A/N: Sup guys! How's it going? Hopefully not too bad. I'm fine I guess, just bored XP. This chapter might be posted a little earlier than usual, but whatever, I know you guys wanna read more of this (I hope), so here's another chapter for you all! But first, let's get to the reviews!

Guest (review from chapter 1): I'm glad you're enjoying it :)

Jesse M.E Gerrits: I'm glad you like it so much and thanks :) Segira does have Paragus' DNA in her too and I'm not really sure if she'll be able to control herself in her Oozaru (Great Ape) form or not yet since I haven't really thought of a situation when she should transform into one. But if she does, she probably won't be able to control herself in it unless Vegeta's DNA "kicks in" if you wanna put it like that :P. But I should probably shut up about that now cause that could lead to spoilers XD I'm not gonna say when/if she's gonna use Broly's mindset, but I will say that when/if she does, it's definitely gonna be interesting.

Thanks for the reviews guys! I really appreciate them and love to know what you guys have to say, and I love getting back to you guys about it (I know, I always say that, but it's true). Everyone's still welcome to leave a review, send me a PM, or a message on my Facebook page, so feel free to leave one if you want to. Someone sent me a PM with a fanfic idea, and I really like what he/she had to offer, so yeah :). And now, let's get to the chapter! (PS, this isn't a very happy chapter and it might be a bit too graphic for some people, just a warning)

Segira's eyelids slowly fluttered open when she thought she heard someone screaming loudly. Once her eyes were open, she blinked a few times to focus them, but there was nothing to focus on. She was lying in the middle of an incredibly dark void. She slowly stood up and looked around in confusion, but there was nothing but darkness as far as the eye could see.

"Where am I…?" She thought while looking around. "I've never been in a place like this before…"

After a few minutes of standing there in the dark, eerie silence, faint whispers suddenly sounded from somewhere, sending chills up and down her spine. The ominous whispers sounded ghostly, she couldn't make out any words, but just hearing them while being in that dark room was scaring Segira to death. She looked around frantically with a terrified look on her face for a few seconds before quickly shaking her head and taking off in a random direction as fast as she could, not knowing where she was going or where she would end up. But wherever she was going, it had to be better than this creepy place. But no matter how far or fast she ran, she was always surrounded by the darkness and those ghostly voices. After what felt like hours of endless running, something suddenly flew right passed her, something cold and finger-like brushed up against her arm, giving her goose bumps and scaring her half to death as she stopped dead in her tracks, frozen in place. She sensed that something was circling her, but she didn't see anything in the dark room.

"You know, 817, all this running you're doing is just a huge waste of time, both for you, and for us." A masculine, yet ghostly, voice whispered in Segira's ear from right next to her.

Segira's eyes widened and all the color drained from her face, she knew that voice all too well, that voice has been haunting her, both in her dreams and while she's awake for almost 16 years. Segira tried to talk, but she couldn't take in a breath. She also tried to walk or run or at least move her legs, but they wouldn't budge. A deep, creepy, mocking laugh seemed to echo in the whole area, but it still came from right next to her.

"Aw, what's wrong, 817? Scared of a harmless little voice?" The voice whispered again.

"It's not just the voice I'm scared of…it's who's using it…" She thought, she wanted to say it out loud, but she still couldn't get any words out.

"Don't worry; I'm not going to hurt you…yet…" The voice said again before a dark purple shadow suddenly appeared in front of her and took the shape of an all too familiar man.

It felt like her heart stopped, her chest tightened and she felt like she couldn't breathe again when she realized that she was standing face-to-face with the man who started it all, the man that created her and hundreds of other experiments before her that were failed experiments. She couldn't remember his name for some reason, but she did remember how cruel and heartless he was. Even though it was just a shadow of him, her heart was racing now in fear, she was absolutely terrified of him and she stared at him with wide, fearful eyes, she looked like she would die right there from complete fear of this man.

