Chapter 18: ARRESTED!

Molly Weasley stood outside the burrow, she had just finished her meeting with the Leader of the Light Albus Dumbledore and the Granger's, when she tried apparating into her secret potions room. She ended up outside the wards of the Burrow, when she landed outside she couldn't understand why this had happened, she was worried about the love potion she had left simmering before the meeting. If it simmered to long it would be ruined.

Quickly she cast every single unlocking spell she knew to take down the wards, huffing madly she decided to go to the Ministry to find her husband and find out why the home was locked down. Not to mention it was about time for his daily potion, she had been slipping into his tea since her Fourth year at Hogwarts and his Sixth year.

XX AT THE LOBBY OF THE MOM XX

Arriving at the Apparation point in the lobby of the Ministry, Molly quickly walked over to the security desk to have her wand checked in.
The wizard sitting at the desk continued looking down before stating, "Name?"
Molly glared at the wizard, "Molly Weasley."
"State your reason for visiting the Ministry."
"To see my husband, Arthur Weasley, head of the Misuse of Muggle Artefacts Department."
"Wand."
She handed over the wand for it to be registered.
He quickly wrote it down the description of the wand before laying the wand on the desk. "Please wait one moment, Mr. Weasley is on his way down to escort you to the office."

Molly nodded, studying the wizards and witches going to and from the floo networks. As she stood their studying the crowds, she failed to see the 5 aurors, led by Kingsley Shacklebolt, and Nymphadora Tonks walking up behind her.

"Mrs. Weasely?" Kingsley called out her name once they had semi-surrounded her. Molly turned around, "Kingsley?"
"Ma'am, that would be Auror Shacklebolt to you please follow me."
Molly looked over for her wand only to find it in the hands of Auror Tonks. "Can I have my wand?"
"I am sorry but you won't need it for now." Replied Auror Tonks.

Quickly they led Molly Weasley into the Auror Headquarters and over to the Interrogation room, "Please make yourself comfortable Mrs. Weasley."
Molly began fiddling with her skirt knowing this was very bad, mentally she started making a list of what they want. Knowing it couldn't be the love potions.

xx 20 minutes later xx

Kingsley Shacklebolt, opened the door wide to allow his partner Nymphadora into the room, a furious Molly Weasley sat in one of the chairs.
"MY HUSBAND WORKS HERE AT THE MINISTRY! I SHOULD NOT BE LOCKED IN THIS ROOM LIKE A COMMON CRIMINAL!"

"Mrs. Weasley you are being charged with brewing Illegal potions, and accussed of drugging one Arthur Weasley, and giving your children Ronald Bilius Weasley and Ginevra Weasley potions to drug Harry Potter and other classmates at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. A court appointed lawyer shall be here within the next couple of hours for you to discuss your defense. Once you have decided the persons needed for the trial will be recieving owl's regarding the hearing next week. You shall be placed in a holding cell unless a family member will bond you out of the holding cell for a price of 100,000 galleons."

Molly Weasley turned a pasty white after hearing what the charges were, knowing she is guilty, hearing the price for bond she felt faint in the head knowing the only people who would get her bonded would be the Grangers and Albus, but since it has to be a family member she couldn't help but feel she is completely screwed.

A/N: I apologize for this taking forever the past couple of weeks have been crazy, been working longer hours, and then my baby Precious *my puppy* ran away thanks to stupid dump trucks and we found her the very next day thanks to some awesome neighbors. I just wanted to show you some insight on the Arthur/Molly front. You will find out in the next chapter who exactly the Grangers are, and Dumbledore gets in more trouble as do the Annoying Ronald and Ginevra.
