Chapter 21

It's been a little over a year since the girls left their home and moved to L.A with the boys and so much as happened in the space of that short time.

A week after the girls left, they had a meeting with the C.E.O of Rock Naxion and she saw them in the competition and wanted to sign them. She was very impressed by the girl's talent.

Thanks to the money that the Professor left the girls they bought a house in the Hollywood hills, much to the boy's disappointment since they wanted the girls to live with them. Blossom refused saying that they need to learn how to take care of themselves and each other, even after Brick generously offered to take care of them.

It certainly has been a busy year for the PPG, after losing their father and each of them finding their soul mates, they finally had their lifelong dream come true and they are finally going to be performers. Since being signed they have released their first album and a joint album with the RRB, who have released their 4th album.

The girls were backstage for their first concert and the nerves were overwhelming.

"I feel sick" Bubbles moaned

"Oh come on guys, we have performed live before…what's the big deal?" Buttercup snorted

"That was different, this time people are paying to see us specifically" Blossom said nervously as she was pacing back and forth

"Well I'd like to think that people also paid to see us too" Brick said coming from the shadows and scared Blossom, almost out of her pink halter crop top and black leather high waisted skirt and black leather ankle high heeled boots. She had her hair in a high ponytail, with her signature bow

"Fuck Brick, don't do that…you nearly scared me out of my panties" Blossom said clutching her heart, trying to return her heart rate to normal

"Almost…well we are going to have to fix that, now aren't we" Brick smirked as Blossom pushed him playfully

"Keep it in your pants bro" Butch said as he walked up next to Buttercup and put his arm around her shoulder

"Wait…where is Boomer?" Bubbles asked, while wearing a baby blue strap top with white cropped blazer and black leather skirt that was thigh high and leather knee high heeled boots. Her hair was in her signature pig tails.

"And Mitch?" Robin added, she was wearing a purple leather cat suit that was short and she was wearing thigh high heeled boots. Her hair was let loose and was held together by a leather head band

"What do I look like…their keeper?" Butch snorted

Buttercup just slapped the back of his head

"What the hell?" Butch groaned

"Be nice to my sisters… or else" Buttercup warned while waving her fist at Butch

Butch just smirked and leaned into her ear, to everyone else it looked like her was whispering something in her ear but what he was actually doing was nibbling on her earlobe, causing Buttercup to let out a low groan.

"Butch, now you know I love you like a brother but can you please not defile my sister in front of us" Blossom warned sternly

"Sorry, but I couldn't help myself…I mean look at her" Butch said as he was checking out Buttercup, who was wearing a black mesh top with a lime green bra underneath, a military style dark green jacket with the sleeves rolled up, black leather shorts with fish net stockings underneath and black combat boots. Her hair was gelled up and spikey, sort of like Butch's hair and she had a lime green lightning bolt hairclip to keep her hair together.

"Oh, please…how many times have we had to watch you and leader boy making out?" Buttercup said once Butch stopped his ministerings

Blossom just blushed and everyone started laughing

"But where is my Boomie-bear?" Bubbles asked again

"Speaking of bears" Robin said

"What…what are you guys talking about?" Bubbles asked

Bubbles turned around to see a giant baby blue teddy bear with a dark blue bow tie moving towards her, with Boomer behind it.

"EEEEEP!" Bubbles screamed and grabbed the bear hugging it tightly

"Aaaw Boomie, thank you very much…but what's the occasion?" Bubbles asked, releasing her new favourite stuffed animal

"Well I wanted to congratulate you, I mean it's not every day your girlfriend and her sisters start their world tour" Boomer said

"Thank you so much…I love it" Bubbles said and gave Boomer a gentle, sweet kiss on the cheek

While everyone was talking, Robin's phone started buzzing and she quietly excused herself to go read the message she just received. When she opened it she was shocked so see who it was from and a frown formed on her face. Unknowingly to Robin Mitch had walked up to her and noticed the look on her face.

"Hey Randi, what is wrong?" Mitch asked concern clear in his voice.

Robin quietly handed him the phone to read the message that she got.

After reading the message Mitch started fuming, which got the attention of the rest of the group.

"What's wrong with you…did they fuck the lights up again?" Butch teased

Mitch just ignored Butch's stupid comment and turned his attention to Robin, who hasn't said a word since reading the message.

"What are you going to do?" Mitch asked Robin

"I have to talk to him" Robin said quietly

Mitch's faced turned into a grim expression and he held his lips in a straight line.

"What the fuck for?" Mitch yelled, trying to understand her logic

The rest of the group just stood there in silence, waiting for more information until Buttercup impatiently asked, "What the hell is going on?"

Mitch just gave the phone to Blossom and she read the message out loud.