The man smirked and suddenly grabbed her jaw tightly. "Now you listen you little brat, it doesn't matter how far or fast you run or where you hide, I will find you. And when I do, you can say goodbye to your little friends." He told her. Her eyes widened again in horror when he said the last part and he grinned. "What's wrong? Did you really think that I didn't know about them? If you did, then you're dumber than I thought you were, even for a Saiyan." He said that with a slight scoff.

She stared at him with fearful eyes for an eternity after he said that, not saying anything, before she finally broke free from the trance and quickly shook her head, making the man lose his grip on her jaw. "No! Get away from me!" She screamed as she pushed him away with her arms. Instead of hitting flesh and the man stumbling back, however, her arms passed through nothing but ice cold air and his shadow faded away as if it was blown away by wind.

"They aren't your friends, 817; they're going to leave you alone to fend for yourself one day." The man said once more before his shadow, and his voice, disappeared completely, the eerie silence filling the area once again.

But it wasn't over yet. Before Segira could do anything, her feet slowly started to sink into the floor. Her eyes widened in fear again before she tried to run or jump away, but her legs were stuck. She sank deeper and deeper into floor slowly, which now felt like goo, and it reached up to her stomach in no time. She frantically reached out to grab onto something, but she grabbed nothing but empty air. And before she knew it, she sank completely under the floor, instead of being surrounded in goo, however, she was falling through more pitch black darkness. After falling for what felt like an eternity, Segira's feet slammed into what felt like a floor, the sudden, and hard, impact made her knees buckle and she fell forward onto her stomach with a loud thud. She winced and groaned in pain, she laid there for about a minute or two before slowly pushing herself up with her shaky arms so she was on her hands and knees. She blinked a few times and she looked around the dark room, it looked like the same room she was in before she was sucked into the floor, but something felt different about this one. She slowly got up to her feet and looked around in puzzlement, but her gaze stopped on a wooden door a few yards away from where she stood.

She lifted an eyebrow and tilted her head to the side in confusion. "Where did that come from?" She thought. She bit her lower lip nervously. "Now what? Should I open it? It might be better than standing in the dark until he comes back…"

She sucked in a shaky breath and hesitantly started to walk towards the door, her guard up. As she got closer to the door, however, she started to get a really bad feeling about this, but what else could she do? She couldn't just sit and wait there in the dark until something else comes along and scares her to death. Once she was close enough to reach the doorknob, however, something inside her was screaming at her to stop and turn back, but she ignored it, she was too curious. She gulped nervously before grabbing the doorknob and slowly turning it to open the door, not sure what to expect on the other side.

Once she opened the door, light flooded into the dark area, blinding Segira for a moment. She squinted and put her hand in front of her face to shield her eyes from the light before stepping through the doorway (light is always a good sign, right?). She blinked a few times so her eyes could adjust to the light a little faster and looked around with a lifted eyebrow. It looked just like the outside of Goku's house, only it was daytime. She looked around with a confused look on her face for a minute or two before the sound of something creaking caught her attention. She jerked her head around to see the door she had stepped through slowly starting to close by itself. She bit her lip and tensed up slightly as the door closed with a quiet click, blocking her view of the dark room, which she actually had no problem with. Once the door was closed completely, however, it started to slowly fade away, disappearing into thin air in just a few seconds, which gave her the chills again. Once the door was gone completely, she just stood there for a moment, not moving a muscle, before looking around with a scared look on her face; this was really starting to freak her out again.

After a few minutes of eerie silence, however, she heard some loud screaming from behind a large boulder that wasn't there before. She jerked her head around to look in that direction, her eyes wide and full of fear. She felt like she had to see what was going on and why she was hearing someone screaming, but there was still something inside her screaming at her to run the other way and not look back. She bit her lip as she thought for a moment.

"Should I go see what's going on? It could just be Goku or someone else training or something…" She looked back over her shoulder at where the door used to be. "Nothing bad happened when I stepped through the door even though I had a bad feeling about it." She thought out loud to herself. "But still…" She thought again.

