(It's the moment you've been waiting for! The hosts talking about the season thus far! Note, there WILL PROBABLY be spoilers for DR2. You've been warned.)
The song 'Dollhouse' is playing as the curtain rises onstage. Flash is sitting in a recliner, enjoying a soda. "Well now, we're at the halfway point in Southern Island...so tonight we're gonna to be going over our favorite moments from the show so far." Alicia is hanging upside down from a ring tied to the ceiling.
"Yo!" She greets, waving to the camera. Flash looks up, chuckling slightly.
"What're you doing, Alicia?" He asked.
"Just hanging." She replied.
"You gonna be there for the whole episode?" Alicia appears behind Flash.
"Maybe…" The teen boy host rolls his eyes, smirking.
"Let's get on with the review episode. You wanna start?"
"Gentlemen first." Alicia winks, making the crowd go 'aww…', supporting their relationship. "You let me go first remember?" She strides on over to a throne similar to the one Monokuma sat on in the games, and sat in it.
"Let's start off with Peko's idol play in the fourth tribal council. That wasn't a shock on who she played it on, yet it came as a shock to Kurzuyuu." Flash started.
"True." Alicia nods, getting a remote control out. Pressing a button, the screen showed up, showing a recap of the moment she played the idol.
("If anyone has a hidden immunity idol they would like to play, please do so now." Without hesitation, Pekoyama got up and pulls out the idol.
"Play this on Kurzuyuu, please." After she does that, she goes back to her seat, a triumphant smile on her face.
"The rules of Survivor state that once a hidden immunity idol is played on someone, all votes counted against them will be negated. In other words, they won't count.)
"Could she have done it differently if she wanted to protect him, and stay in the game?" Flash inquires.
"Yeah. I mean when the second class trial was going on, she wanted to protect him. Am I right?" Alicia answers.
"That's why she made the lame excuse as to why she was wet when she met up with the group. Also, during a confessional, she stated that she was probably going to use the idol on Kurzuyuu. And when she did, he didn't see it coming. Was that like in the second Class Trial in a way when she was voted out?"
"Right, from what I remember." Alicia nods.
"So, what was your favorite tribal council moment from the game so far?" Flash wonders.
"It would have to be where Gundam and Souda started fighting." Alicia answers.
"It had to have been when you stepped in and stopped them."
"About where Gundam and Souda were fighting, I seriosuly had to stop it like a boss..and I was about to curbstomp those two." Alicia presses a button on the remote and the scene from the game plays.
("Why yes I do." The mechanic answered, and turned to Sonia. "Sonia, would you-" But he was cut off by Gundam.
"Oh no you're not. You are not disgracing her with your presence!" He snapped.
"You're one to talk, Mister Dark Lord!" The pink haired teen hissed back. The two got up and were about to start getting in a very vulgar argument, Alicia surprised everyone by pinning them both to the ground and restraining them with cable ties. Well, their hands were in front of them, of course.
"I have no idea what that was about." Flash sternly said. "But both of you need to calm down. Sonia, what is the meaning of this? Do I sense a love triangle here?"
"That's not it at all Flash." She replied. "All Souda did was give me a flower..." Saionji could be seen laughing.
"Saionji, you finding this funny?"
"Well of course, Flash." The classical dancer chuckled. "They're just boys getting in an argument over a girl. Classic.")
Flash added, "Though remember when I mentioned the love triangle between Sonia and those two? She denied it rather quickly."
Alicia agreed. "I knew she was going to deny it."
"It basically said, 'I don't have feelings for Souda, for I love Gundam more.' Yet the fans of DR suggest that there is a love triangle. But it's with both Souda and Gundam fighting for her attention." Alicia nods again, not having much to say on that front.
"But it's not a love triangle since Sonia only loves Gundam. So why do the fans call it that?" Flash asked.
"I think the fans are either crazy...or more delusional than Komaeda." Alicia answered, causing the crowd to laugh at that comment.
"I think that was either an insult or a fact about the fanbase of Dangan Ronpa. So aside from those two Tribal Councils, what challenges did you enjoy seeing thus far?" Flash asked, feeling they needed to move onward.
"The previous one we did: playing volleyball." She responds.
"That was ruined by Monokuma who was bored with the whole idea of Survivor. And you tearing him to shreds was also pretty funny. For me, it's a tie between the water gun war and the race with the Eon duo." Flash comments.
