Chapter 21

Tori looked at herself in the three full length mirrors, her white dress flowed to ground, trailing behind her with a small train. The top layer was all lace, intricate swirls and patterns made the dress seem simple from a distance but up close, it was beautiful. The top was in a v-neck that was decorated with tiny pearls and diamantes. The back was bare until the bottom of her spin where the dress was connected by one big row of buttons that continued right to the end of the train. A hidden bodice that fitted around her waist and down to the tops of her thighs, then it went into the skirt.

The skirt wasn't big and full, it just gave her the perfect silhouette. It was everything she wanted. Her mom had done her hair and makeup, she had cat eye eyeliner and gentle eye shadow. Her hair was curled to perfection, the front held back by two braids. The ends of her hair were blonde, gradually getting darker towards the top were her natural dark brown remained. She'd first dyed it that way months ago, just for a change but over time it had grown on her.

A knock came from the door, before her mom and Beck's appeared.

"Tori, it's time." In the reflection of the mirror, Tori nodded. Her heartbeat was racing, she knew that Beck would be waiting for her at the other end of the aisle, in his suit and his shoes. Tori hadn't actually seen his outfit yet, he said that if he couldn't see her dress, she couldn't see his suit.

Tori left the dressing room of the chapel, her dad stood outside, he wore a dark grey suit with a black tie. He took Tori's arm and lead her to just around the corner from the main door to the chapel, her bridesmaids were waiting to go ahead of her on cue.

Trina, Cat, Kat, Kayleigh and Jade stood, in their deep red dresses, holding cream coloured Gerberas, Tori had some herself, red and cream, like the whole wedding. Trina's dress was stuck out with her growing baby bump, her and Chad's baby boy was due in less than a month, but they wouldn't reveals his name until he was actually born despite all Tori's begging.

The beginning of Romeo & Juliet began to play, the first few beats bring back a flood of memories with them, Tori thought about when her and Beck first got together. All thanks to Mr Sikowitz, who also sat in the chapel.

A lovestruck Romeo, sings the streets of serenade

Laying everybody low with a love song that he made

Find a streetlight, steps out of the shade

Says something like, "You and me, babe, how about it?"

Tori had seen him through the tiny window of the dressing room, he was dressed up in a white tux and red bow tie, no shoes of course, as he climbed out of his minivan. It took some convincing on behalf of Tori's parents for him to leave his pet goat in the car.

Juliet says, "Hey, it's Romeo, you nearly gave me a heart attack"

He's underneath the window, she's singing

Hey, la, my boyfriend's back"

You shouldn't come around here, singing up at people like that

Anyway what you gonna do about it?

Cat giggled as she followed behind Trina, and the rest of the bridesmaids. She shot Tori a wink and then put on her 'serious' face, the one she had practiced during the ceremony rehearsal yesterday.

Juliet, the dice was loaded from the start

And I bet and you exploded in my heart

And I forget, I forget the movie song

When you gonna realize, it was just that the time was wrong, Juliet?

Tori and her father stepped into the chapel, all the guests were stood up as the music played on. Tori had promised herself that she wouldn't look at Beck until the last moment, instead she looked around the room at their guests, smiling as they looked at her in awe.

Come up on different streets, they both were streets of shame

Both dirty, both mean, yes and the dream was just the same

And I dream your dream for you and now your dream is real

How can you look at me, as if I was just another one of your deals?

She looked to the front but avoided Beck, instead she admired Andre, Jared and Robbie in their suits. The three had gotten on like a house on fire when Robbie had come over from London for the wedding, leaving Rex behind to be taken care of by a girl who owned a female puppet.

Well, you can fall for chains of silver, you can fall for chains of gold

You can fall for pretty strangers and the promises they hold

You promised me everything, you promised me thick and thin

Now you just say, "Oh, Romeo, yeah, you know

I used to have a scene with him"

The procession to the front only took about a minute and within seconds she was face to face with Beck. She swallowed, meeting his deep brown eyes, his suit was black and he wore a red tie over his shirt. They looked at each other for a second, this is it, it's really happening.

"You look beautiful." Beck whispered as he kissed her on the cheek. Tori felt herself blush, even after so long he still had the same effect on her, and she hoped that he always would. Beck put his arm around Tori's waist, as they turned to the priest.

You said, "I love you like the stars above, "I love you till I die"

Tori knew right then, that all her dreams had come true.

I can't do the talk like the talk on the TV

And I can't do a love song like the way it's meant to be

I can't do everything but I'd do anything for you

Can't do anything except be in love with you

And all I do is miss you and the way we used to be

All I do is keep the beat, the bad company

And all I do is kiss you, through the bars of a rhyme

Juliet, I'd do the stars with you any time

So, this is the end of their journey and ours. Sorry that the end is so sudden, I originally planned on having more chapters but I would rather end the story than leave you all waiting for weeks at a time.

I love writing and I love have so many of you reading this, but I'm doing my A-levels now and I don't have the time anymore. I hope you liked this chapter, if enough of you say that you want one then I will write an epilogue as well.

If I remember then I will add to the my Bori oneshot collection.
