"Remind me to never go in without back up again," Rossi sighed rubbing his achy shoulder as he reentered the BAU. It was another tough case, a kidnapping case of a string of brown haired, brown eyed, jock typed teenaged teenage boys. It ended to be the janitor who believed he was killing his son's killer.
"Hey I warned you, and I told you I was on my way," Morgan laughed in amusement as Rossi gave him a glare. All of them were just so ready to go home and sleep but as soon as Garcia and JJ rushed to them it all changed.
"There you are why haven't you been answering your phone," She yelled at Derek.
"It died and I lost my charge why?"
"And all you too none of you answered either!" She was both frustrated and in a panic.
"Sorry Mama, but what's going on," Derek asked worried.
"Well you're girlfriend is in labor." JJ answered.
"What, oh my god, how long," He asked running back to the elevators.
"Well about five hours, I got the call from Lennon who said she called you but you didn't answer so I tried and still no answer."
"Okay, alright."
"Do you want us to go with you?" JJ asked.
"No its fine you guys go home and sleep," He responded in a hurry.
"I'll go with you," Spencer spoke he followed Derek in to the elevator. As the doors closed behind them the team was left in excitement, baby Morgan was on the way.

"Anything yet," Garcia asked eagerly as she entered the waiting room. It had been three hours since Morgan had gotten to the hospital and Garcia, and Rossi had ignored Morgan's "go home" advice and rushed home got changed and arrived at the hospital. Lennon shook her head as she set the magazine down next to her.
"My mom was in labor for eighteen hours before she had me, this could be a while," Garcia sat next to Lennon.
"Well she is pretty dilated, the doctor says it shouldn't be too long," Spencer added.
"Oh I cannot wait for this baby to come, I need to know what kind of clothes to buy and shoes oh and maybe little bows!"
"Calm it down there Penelope, maybe it's a boy," Rossi brought up the possibility.
"That will be just as wonderful I mean those little flat hats that golfers were and oh I was just looking at some cute clothes, one onsie had painted suspenders on!"
"I think this baby is going to be so spoiled to the max!"
"Don't doubt that one bit, when Henry was born I think Garcia bought more clothes for him than JJ and Will did," Spencer teased.
"I love babies, and I mean I am honorary aunt to any child that is part of our BAU family."
"And what lucky kids they will be," Rossi said patting her on the shoulder.
"Oh speaking of BAU family, its Emily, I told her the baby was coming, I'll be right back." Garcia popped up and floated out of the room.
"I wonder what the baby is going to be, a boy or a girl?"
"I want it to be a girl, I mean it will be the first, girl in the BAU, minus your daughter Rossi."
"Yeah but I didn't know her, she was a later surprise that turned out to be a magnificent one."
"How is she?"
"Great, I have some more new, Joy is pregnant."
"Oh Rossi that's wonderful!" Lennon jumped up and wrapped the man in a congratulatory hug and Spencer followed.
"What are we celebrating in here?" They turned and found Hotch walking in the room with Jack.
"I'm going to be a grandfather again," He smiled
"Congrats Dave, that's awesome!"
"It must be baby fever around here, I mean Savannah, Kate, JJ, and now Joy."
"Penelope better pick up a side job."

Lennon patched up the last of the fraternity men who had injured themselves and an idiotic reenactment of a roman war. She had been called back in to help and though it was just waiting right now she wanted to be there with the team to hear about Savannah. She had left about two hours ago and it had been nonstop chaos in the ER. She check her phone for any reply to a text she had sent Garcia about half an hour ago but there was nothing.
"Must be catching up with Mrs. Morgan," She said to herself.
"That was your last one Lennon," George smiled as she put the last chart away.
"Oh thank god, that was awful!"
"That bad; Marty told me about the frat boy who he took that had a sword in his ankle," She shuttered.
"Let me just tell you I do not miss college."
"Well I never saw you in that group anyway so I believe you."
"That's because I was working my ass off to keep my full ride."
"Well that's good, you could have dated a guy like that," She pointed to a man who had four girls around his gurney showing off his "battle scar".
"Ugh yeah never in my life, I am glad I found Spencer, he is perfect."
"Yes, speaking of when are you two tying the knot?"
"Well its been so hectic with cases for him and me picking up over time for Nancy and Gretchen that I have hardly any time to plan."
"Yeah I can see that," She said sympathetically. "Hey speaking of your prince charming here he is now."
"Hey George," He greeted her and a kiss for Lennon.
"Anything yet," They both asked in excitement.
"Not yet, Savannah's mom told us that she is going to start to push soon."
"Great! Oh I am so excited, had Derek been with her the hold time?"
"Yeah, hasn't left her side except for ice chips. How is everything down here?"
"Finally clearing up, it was a disaster earlier, I should be out in about five minutes, I just have to ask Helen."
"Okay, I'll wait here," He said leaning on the desk; he looked exhausted. It only took her about three to have Helen release her. When she returned to him, she looped her arm in his and dragged him to the elevator.
As soon as they reached the hallway, they bumped into Derek and he was beaming with pride. Lennon smiled and wrapped him in a hug, so happy; no words were said for a minute just the joy of a new baby. Spencer smiled widely at the thought of one of his best friends being a father and as they walked to the waiting room he congratulated his brother.
"It's a girl," He announced and an uproar of cheers erupted through the large group, all taking turns congratulating him and hugging him.

"Look at her beautiful little face, oh I love her already," Garcia smiled with delight. It was the next day and the team visited the new addition to the team. Savannah beamed with the same pride that Derek had both holding hands as they looked down at their daughter.
"Sophia Dylan Morgan, I love it," Lennon let the baby wrap her hand around her finger and it was the cutest thing she had ever seen.
"We both loved the name Sophia and we chose Dylan for my dad."
"That is beautiful," JJ said about the tribute to Morgan's father.
"And Sophia is absolutely adorable." Lennon said.
"Would you like to hold her?" Lennon smiles and carefully cradled Sophia in her arms rocking her.
"You're a pro at that," JJ smirked at her and then at Spencer.
"I've always loved babies." Spencer gave a small grin at the thought of them one day having children and Lennon rocking them to sleep.
"Well first we have to get you two hitched before the babies happen," JJ teased.
"Yeah when is that happening?" Savannah asked arms crossed. Lennon and Spencer's eyes met and a small smile crossed their face as they both shook their heads in uncertainty.
