The Koopa Cape was being stormed on by a heavy thunderstorm, with the Goombas having been zapped out of existence by powerful white lightning bolts. The regular green shelled Koopa Troopa and red shelled Paratroopa were both hiding inside the artificial red Koopa shell close towards the underwater pipe, hearing how loud the rain pouring was.

"I wish this storm would go away," Paratroopa admitted as he munched on some popcorn he made. "It's hard to enjoy the serenity of the river with all this rain and thunder."

Koopa nodded in agreement as he sipped his glass of lemonade. "I agree. This storm is just too much." He then snapped his fingers as he turned to Paratroopa. "On that note, did you hear that Seaside Hill is getting a new food stand?"

"A new good stand?" Paratroopa gawked as he shook his head. "How many stands does that place have? I can't stand to think about it!"

Koopa chuckled at Paratroopa's pun as he placed his glass of lemonade down, moving his yellow hands. "Well, I heard it's right by the Ocean Palace. You want to go check it out when this storm's over?"

"Oh, most definitely!" Paratroopa exclaimed as the two continued to chat amongst each other while waiting for the violent storm to pass.

Waluigi sighed as he had his taco stand temporarily set up in the Koopa Cape's grassy river section at the upper waterfall, quite annoyed as he looked around, to see no customers, with it still raining, albeit not as much as previously. "Typical. I leave Seaside Hill for a much needed vacation and a chance to branch out my taco selling business, and no one comes."

"How do you think I feel?" Lemmy Koopa snapped as he was rolling on a red tire, selling several different colored across the river from Waluigi as he was balancing on it. "I do some advertising on television, and I still don't get any costumers!"

Waluigi smirked as he folded his lanky arms together. "Well, it feels good to know that I'm not the only one barely able to do business," He remarked as he got something out of this coincidence.