"I could have used a chainsaw to tear him to shreds!" And just to prove her point, she gets a chainsaw out from nowhere, but doesn't turn it on. Flash just stares at it.
"Welp, Should he return, I can arrange that." Then he starts thinking… "Nanami on Latias with a Super Scope...shut up and take mah money! I can already see the fanart…" Alicia grins evilly at that.
"So now that we're down to 8 in the game, who's strategy are we watching?" Flash asks.
"I'm between Hinata and Nanami." Alicia suggests.
"Speaking of them, did you notice that during the merge so far, they have some sort of 'spark' between them?" To prove his point, Flash had a similar remote, and pressed a button on it, showing a scene where Hinata and Nanami interacted.
("I just need a clue, and you can leave the rest to me." He reassured. The gamer left, and ran into Hinata on the way.
"Hello, Nanami." Hinata greeted.
"Why hello Hinata…" She replied. "What're you up to?"
"Nothing, honestly; I just thought I'd get to know my competition better."
"There's something I want to ask you Hinata…" Nanami looked at the ahoge boy with big eyes and asked, "What else are you looking for in this game aside from winning?"
Hinata thought about this, and responded, "Maybe a friend or two. But save for the three returning players, aren't we already since we're classmates and everything?"
"Yeah…" Nanami smiled. "Can I ask for your help in this game? We need to stick together if we're going to get anywhere, Hinata. And out of all the guys here, I feel the most comfortable with you." And Hinata's ahoge didn't prick up, but he did blush.
"Nanami is probably the sweetest girl I've ever met in my life, let's be honest here. And for her to say we need to stick together is all I need to hear. I do need a backup alliance in all honesty, should my alliance of 5 go up in flames." -Hinata
"I wanna ask you something Nanami." Hinata said. "You're in an alliance with Caleb, right?" The gamer nods, so Hinata continued. "Okay. Is it possible I can join that alliance?"
"Sure thing, Hinata; You're help is a nice thing to have.")
Alicia rolled her eyes. "I already knew."
"Now the strategy I'm watching is Ibuki's. She, and let's be honest, surprised us all by making it to the halfway point in the game. Originally, I thought she would be voted out first or second, but she's still in." Flash comments, smiling.
"Right..." Alicia deadpans.
"Sonia going on the passive warpath aside...I think it's time we reveal the standings so far for the Fanfiction's Fan Favorite Award, shall we?" He seemed excited about this, and then turned to the camera. "These are the results of the Fan Fiction's Fan Favorite Award so far. These are not the final results, as there will be a little surprise in store at the end of this episode."
Alicia nods. "We shall."
Flash nods as well, having the poll results materialize. "10 people have voted, so 30 votes have been casted. The ones who received zero votes are..."
Nidai, Koizumi, Tsumiki, Gundam and Komaeda.
"Surprising, not." The audience has mixed responses.
Alicia cracks a grin.
"Those in Survivor Southern Island who have one vote are..." Flash continued.
Caleb, Owari, Kurzuyuu, Hanamura, Souda, Pekoyama, Phoenix, Nicole and Saionji.
"Wow." Alicia was surprised to say the least.
"The only one with two votes is Sonia. Interesting..." Then Flash grins as well. "Now time for the top 3! In third place, with four votes is…"

Confetti didn't fly however. "I saw it coming. I mean, he's protag-chan! Of course he's winning the polls. But by just one vote." Flash says.
"Right!" Alicia chimes in. "And this is all the time we have! Flash, tell the people what you wanna tell them."
"I sure will Alicia." Flash nods, looking at the camera again. "There has been a second poll created. Those who did not receive votes are not included in it. Cast 2 votes for who you wanna see be the Fan Fiction's Fan Favorite at the end of the game, which will be revealed on the episode of the finale! That person, will not only win fifty thousand dollars…they will also secure a spot in the first ever Fans vs. Favorites season. The top 3, in fact, will be returning for that season." The crowd got excited. "So please cast your votes for who you wanna see return, and enjoy the rest of the season!" The curtain then closed, ending the review episode.
(So yeah.
It's true.
A second vote has been put on my profile.
Vote for your favorite if you haven't already, drop a review and show some love as always, and I'll keep being awesome in return! Thank you everyone!
One last thing!
I will have the Cast Assessment for Survivor Apple Woods up soon after this episode.
So look forward to that!
