. And I used my superpower. She's telling the truth: she's going to take really good care of you." Emma said.

"Yes! But she wants you dead!" It was Henry's turn to be exasperated.

"He's telling the truth. Please Emma!" I added.

"Come on, you two!" She cried.

"You're the only one that can stop her!" Henry cried. Emma rose.

"Stop her from what?" She asked, "All she's ever done is fight for you. It just…got out of hand. I'm sorry." Henry hugged her tightly and I followed, tears streaming my cheeks. I can't believe I'm losing her. I opened my eyes and froze. There on the counter was a plate with a turnover on it and I could smell the apple from it. It made me sick. Stupid apple hatred. I thought.

"Where did you get that?" Henry asked.

"Regina gave it to me." Emma explained as Henry slipped away from us and I let go. Henry walked to the counter and smelled the turnover while I stayed as far from it as I could.

"Apple!" Henry cried.

"So?" Emma asked.

"You can't eat that: its poison." Henry insisted.

"What?" Emma asked.

"Don't you see? The deal." Henry insisted, "It was all a trick, to get you to eat that. To get rid of the savior!" He gestured to me. "Hope can't even come near, the apple reeks so badly!" I nodded weakly, the smell seeming to get stronger. God, I hate apples. I thought.

"Henry, come on." Emma asked, "Why would she do that when I just told her I was gonna go?"

"Because as long as you're alive, you're a threat to the Curse." Henry insisted.

"Believe him Emma." I added weakly.

"Henry? You've got to stop thinking like this. You too Hope." Emma stated.

"But it's the truth!" Henry cried, "And you leaving isn't gonna change that!"

"I'll prove it to you." Emma said, reaching for the turnover. Henry snatched it from her grasp.

"No!" He stepped back.

"Henry, don't do it!" I cried, feeling stronger with the turnover farther from me.

"Henry! What are you doing?" Emma asked.

"I'm sorry it had to come to this." Henry said.

"Henry DON'T!" I cried. Henry ignored me and continued,

"You may not believe in the Curse. Or in me. But I believe in you." With that, Henry took a bite of the turnover.

"NO!" I cried, waiting for what I knew would inevitably happen. Nothing happened as he chewed however.

"See? You wanna have some ice cream with that?" Emma said, "Then we can go back to talking about-" She cut herself off as Henry fell to the floor in the same position as Snow had fallen in 28 years ago.

"Henry!" I cried as I ran up to him and knelt beside his body, ripping the turnover from his hand and throwing it over my shoulder. It landed far away from me and Emma paid it no mind, which I was grateful for as I couldn't stand the smell. I held Henry's arm as tears began to flow down my cheeks.

"Henry." Emma said. "Henry? Henry?" Her voice grew desperate and filled with fear as Henry didn't respond. Tears flooded down my cheeks just like when we found Snow.

"Not again." I whispered, "Not again. WHY AGAIN?!" I shouted the last sentence as I held Henry tightly. He's my best friend. I can't lose him. I just CAN'T!
