Chapter 21

I lay next to my pokemon as the sun beat down on us. Today I was just going to spend time with them. Sakura sat on my chest as I played with her fur. Her eyes were closed as I scratched behind her ears. Vesta sat next to Lucis as she watched him create things from flame. Raition sat next to Libby as she told tales of our adventures before Unova. Artemis sat with Guardian, sunning themselves. Grace sat with Ace watching at he meditated and helped him focus his aura. Shadow sat next to my head, staring at the sky in boredom. I close my eyes and start to hum when Shadow got up and exclaimed, "What the fuck are we doing sitting here? We should be doing something!"

"Like what?" Grace asked as everyone turned their attention to Shadow.

He looked flustered as he answered, "I...I don't know, Something anything other than this boring shit."

I turn on my side causing Sakura to jump off. I hummed a little as I tried to think of something to do. I sigh as I suggest, "Why don't we go explore?"

"Sure, but where?" Vesta asked.

"The forest is always a nice place to explore," I answer.

Lucis sighed as Grace and Libby shook their heads. I glared at them while asking, "What?"

"Tsuki do you remember what happened the last time we went exploring with out Chase and Ayumi in a forest?" Libby asked with a dead panned expression.

"Oh common!" I exclaim, "That wasn't even my fault. How the hell was I supposed to know that root was there?"

"You could have looked down and then we wouldn't have ended up being trapped in a small cave with a large family of Gangar during that huge storm," Grace growled as the other pokemon looked on, "I had to listen to them complain about the damned storm and the fact they had a stupid haunter that kept licking me!"

Lucis sighed as he gave me a look, "Do I really have to remind you of the very pushy Zubat that would not leave me alone?"

I twitch as I try not to remember the Zubat. The way it just layed on the ground twitching as the other pokemon backed away from Lucis. The look of surprise and wonder on Libby's face as Lucis released that scream of fire. The horrible smell of burnt Zubat. I glare at the three that made me remember as I say, "We are going and if you don't want to, just stay here."

The three nodded and sat down. The younger pokemon stare at me and I grin. Ace decided to ask, "What are we going to do without them?"

"I have faith in you and this is going to be fun," I chirp causing them to look happy.

Sakura decided to ask something I didn't think about, "How are we going to travel? We can't really be in our pokeballs and see everything."

I sigh as I try to think of something before facepalming. I shift into the form of a KazeLupa. Grace lifted up my Pokedex at the confused faces of my newer partners instead of explaining, "KazeLupa, The howling wind pokemon. KazeLupa is the wind evolution of Lupa. The two wings on its head help with monitoring coming wind currents, allowing it to make quick adjustments of the wings on it's back. The wings on it's back are able to cut steel when it is angered, Thankfully it is usually very calm. It is found in the high mountainous areas of Avalon."

The younger pokemon stare at me as I walk over to the pond in the clearing near the pokemon center we had taken over. I was glad for the chance to see one of my adoptive regions pokemon because I had been feeling homesick even with all the people I've been seeing. As usual, I was diffrent from the usual color scheme of my chosen pokemon. The wolf was about the size of a dire wolf with two wings. The fur was usually a stormy grey, white or black. It's eyes were usually Grey, Gold, yellow, or green. It's muzzle was a bit larger than a dire wolves, but not by much. The wings on it's back were twice the size of it's body and a deep charcoal grey. They looked like Angel wings with how fluffy and soft they were. Their tail was twice the length of a normal wolves tail to help direct their ability to fly. Just below their ears were small delicate wings shaped like a bats covered in short, but very sensitive fur. It had a small crest of fur on it's chest that looked like a cloud. I was mostly red with a few black streaks. My wings were a deep black and my eyes were my own. I of course had my necklace.

I shook my wings out as Artemis asked, "Why did you choose that form?"

"So that if we get lost I can find out where we are," I answer as I turn to them, "Plus it will keep most of the more onry wild pokemon from bothering us,"

"Why would they want to?" Vesta asked.

I smile at her naivety and answer, "You see dear one, they could be bullies and I don't want them harming you."

