Hey guys! So this is the second update of 2018 (already two more than last year lol) But I just wanted to let you guys know I have an announcement and something I want to share with y'all but you will need to read the note at the end of this chapter.

Anyway I hope you guys enjoy :)

You have got to be kidding me. You should be very grateful you can't smell through your computer screen because this particular smell would knock a few people out. I wish there were a way I could accurately describe it so that you could understand how truly putrid it was.

Mr. D had led Percy and I down several flights of stairs, a certain someone giving me the evil eye the whole way down, it actually took so long it got to the point I thought we were going to be "taken care of" in some creepy dungeon. But no. This is much worse. We finally stopped in a hallway that looked at one point like it was a nurse's office or something at some point. It actually reminds me a bit more of an emergency room with walls and tile that look as though at one point many years ago they were that same sterile white that is currently in my bathroom.

Except in its current state there was a thick layer of black filth completely covering every inch of the place. There are buckets of soapy water and bleach in the corner along with our old friends, the toothbrushes.

I zoned out while Mr. D said his same instructions in the same voice he has been using for the past couple weeks. Next thing I know I'm on my hands and knees scrubbing away at a two inch by two inch square on the floor, black filth staining my jeans. Percy on the other side of the room, silently scrubbing, his eyes burning into my back.

I sigh. "Are you going to glare at me the entire time or this just the opening act and you are going to start yelling soon?"

The scrubbing stopped.

Concentrating oh so very hard on my own toothbrush, I called over again. "Hello? Seaweed Brain? What the hell are you doi.. Argh!" Water came rushing over me, splashing all over the ground. I bolt up as the cold disgusting water runs all over me. "What the hell!?" Percy is standing right behind me, and that disgusting smirk is back. "I love me some revenge Blondie." I start shaking, though I can't tell if it's from hearing that name again after so long or from the pure anger coursing through me at that moment. You have no idea how much I want to rip his head off and chuck it across the room as hard as I could.

But then I realize something. I know this is very elementary school, but he wants a reaction from me. That's what he has always wanted. Even from the first time he met me all he ever did was push and push and push. Just looking, waiting for me to blow up. It just dawned on me. He's a glorified attention whore. So I take a little breath, and let out a "huh". Before I kneel back down and start scrubbing once again.

"Seriously Blondie? That's it?" I can hear his eyebrows raising from the sound of his voice. My voice on the other hand took on a whole new tone. "I just realized something." "What's that." I look straight into his sea blue-green eyes, "You are just a little boy, looking for attention. This is a classic boy pulls the girl's pigtails in the school yard situation. Honestly Seaweed Brain, I'm done fighting with you. It's tiring. And I feel like we both have bigger things to worry about." He just looks at me.

So I grab his bucket from his hand, walk over to the disgusting sink, fill it up with semi clean soap and water and just hand it back to him before returning to my work once again.

Water, yet again, comes splashing over me. I just sit there, soaked.

"It's nice that you want to be the bigger person and all that bullshit Wise Girl, but I sure as hell don't need to be."

Damn Percy can be stubborn xD Anyway hello my lovelies I am back to show that I am serious about actually finishing this story sometime soon (but not yet). I am starting a new adventure that I am really excited about as well as I want to share it with you guys.
