~Elsa~

He chuckled lightly. "I'm surprised you actually remember me." He says and puts his hands in his pockets.

"Well, how can anyone forget the person who broke into their home?" I replied with a surprising smirk on my face.

He looked embarrassed and rubbed the back of his neck.

"I told you before I heard a noise come from your apartment and I went to check it out." He responds, and his face was getting redder.

I rolled my eyes and took a step forward.

"Is that why you were looking through my stuff?" I questioned and he started stammering.

"I w-wasn't...w-well you see..." That was all he said as he thought of something else to say.

"I knew it was you! What the hell were you doing breaking into my apartment? What was it you were trying to find? You're lucky I'm not going to the police right now!" I yelled at him, and he took a step back.

"It wasn't me I swear! The reason why I was looking through your stuff was because I thought that whoever was there before me might have put a bomb in there or something. Honest to god!" He replied and I could tell he wasn't lying. He seemed to be telling the truth.

"Alright fine. I believe you." I say and he sighs in relief.

"Okay, good. What would everyone think if a prin- I mean pretty guy like me went to jail." He says, obviously trying to cover up the word he was about to say. I ignored it though. It's none of my business.

"Wow, self-centered much." I say and he laughs.

"So," He began, "It's pretty freaky about what's going on. Can you believe it? A room covered with ice! That's pretty awesome."

I looked at him. He thinks what I did is...awesome?

"You really think so? But someone could have gotten hurt." I say. No, someone did get hurt. I'm just so glad Rapunzel was there to heal Johnny. I still feel so guilty for that.

"Plus," I continue, " it's spreading! This is really bad!"

"Well, yeah. I know that. But I'm sure it's nothing we should be freaking out about. All we have to do is melt it all away. You should've seen the ice though, it was so beautiful and...wait, a second. Isn't that your apartment? I had a feeling that it was, but I wasn't sure. I didn't exactly get your room number the first night." He says and I was hesitant to answer.

"Um...no. I live on the 6th floor, and I think the ice room is one floor 5. I didn't even know any of this was happening until a few minutes ago when I got back." I replied, and looked back at the building. I hope he doesn't know that I'm lying.

Flynn and Johnny better hurry. I'm starting to feel a little uncomfortable with this guy. I don't mind too much though, I'm just getting a little worried.

"Really? But I thought you lived on the 5th floor. That's the floor I live on and-"

"Well, you're mistaken." I say harshly and he stopped talking.

We were quite for a few minutes and the awkwardness was killing me. I was going to say something, but he did it for me.

"So where did you go?" He asks.

"None of your business." I replied.

"It was just a question." He says and I feel guilty. He's just trying to have a conversation and I'm being a jerk.

"I was at a friend's house." I answered and I could have sworn I saw him smile a little.

"Oh that's nice. It must be nice having some friends." He replies and I just gave him a confused look.

"You don't have any friends?" I ask. How can a guy like him not have any friends? He has the looks and he obviously looks like a rich boy. He looks like he has everything he could ever want! If he doesn't have friends does that mean he doesn't have a girlfriend? Wait, what?

"Well, I have a few friends, but they're not true friends. They're only friends with me because of my money. I'm...well I'm rich. Filthy rich." He replies and gives me a worried look.

He probably thinks I'm going to be all over him just for his money.

"Oh, well that's nice." I simply say and he just stands there trying to comprehend what I just said.

"That's it? Really? I thought that...well I thought-"

"That I'd be all over you asking for money? Or try to pretend to be your friend so I can get some money that way too?" I say and he nods.

I nod also. "Hate to break it to ya, but I'm not like that." I respond and he smiles.

"Yeah, I can see that. You're different. It's a good different though. I like that." He says and I try hard not to blush. Which I totally failed at doing.

Hans laughed. "Red definitely isn't your color." He teased and I chuckled.

"No lie there." I smile.

"So, what else makes you different from others?" He asks and my smile fades.

"Uh...well, why don't you answer first? I want to here more from you." I say and put on a fake smile. This time it was his smile that fades.

"Well, if I told you you'd probably freak." He replies and I laugh.

"I honestly doubt that." I say. If anything he'd be the one freaking out if I told him about my powers.

"Well, I'm a-" He begins but was cut off by someone calling my name.

"Elsa! Elsa!" We both turn to see Flynn running towards us.

"Elsa, we're ready to go. Who is this?" He says and gestured to Hans.

"This is Hans. He's a friend." I answer and expected Hans to smile but he was frowning.

"You're leaving? Where are you going?" He asks.

Quick, think of something!, I thought.

"I'm going to be staying at my friend's place for a little while. You can obviously see why." I say and gesture towards the apartment building.

"Yeah, but I thought you said you didn't know that any of this was happening until a few minutes ago when you got here?" He questioned.

Damn, what do I say now?!

"Well, uh, she told me about it. She said she was watching it on the news and called me. She said I could stay there." I replied, and thought it was a pretty good lie.

"But didn't you say you came from your friend's house?" He questioned again.

What the hell?! What is up with this guy and him asking so many questions?! Geez!

"Dude, why are you asking so many questions? It's none of your business." Flynn says rudely. What's his problem?

"Flynn, stop. It's fine." I say sternly and turn to Hans. " Look, Hans. She told me about it after I left. Does that answer your question?"

He smiles. "Yeah, but I have one more question. Will I ever see you again?"

I blush again and smile. "Maybe." That was all I said when I walked away from him.

I glance back and saw him smiling. He waved at me and I gave a half wave back.

I frown afterwards though. I was lying when I said maybe to him. I can never see him again. It's for his own protection, and possibly even mine.

"I don't approve." Flynn says to me once we were far away from all the chaos.

"Approve of what?" I ask him. What the heck is he talking about.

"Approve of him. What's his name? Hands? Who names their kid Hands?" He answers and I roll my eyes and laugh at him.

"Okay, first of all it's Hans, and second there is nothing going on. I barely know the guy. You can't get married or start a relationship with a man you just met!" I say and he holds his hands up in defense.

"Okay, geez. All I'm saying is that if something was to happen between the two of you it's not going to last long. You might like him, but I don't like the guy. And who said anything about getting married?" He replies.

"Nothing! I'm just saying, and you don't have to worry about something happening between us. Because nothing is ever going to happen. Ever. I don't like him that way. Why don't you like him though? I mean what's not to like." I said and wiggled my eyebrows to show him I was joking.

"I thought you said you didn't like him?" He says and I roll my eyes.

"I don't. I was joking. Seriously though, you don't even know him. Why do you not like him? You can't judge a book by its cover." I say.

He sighs. "I don't know. He just has a bad vibe radiating off of him." He replies.

I just nod. What's weird is that when I first met Hans I got the exact feeling.

"Where are we going anyway? And where's Johnny?" I ask, trying to change the subject.

"He's waiting for us behind your building." Flynn replies.

"How did you get all my stuff anyway?" I ask him and he smiles.

"That's for me to know and you to find out. A magician never tells his secrets." He replies and I roll my eyes.

Once we got back to the Pole Jack and Rapunzel were nowhere to be found and North helped me get settled into my new room. The others were probably already asleep. It's already nighttime here.

It was big, much like the other rooms here. There was a huge fireplace, and a window, but what really got my attention was the enormous bed.

I plopped myself on the bed and felt my eyes get heavy. The last thing I saw before I completely fell asleep was golden sand flying around my room.

A smile was on my face and I was soon greeted with happy dreams of me and a little strawberry blonde haired girl. The girl who just might be my sister.

a/n: Hans is not a villain just so you know! That's all I have to say! I hope you enjoyed! Please review! :)
