"I still cannot believe you three! You knew all along too…" I laughed as Cait, Gabby, and Maddie helped me into my dress. The thing was not comfortable, but ah well.

"Of course we knew and kept it a secret!" Cait exclaimed. She looked great in her bridesmaid dress. "What fun would it be if you found out your future husband was released from prison and coming straight to see you?"

"Well you do have a valid point there…" I said, combing through my hair one last time with my fingers. "I'm just happy he's here and we're keeping our promise to each other…"

"Aaawwww!"

"You two are so cute!"

"You ARE having wine at the reception though, right?"

I laughed and looked at the clock. "Oh crap! Guys, we need to go!"

"Let's go!" Maddie yelled, picking up all our boutiques and waving her hands to shoo us away. My bridesmaids all went out first, and with an impatient face I followed them out of our dressing room.

As we exited, I saw my dad run over to Gabby (who was the first person in our little line) and mumble something in a rushed way to her. I couldn't hear him, but Gabby's reaction told me I didn't want to.

"W-What's wrong?" I asked, tilting my head. "Is something messed up or…"

"Nichole, ah," Cait turned to me, her face concerned. "J-just go back to your changing room for a bit, okay?"

"Oh, okay…" I mumbled, turning around and heading back to my room. At this point wasn't surprised something had gone amiss. In fact I was impressed nothing had until now.

With my head down and my group of lilies, bluebells, and pink roses facing down at my side, I walked quietly to my dressing room. Well, at least the carpet was a pretty shade of blue…

"Wow…you look good there, love…"

My head snapped up. Sitting on the windowsill was Alois Trancy, looking bored and uninterested as ever. He wasn't in his tuxedo, like he was supposed to be, and his hair was wild (even after I urged him to gel it just for this occasion).

"W-What are you doing…?" I asked, setting my flowers down on the nearest table and walking over to him. "The wedding is in like ten minutes and you're in a white undershirt and butt shorts…?!"

"Huh? Oh, right, the wedding." Alois said, checking over his fingernails (which he French-tipped by the way) "Yeah, sorry. That tight suit doesn't do it for me. Oh, and I'm skipping it."

"S-Skipping it?!" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. "Why?! It's our celebration of us uniting as a married couple. You can't skip it! I can't exactly kiss the air."

"Yeah you can." Alois said with a small smirk on his face. He finally turned to face me, putting his hand against the side of the wall. "You're such a novice at love."

I rolled my eyes. "Does Mr. Allen know you're here? You could go back to jail if you don't have your personal assistant with you at all times."

Alois stuck his tongue out like a child before saying, "Naw, he's looking for me right now. It's not like I'm going to get a manic attack today though. Not while you're wearing that dress anyway."

I felt like my cheeks grew a bit red. "I know, I just don't want you to get in trouble…"

"Understandable…" He said before extending his arm out. "Nichole, let's get married some place no one will see us…"

"B-But we rented this place out! And my family from Florida is over and…" I stopped. There was no way to talk sense into him. "Where are we going then?"

"Anywhere, I suppose." Alois responded, his arm still out at me. "Now come on…"

"…Alright…" I took his hand and he pulled me up onto the sill with him. "…How'd you know I wanted a private wedding anyway?"

Alois smiled and shrugged. "I dunno…Let's just go."

I nodded as we hopped off the windowsill and left to finally be married.

"Hey, Alois?"

"Hm?"

"…Thank you…"

"Heh…You're welcome."

Thank you for reading! Well, my little saga is done now. Of course I'm still gonna write stuff with Alois in it though :P My next Kuroshitsuji fic will be about Grell and an OC (aka his sister), soooo yeah. Until next time! ~Lioner15
