First of all I want to say hello and thank you to anyone who is still reading this. I'm humbled to have seen such interest in this story and I hope I can bring some closure to anyone who is still interested in seeing how it all pans out. It's been a long and winding road since I last published anything (this story or any others), but I won't bore you with the details. Suffice it to say I haven't been in the proper head space to write anything fit for consumption. Everybody deals with what life throws their way and everyone has their own shit to deal with. What I will give you, if you still want it, is the rest of this story.
I sat down at my computer today and for the first time in a very long time I felt like writing. I went to this story file first and read through the outline and rough chapters I worked out so long ago. I can't give you a definite number of chapters or overall length, but I'll give you my word that I will be finishing this story and posting it, chapter by chapter, until it reaches a conclusion I am satisfied with.
Ordinarily I'd forego the message to readers and just get to the posting, but putting this out there for the world to see will give me the motivation to finish, and accountability to anyone out there who still wants to see how this story ends.
With all that said, I will be posting the next chapter (a least) before the end of the week.
Thanks for being patient with me, and I hope it's worth the wait.
