Chapter 21

"Is this some kind of joke?" Roman asked, staring back at the woman in front of him.

"I'm not joking Roman, it's really me. I've been alive all this time."

"No way I don't believe this." He said. Brie lift her shirt to show the tattoo she got with Roman when they celebrate their one year anniversary. Roman eyes widen and look back at Brie.

"No this can't be happening, I saw Randy kill you right in front of me."

"Hunter and Dan help me fake my death." she said and suddenly Courtney started laughing.

"Why am I not surprise. You always were keeping secrets from me and mom." Courtney said, looking over at her father.

"Did I say you can talk." Stephanie said and punch Courtney in her face.

"Hey." Roman said and glare at Stephanie.

"Shut up Roman." Dan said, pointing a gun at him.

"Put your gun down." Brie said

"I don't take orders from you sweetheart."

"No you don't but that's my fiance."

"Excuse me? He's my fiance." Courtney said, showing Brie the ring on her finger.

"You ask her to marry you?" Brie asked Roman

"Yes." He said

"What about us Roman?" Brie asked

"Brie I thought you were dead. I moved on."

"With her? A woman who doesn't even care or will ever love you."

"Don't assume you know how I feel about my fiance."

"I mean can you really trust her. She probably already fuck someone behind your back."

"You bitch." Courtney said

"Brie I trust her with all of my heart."

"Are you sure about that? I mean why don't you ask her about Dean."

"What are you talking about?" Roman asked

"I mean you were in a coma, and she needed someone to help her through all of this." She said. Courtney look over at Roman and she can see he was confuse.

"Roman you can't seriously believe anything she is saying. I love you. I wouldn't cheat on you."

"I mean we can't forget the fact that you had Brianna to deal with too." Brie said

"Roman look at me." Courtney said. Roman look over at her and saw tears in her eyes.

"I love you. Dean is your best friend. He loves Paige. We wouldn't do this to you." she said. Roman frown and look over at Brie.

"I believe you." He said, making Courtney gasp. Brie smiled and ran her fingers through his hair.

"I knew you see things my way. I love you Roman. I always have." Brie said and kissed Roman. Courtney suddenly ran fast and tackle Brie to the ground. They started wrestling and everyone attention was on them. Roman saw his opportunity and grab Dan twisting his arm, and breaking it. Dan scream in pain, Roman grab Dan gun shooting Stephanie in the head. Her body falling to the ground.

"NO." Hunter scream as he watch his wife die. Dan went to attack Roman but Roman shot him in the chest. Suddenly Roman scream and fell to the floor. Hunter shot him in the arm. Courtney stop fighting Brie and look over at Roman.

"Roman." She yelled but was grab by Brie. Brie point a gun at Courtney head.

"Sit down now." Brie said. Courtney sat down in a chair and Brie tied her arms.

"You killed my wife." Hunter said and punch Roman in the face.

"Stop please." Courtney said. Brie punch her in the face and point the gun at her.

"Don't make me shoot you." Brie said

"I think I'm going to enjoy this. Your fiance watching me kill you." Hunter said, pointing the gun at Roman head. Roman eyes went over at Courtney and he smiled.

"I love you remember that. Tell Brianna that as well okay." Roman said. Courtney tears were running down her face and she close her eyes. She heard a gun go off and opened her eyes. She saw Hunter lying dead on the ground and saw that Brie shot him. Roman got up but Brie stop him.

"Don't move Roman." Brie said

"Okay. I won't move. Why did you kill him? Why did you save me."

"Cause I love you that's why." Brie said. Suddenly Dean and Seth walked inside with Nikki and Paige. Dean pulled out his gun and pointed at Brie.

"Hey crazy girl, drop the gun." He said

"Dean I wouldn't call her that while she's holding a gun." Seth said. Brie looked over and saw Nikki and smiled.

"Hello Nicole."

"How do you know my name?" Nikki asked

"I should know my own sister name."

"What? Is this some sick joke."

"She's not lying Nikki." Roman said, "Show her the tattoo Brie." He said. Brie pulled up her shirt and Nikki gasp.

"But you were dead. Roman saw you get murder."

"It was all a set up. Hunter and Dan help her fake her death." Roman said

"What? Why would they do that."

"Because I wanted out. I wasn't in love with Roman but then a couple of years I realize I missed him and was still in love with him."

"Well sorry to break it to you sweetheart but your too late. Roman is with me. He's marrying me."

"What?" Nikki and Paige yelled.

"Yeah he ask me to marry him tonight. I'll show you my ring but my hands are tied up."

"Shut up. He's not your fiance. He's mine." Brie said, pointing a gun at Courtney.

"Now I have seen everything." Paige whispered to Dean.

"Brie this isn't you. You were sweet and loving. Your not a murderer." Nikki said

"I have to kill her."

"No you don't Brie." Roman said, walking closer to her, "Please put the gun down."

"I can't." Brie cried

"Yes you can. Please for me." Roman said. Brie cried harder and drop the gun to the ground. Roman grab her and hug her.

"It's okay Brie. Everything is okay." He said. Dean and Seth walked over to Courtney and untied her hands.

"The cops are here." Seth said. They all headed downstairs and explain everything to the cops.

"I'm going to jail aren't I." Brie said to Roman.

"It looks like it. Come on." Roman said. The police officer handcuff Brie and took her off but Roman stop them.

"Let me say goodbye to her please." Roman said.

"I'm sorry I did this. I'm a bad person."

"No your not. You thought you were making the right choice because of Hunter."

"I'm going away for a long time. I killed him."

"I'll try to help you out. Courtney mom is a officer I can figure something out."

"No don't. I deserve this." Brie said and cried. Roman touch her face and wipe her tears away.

"I will always love you Brie, but I love Courtney now."

"She is a nice girl." Brie said. Roman look over at Courtney and smiled.

"Yeah she is."

"Okay it's time to go now." the officer said

"Okay I need to do something first." She said and lean towards Roman and kissed him. Roman didn't kiss back and waited for her to finish.

"I will always love you too." She said and walk away with the officer. Courtney came up to him and hold his hand.

"Are you okay?" she asked

"Yeah. I just want to forget this all happen."

"Then let's get our daughter and go home."

"Home. That sounds perfect."