"Hey there Robin, I know that the last time we spoke things got a little out of hand but I just want to say that I am proud of you and I will never stop loving you. I came to see your show and I know that you are going to be awesome.

"Two minutes till show time", a stage hand said, before Robin could answer

"Give us a minute" Mitch snapped

"Sorry sir, but we have to start the show now"

Mitch sighed with irritation and he and the boys left Robin and the girls alone so start the show.

"We will talk about this later" Mitch scolded before he left

"Robin, why do you want to talk to him" Bubbles asked with concern in her voice

"I just have to" Robin said quietly and turned around and left

"Robin, wait…we have a show to do" Blossom asked

"I will be back before then" she answered without looking back and suddenly she just disappeared when the MC was starting the show.

Mitch looked over to the back stage area and noticed that Robin was missing and suddenly he got a strange clenching feeling in the pit of his stomach

The crowd started jumping up and down as the beat had put them in a trance and transported them to another world

While performing Mitch noticed Robin in the crowd, talking to someone…someone he recognized…it was TOM! He saw the two of them walk off somewhere together and his blood. He next saw them backstage on the other side of the stage and they seemed to be in an intense conversation, which only made his blood boil even more

As soon as the song ended Mitch just stomped off the stage, towards Robin and Tom.

Meanwhile the girls were about to go on and Robin still wasn't back yet.

"What are we going to do, Robin isn't back and we are up" Bubbles whined

"Well we have to go on and hopefully she makes it in time" Blossom said as she put in her best smile and walked on to the stage with Buttercup right behind her

The beat starts and they hope that Robin will not be back anytime soon

"Oh….so you are friends now…just great" Mitch yelled as his eyes widened in shock

Everyone else was watching in horror as Mitch and Robin were fighting while Boomer and Bubbles were performing.

Mitch grabbed the girl, spun her around and starting grinding with her, trying to make Robin jealous and it worked. Robin was seething on the sidelines watching her boyfriend be a total ass hole.

When Mitch came back from performing, he had a smug smile plastered on his face as he just walked past Robin and went to change into his next costume.

Mitch did say a word and just continued to smile victoriously.

Meanwhile the girls were all just as shocked as Robin was at what Mitch did, they all looked at Robin hoping for some kind of clue as to how she was feeling about this.

"Robin, are you ok?" Bubbles asked, breaking the uncomfortable silence

"Look, we have a show to do and I will not let that ass hat ruin our very first concert" Robin smiled a smile that didn't reach her eyes as she tried to be positive.

Mitch stiffened and Robin stopped laughing to ask him what was wrong.

Nothing it's just that I am trying to figure out how I survived so long without you in my life. Right now if I am away from you I feel like I can't breathe, it's like there is no air without you around.

Robin smiled sweetly, kissed Mitch and said, "Well I think we have a concept for a song"

Mitch smiled as he was singing, feeling the feelings he felt when writing this song with Robin, the feelings first felt when he met Robin and the feelings he had for her now…slowly a smile crept up onto Mitch's face as he gazed upon the face of his beautiful girlfriend. Suddenly he realized how stupid he had been to be worried about Tom and how out of line he was trying to tell Robin what to do and more painfully so with that cheerleader.

Robin was walking around on the opposite side of the stage, looking at the crowd below her and she suddenly spotted Tom in the crowd. The look on his face was a mixture of pain and joy, then all of a sudden he blew her a kiss.

Robin glanced at Mitch, hoping that he hadn't seen what Tom did and she noticed that he was staring at her, adoringly. The look on Mitch's face was enough to melt away all feelings of anger that she felt towards him, the look of love in his eyes.

That one look was enough to tell her what he was thinking, they were having a telepathic conversation in front of millions and suddenly the atmosphere seemed to change, it changed from being angry and hostile to being one of love, forgiveness and acceptance.

The song ended and Mitch kissed Robin passionately, much to the surprise of Tom, causing the audience to coo with jealous admiration over the couple in love. They walked off the stage, hand in hand as the MC came back to the stage.

"Whoa, talk about PDA…well folks it's time for a short 5 minute break, then we will be back and hopefully the rest of the show will be more family friendly"

"I'm so sorry" both Mitch and Robin said in unison as soon as they were away from public eyes

"Robin I am so sorry, I shouldn't have been trying to tell you what to do and I was way out of line with that cheerleader" Mitch said apologetically, grabbing Robin's hand and kissing it gently

"Yes you were, but it's ok…I am sorry too and you don't need to worry about Tom, he is a total non-factor, I promise" Robin said

Mitch and Robin hugged it out as Brick, Boomer and Butch joined them

"Looks like you guys kissed and made up" Brick said

"About damned time too" Butch said

Robin just giggled and asked "So where are my sisters?"

