Ella instantly was creaming again. Gray replaced his hand to get her to stop. It only muffled the sound slightly.

"What is it?!" Lucy asked concerned.

Ella had managed to stop screaming. It was replaced by hyperventilating. Ella manged to get out the word "Fire."

Gray had shot a beam of ice at the fire and it was out.

"I think it's time you told a little more about yourself," Erza said.

Ella wasn't about to do that. She got up on shaky legs. Her head was pounding but she slowly started walking. She made a few slow steps before collapsing.

"It can't be that bad," Lucy said.

"We all have backstories, reasons why we're here." Gray said.

"I highly doubt yours is anything like mine." Ella said solemnly.

"None of ours are the same," Erza said."

"I'm not ready for it," Ella said.

"Maybe," Lucy said, "if you talk about it it'll make you feel better. Get things off your chest."

"It'd also help if we knew why you are so crazy." Happy put in.

"Not helping!" Lucy said.

"I guess you're right..." Ella said slwoly leting out a deep breath.

"Go ahead," Lucy said encouragingly.

"The night before you found me in the van..." Ella started and couldn't finish.

"Ella, just tell us what you can and what we need." Lucy encouraged.

Ella took in a deep breath, slowing breathing it out.

"Well, I don't have anyone left. People think I'm a monster and a murderer," Ella said shakily.

"I can see why," Happy said quietly. He was referring back to the time when Ella had demoned out.

Everyone wanted to question but they didn't. This was a touchy subject for all of them.

"What about your fear of fire," Lucy asked gently.

"It was there, that night."

"Okay. And your, um... er... time when you..." Lucy trailed off unsure of how to phrase it.

"The time I demone out? Have I done it for? Why did it happen? I don't know. I might have done it before. I hope I didn't." Ella knew that if she had demoned out before she could have killed her parents. "I have no idea what even caused it. I wish I knew"

"It's ok Ella." Lucy said trying to cheer her up.

Lucy stood up from sitting next to Ella. "Let's leave her alone for a while. She could use it."

Lucy started walking away. She grabbed Natsu as he was just standing there. Lucy could tell that he was going to pester Ella. Natsu didn't understand what he wasso afraid of him for.