They nod at my answer and we set off. We walked for a while and enjoyed the time to look at everything closer than we normally would. I was glad for the chance to be able to walk among the wild pokemon and see what they do. I sniffed the air when I smelt something that drew my attention. It was a pokemon, but more than that...hm a legendary perhaps. I glance at my companions and wonder if we should go near him or her before shrugging. I mean why not?

Sakura nodded and we started to follow the scent. I felt Artemis curl around my neck and hide her face. I chuckle slightly and continue, happy that she liked to be close. Vesta jumped from the ground and onto my back causing me to stumble slightly before I corrected my gate. I roll my eyes as Guardian let out a laugh. Shadow snickered from his place next to Sakura. Ace and Raition walked calmly next to each other as they walked next to Guardian. I sniffed the air as we continued to follow the scent before we reached the edge of of a clearing. I heard gasps from my partners as I looked inside.

The clearing was large and full of life. The clearing was covered in grass and flowers with a waterfall and stream. Berry trees stood all over the place. Pokemon ran through the clearing in slight panic. I look around in confusion before I saw something that made my blood boil. There under an oran berry tree, A group of pokemon that I've read about and wanted to meet for the longest time. They were the legendary trio, Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion. Each of the swords of justice were badly hurt from what I could see from this distance. Another pokemon sat near them, I believe it was called a Keldeo. The Keldeo looked sad...very sad. I felt my body move before I could think of doing something else. I heard the clearing go silent from shock. I gently pull Artemis and Vesta off my back as I kneel before the legendary trio and their...probably student. I spoke as I bow my head, "I bid greetings to the legendary trio and their student."

Cobalion seemed surprised and asked, "What is a pokemon from the Avalon region doing here?"

I gave a small smile as my younger partners crowed behind me, "We were exploring and discovered that you were all hurt. I wish to help you."

"How can you help us?" Came the gruff voice of Terrakion.

"I know many healing techniques that can help you," I answer as Virizion looked at my younger partners in surprise.

"Why do you have so many young ones with you?" She asked.

I glance at them as Shadow walked up to my side. The legendary trio looked surprised to see him. He spoke in a soft voice, "We were exploring the surrounding area with our trainer. Now can we please help you ?"

"What is a Myseast doing here? I thought you all stayed with the unknown," Cobalion asked.

"I have found my partner," Shadow answered as he looked towards me.

I smiled as I turn back to the legendaries and ask, "Now may I help you?"

The three swords of justice looked between each other before Cobalion nodded, "I see no harm in that."

I smile as I turn to my partners. They seemed eager as I say, "Alright I need to know what happened so I can help."

Cobalion sighed as he spoke, "We were taking a break from training Keldeo when we were attacked by a group of cloaked people. We were wining against their pokemon when they sent out a group of shadowy pokemon. Keldeo was helping us when an attack was sent his way without him looking. We all blocked the attack and were injured. We barely managed to win and escape top this glade where we collapsed."

I let out a growl as I realize who did this. The legends seemed surprised as Keldeo backed up a little bit. I shake my head as I say, "The ones who attacked you are Shadow hunters. I am not surprised that they were after you, but so soon after their defeat in Chargestone cave. Unbelievable."

I closed my eyes as Cobalion spoke in surprise, "How did you know of their defeat?"

I sigh and say, "Because I was a part of the battle and lost one of my dear partners."

They stared at me in surprise before Terrakion spoke in a surprised voice, "Your Tsuki Ashferd?!"

I nod in silence as I transform back. I close my eyes as I spoke in a soft voice, "Yes I am. Now may I heal you?"

I could feel the stares until Cobalion spoke, "Alright."

I smile and walk over to them. I examine each of their wounds before nodding to my self. I turn to the pokemon in the clearing and start to give orders, "I need any kind of healing berry you can get."

They ran around without question to my surprise. I turn to Shadow as I ask, "Can you get Grace and the others? I could use their help."

Shadow nodded as he took off. I turned to Artemis and ask, "Did anyone teach you a water type move?"

Artemis shook her head, "No Tsuki they didn't. I don't think they want to train us without your permission. I'm sorry."

I sigh as I shake my head, "It's fine Artemis. I'm glade they respected me like that, but in this situation we need water."