She thought about turning around and walking away, but when she heard silence in the same direction where the screaming came from, she figured it was just Goku, Gohan, or someone else finishing up training or something and she started walking towards it. Even though she thought it was safe, she still took cautious steps as she approached the boulder. Once she reached the boulder and looked at where the screaming was coming from, she wished she had just turned around and walked away. Her eyes widened in shock and she felt sick to her stomach as she saw the gruesome sight. Blood was splattered everywhere, on rocks, plants, the ground, and several lumps on the ground. The worst part was what the lumps were. Goku, Goten, Trunks, and even Bulma and Chi Chi were laying in puddles of blood, their clothes torn pretty badly and blood seeped out of several large gashes all over their lifeless bodies. Segira put a hand over her mouth, a look of horror on her face, and she had to look away, she couldn't bear to look at that sight anymore.

"What happened here…?" She thought to herself, her eyes were shut tightly, but tears were slowly starting to stream down her cheeks.

But her eyelids flew open when she heard someone grunting. She looked back at the bloody field, trying her best to ignore the lifeless bodies that were scattered throughout the field, to see Gohan jumping away from something. Her eyes widened again when she saw the condition he was in, his clothes were torn really badly, he was covered in his own bright red blood, he looked exhausted, and he was practically gasping for breath.

"Gohan!" She yelled, scared to death. She had no idea what was going on, but almost everything she's seen so far was more than enough to scar her for life.

"Segira, run! I'll hold him-" Gohan started to tell her.

But before he could finish his sentence, a large, sharp spike suddenly shot out of the ground and pierced right through his chest where his heart was. The spike even went right through his chest and out of his back, impaling him with his feet just barely touching the ground and killing him instantly. Segira stared at him with a look of complete horror on her face, she may have only know him for a day, but he was one of her favorite friends (Goku is her other favorite friend).

"G-Gohan…?" She whispered, her voice shaking. She fell to her knees as tears welled up in her eyes. "Gohan!" She screamed loudly.

Not two seconds later, she felt someone shaking her and calling her name over and over. It took her a few seconds to realize that Goku was shaking her by her shoulders to wake her up from a bad, but very realistic, dream. Her eyes were already open even though she was asleep, but she couldn't see clearly for several seconds. When her eyes finally did focus, she was staring right into Goku's concerned eyes, but as soon as she woke up, her eyes closed and her head hung down, her chin almost touching her chest. Then, there was nothing but darkness once again.

"Segira! Segira wake up!" Goku yelled as he tried to shake Segira awake. Her eyes were open, but she wasn't awake, and she had been screaming nonstop for the pass few minutes. After shaking her for quite a while, she finally stopped screaming and, for a split second, some light came back into her onyx eyes before her head hung and her eyes closed again. "She must've fallen back asleep." He thought to himself as he laid her back down on the couch, covering her with the blanket.

"How's she doing dad?" Gohan asked as he walked into the room. He had woken up a short time after Goku did, and Chi Chi was up too, but she had gone back to bed already, Goku didn't know if Goten was up too or not though.

Goku looked back at Gohan. "She's doing okay for now, but I doubt she'll stay like this. She must've had a really bad dream to start screaming like that." Goku replied.

Gohan nodded. "Yeah, but we have to do something to help her. She might not have any more bad dreams or any that are as scary if she shared a room with someone." Gohan suggested.

Goku looked at him with a lifted eyebrow. "Like who? Chi Chi would throw a fit if she was in our or your room."

"What about Goten's room? I don't think mom would mind that much since he's so young, right?"

Goku stared at Gohan for a moment. "That's what you think." Goku thought, but he didn't say anything. Of course Chi Chi would mind, but what other choice did they have? Leave Segira there and let her have bad nightmares? That definitely wasn't going to happen. He glanced back at Segira again, judging by her face, he thought it was safe to say she was having another nightmare. Goku sighed heavily and slowly, Chi Chi would probably have his head for this… "Alright, we'll put her in Goten's room for tonight. If she does better, I'll try to talk Chi Chi into letting her share the room with him." Gohan nodded, but he didn't say anything. Hopefully he was right and Segira just needed some company, because if not, then he and his dad would both have to deal with his mom's wrath.
