Author Notes: I know I haven't done a chapter for this story in a long time but guess what…. It's back now. I hope you guys still like this story. Please enjoy and comment.

Nick looks to Joe. "Cody?"

"I saw her and Cody walking out of the class room together and he lied to her and told her that we have been lying to her and that he is her boyfriend." Joe said.

"He showed me a picture of me and him. In the picture it looked like we were together." Said Miley.

Nick signs and looks at Miley. "Miley you and Cody used to go out."

"Used to? Why did we break up?"

"Miley now is not the time to tell you that story. You were pretty heart broken." Joe said.

"But I want to know."

Jo-Jo walks over with Kevin. "Want to know what Miles?" Jo-Jo asks.

"Why me and Cody broke up." Jo-Jo gets this look on her face. "What?"

"Umm, Miley you and Cody broke up because he was not only see you but also Jo-Jo."

"What? Jo-Jo? I don't understand." Miley looks to Jo-Jo. "You knew we were dating and you stilled dated him too?"

"What no. Miley he played us. He told me that you and him were just friends." Jo-Jo said then put her head down.

Miley smiles. "I knew you wouldn't do something like that to me."

Jo-Jo head pops up with she hears this and smile in her voice. "So you understand."

Miley hugs her. "Of course I do. I just hope that nothing happened between the two of us because of him." When Miley lets go again she sees this look on Jo-Jo's face. "Something happened didn't it?"

"Yea you didn't talk to me for a while."

"Before the crash was I still not talking to you?"

"No you talked to me and once you found out what really happened it was like it never happened at all."

"I'm sorry I let him come between us."

"It's over and done with we put it in the past."

"I'm glad. I just can't imagine not talking to you."

"Well now that you know are you ok?" Asked Kevin.

"Yea I'm ok."

Emily and the rest of the crew walk up. "Ok with what?"

"Cody tried to tell Miley that we were lying to her and that they were together." Kevin said.

"Between him and Selena they see this as a way to get what they want." Vanessa said.

"Get what they want?" Miley asked looking at Vanessa.

"Miley Selena had been trying to get Nick since the day that he performed a song for you." Joe said.

"Sorry?" Miley said confused.

"Yea it's the story of how we got together." Nick said.

"Oh ok. You still promise to tell me that right?" Miley asked giving him puppy dog eyes.

"Of course I do hun."

"Don't forget to tell her who wiped she had you, still do." Kevin said and everyone else laughs.

"You can't be talk Jo-Jo's got you wiped and following her like a lost puppy." Everyone laughs except Kevin and Jo-Jo, both of them blushing.

"Ok let leave them alone and get out of here." Vanessa says and they walk to the Jonas house and walk inside.

Denise comes downstairs when she hears the door shut. "Hey guys. How was school?"

"What kind of question is that Mrs. Jonas? School is not fun." Zac said.

"It's not supposed to be fun Zachary and stop calling me Mrs. Jonas." Denise said and looks to the rest of them. "And that goes for the rest of you too."

"If we can't call you that then what do we call you?" Asked a confused Miley.

Denise smiles. "I'm glad you asked Miley. I have been trying to get you kids to call me momma Jonas for the longest."

"Ok Ok. You know I was just messing with you momma J." Zac said. "Just don't call me Zachary anymore. I feel like I'm in trouble for something." Everyone laughs.

"I made some snacks for you guys while you do your homework, they are in the kitchen." Denise said. "Now go on get the snacks and get to your homework. It's my turn to Frankie and Noah from soccer practice." With that said she walks out the front door.

"Man I love your mom." Said Zac as they went into the kitchen. "OH chocolate chip cookies." Zac said and grab one. "Oh man these are good."

"I know right. Our mom makes the best chocolate chip cookies." Joe said picking up the plate and taking it into the living room with everyone following.

Later when they are finish their homework. "Man why do teachers give so much homework?" Asked Joe. "I mean what's the point you already taught it to me in class. Now I have to come home and be torcher too."

"Wait until next year when you become a senior then talk about a lot of work." Kevin said.

"Oh just great." Joe said with a pout.

"Hey you are lucky me, Miles, Nick, and Jo-Jo still have three more years to go." Emily said.

"Oh man I forgot about the age difference between us. I mean what am I going to do while I'm at college and you're in school."

"What do you mean?" Asked Emily

"I mean I'm not going to be able to see you all the time probably just on weekends and holidays." Joe said with a sign. "Wait a minute."

"What?"

"Oh no I'm going to school here. There's no way any boys are hitting on my Emmy." Everyone laughs.

"Dude you are so wiped." Zac said.

"And proud of it." Joe said. "You should be proud to."

"For what?" Zac said.

"Oh please Nessa got you wrapped around her little finger." Nick said.

"Yea will what about Miley she got you wrapped around her little finger twice." Zac said.

"And I will never deny it."

Notes: There you have it. I know it been so long since I put up a chapter for this story. I was going to put it out last week but I thought since it's my 21 chapter why not put in out on my Birthday today when I turn 21. I hope you guys like it and for a present for you guys on my birthday, I'm going to try a get out more chapters for all my stories today so be on the lookout.