I heard a shuffling sound and looked towards the source. Keldeo walked forward nervously, "I know some water type moves."

I blink before smiling, "Alright can you do a low powered water gun?"

He nodded causing me to smile more. I walked over to Terrakion because he was hurt the worst. Shadow returned with Grace and the others. I quickly filled them in and they began to help. I had Keldeo use his water gun and Grace use her psychic power to levitate the water over towards Terrakion's wounds. With ease, I put my aura into the water and focused on the wounds healing (Kind of like a water bender healing something). I healed the other two as well before I collapsed on the ground. I heard Grace sigh as I look to the sky. The clouds were a nice pure white without any grey in them. I close my eyes for a few seconds before I heard Keldeo ask, "What's wrong with Tsuki?"

I chuckle as I answer, "I used my aura with the water to heal. Water enhances healing from what I've seen Water Avatars do."

I smile as I stare at the sky. Luna would have loved it here. With all the mysteries, She would have been in paradise. With a sigh, I shake my head. It's too bad she would never be able to experience the world of pokemon. I close my eyes just as I heard a ringing sound. With a sigh, I answered with a tired, "Hello?"

"Tsuki where are you?" Zolarise's voice came through causing me to sigh.

"I'm with my pokemon exploring the forest. Why?" I ask.

"Nothing," She answered, "I was just wondering why you felt so sad,"

I smile softly as I remember that we could feel each others emotions. With a shake of the head, I answer, "Just remembering something from my old life."

"I see," She answered after a few minutes, "Well it's almost dinner time, so come back to the pokemon center,"

"Alright," I agree, "See ya soon,"

"Yeah see ya soon," She answered.

I turned to the everyone with a sad smile, "Alright guys we have to go."

"Do we have too?" Vesta asked.

I nod sadly, "We have to."

I hear groans of disappointment before Lucis, Grace, and Libby helped me round up my little ones. I recalled them and got on Libby's back with Grace on my shoulder. Lucis was in his pokeball. As I gripped Libby's mane, Cobalion stood and walked over to us. He spoke in a soft voice, "Thank you for helping us young one."

"It was no trouble," I answer with a smile, "No one deserves to be attacked and left to heal on their own like that,"

He seemed to smile as Virizion said, "You have a good heart."

I bow my head, "Thank you lady Virizion for the complement."

I heard a few gasps as Cobalion asked, "Why did you call her that?"

I smile as I looked at the legends, "Because I see all the legendaries as lords and ladies. They all have a mastery over their abilities that other pokemon hold no candle to. I am merely showing you all respect, Lord Cobalion. Now if you will excuse us, we must be going."

I got a shocked nod and Libby took off. I held on as I smile. This exploration was a nice one.

&&&&&&&&Time skip&&&&&&&&

with my head laid against the pillow, my pokemon curled around me. Libby was acting as my pillow, while we laid together. Grace above my head while Lucis leaned against bed. Vesta was curled with Artemis next to Raition on my stomach. Sakura was curled up on my left with Guardian curled up with his head on my legs. Ace sat in lotus position on my right. I smiled as each fell asleep and looked to Shadow. He sat next to my head with his eyes focused on the window. I looked to him as he seemed to stiffen every few minutes, "What is wrong Shadow?"

"I do not know," He answered softly, "Something is coming,"

I blink in confusion before I ask, "What do you mean?"

"I do not know," He answered as he glanced towards me and seemed to age, "All I know is that darkness surrounds it and it is so evil that I can feel it even now,"

"what should we do?" I ask trying not to panic.

"We train and do our best to surpass all those before us," He answered with a slight smile, his eyes glowing eerily in the darkness and came back to himself, "We will have time. It will come before you will go back to your old world. In the years that come, we will grow strong and defeat it," He paused for a moment as his eyes went to Grace, "But we must have fun and not allow it to affect us until it is time,"

"Are you sure?"

"Aye I am," He looked to the sky once more, "Sleep Tsuki. We have a big day ahead of us,"

I nod and slowly fell asleep, "Night Shadow."

"Good night Tsuki."

And so ends another chapter of Tsuki potter and her pokemon journey.