"Somewhere in the back, over there" Butch said pointing to the area that they had just came from

"Ok cool, thanks" Robin beamed then ran off

"Well you look a whole better" Boomer commented

"I feel better, I hate fighting with her, it's just so draining" Mitch said

"Well glad you are feeling better…now let's give these people a show they will never forget" Brick said as he and his brother walked back to the stage after being introduced by the MC

When the girls got off the stage Mitch was waiting and ready for Robin and he greeted her with a warm kiss and Bubbles just squealed

"Same thing…I mean we already Butch and Buttercup fighting all the time, we don't need any more couples fighting" Bubbles said sternly, with her arms folded

"What's that supposed to mean" Buttercup snapped as Bubbles ignored her and clung onto Boomer and after some time decided to answer her

"Well you two are just strange…that's all" Bubbles said as Buttercup started seething

" Never mind her babe, nobody understands our relationship, besides it ain't nobody's business anyway" Butch said and walked on to the stage

There wasn't enough time for a complete outfit change so Buttercup just ripped the tutu off, grabbed a leather jacket and set her hair free from the bun and joined Butch on the stage

The boys got off the stage and looked at the girls who looked a little tired.

"What's wrong?" Boomer asked, a little concerned

"Nothing, we are just starting to get tired…it's been like 4 hours already" Bubbles complained

"Well this is what you asked for" Brick said while smirking at Blossom who was just glaring at her red loving boyfriend

"Don't worry babe, it will get better…you just need to get you stamina up" Mitch said trying to cheer Robin up

"I volunteer my services to help with stamina" Butch smirked at Buttercup

"Keep it in your pants" Brick said to Butch, quoting what he said to him earlier

The girls grabbed a quick sip of an energy drink and they instantly felt it take over and the bounced onto the stage.

By now the sun had gone down and the stars and moon had come up. The stage was a light with different coloured lights but suddenly when dark, you would think that the power had shut down if a piano hadn't started playing when Blossom started singing, the suddenly a pink spot light hit her sitting alone on the side of the stage.

The stage went dark again and the girls quietly hurried off the stage, all the girls except Blossom who was in the center of the stage, waiting for Brick, so they could have their duet.

Then after what felt like an eternity to Blossom, a red spot light came on and Brick walked to the center of it as the music started.

Blossom waited until they were out of sight to kiss Brick with as much passion and energy she could spare and Brick returned the kiss with as much passion as he was receiving.

"That was totally amazing!" Blossom yelled excitedly as she detached her lips from Brick because she needed to breathe

"I knew you would like it, wanted to surprise you to make up for the whole Farris-wheel me kissing you then telling you I have a girlfriend thing" Brick mused as Blossom wrapped her arms around Brick again

"That is so not fair, how come you get a ride on stage and I don't" Robin whined when the rest of the group turned up from behind Blossom and Brick.

"Because I have the best boyfriend in the world and you don't…that's why" Blossom teased as Robin pouted

"As cute as you look pouting, we have to go up next" Mitch said, giving Robin a kiss on the cheek

When the boys left the girls just huddled together as Blossom gushed about what everything looked like from up there as Robin listened in jealously.

"Hey there L.A…how you doing tonight!" Brick yelled into his microphone and the crowd roared back enthusiastically

"Now before we sing this next song, we would like to invite our beautiful girlfriends to stage because we have a surprise for them" Boomer said

"So give it up for the beautiful and talented PPG!" Mitch said introducing the girls

The girls were curious to see what surprise they had for them so slowly they walked on to the stage and in the middle of the stage there were 4 stools and instinctively they all sat down as the boys came up to them.

"Now these girls are the best thing to ever happen to us and tonight we wanted to show them just how much they mean to us, so we wrote them a song" Mitch explained to the crowd as they stood in awe

When the song ended each boy gave his girlfriend their favourite flowers. Brick gave Blossom wild catalaya orchids, Butch gave Buttercup buttercups because he thought that it was funny that such a tough girl was named after such fragile flowers, Mitch gave Robin a mix of lavender and lilies and Boomer, being the romantic that he is gave Bubbles red and white roses.

The boys were set to leave so that the girls would perform their last song and leave when the sound of Blossom's voice stopped them.

"Hold it right there boys…we have a surprise for you guys too"

"Yeah so now it's your turn to sit down and enjoy because this one is for you" Bubbles said as she giggled

With that came the ending of the girl's very first concert as international rock stars and the start of the international tour. It was a difficult 2 years for the girls between finishing high school, meeting and falling in love with the boys and having their father passing away…they managed to make their dream come true and find the loves of their lives. Who knows where their adventures will lead them next.
