Summary: A Puck/Blaine story told as a series of short drabbles, all inspired by single words.

"Seriously, Blaine?" Kurt asked, pulling him aside before class and giving him a harsh look. "What right did you have to meddle in my life and go talk to my father like that? The conversation I had to have with him was absolutely mortifying!"

"Look," Blaine tried to explain, keeping his voice low so they wouldn't disturb the other students. "Jeremiah told me you two have been on a few dates and, well, he's older, Kurt. I just wanted you to have the information you would need to make good choices because you're my friend and I care about you. If you wouldn't talk to me-"

"I wouldn't talk to you," Kurt insisted, "because I could really do without hearing the sordid details of your sex life with Noah Puckerman. What Jeremiah and I have is simple. Innocent."

Blaine rolled his eyes and asked Kurt, "But for how long? Jeremiah's my friend and a good guy but he's had boyfriends before. He's going to ask for things you're not ready to give him. I don't want you to think you have to say yes just because he might realize you're too young for him otherwise."

"Fine," Kurt sighed, slumping back against the mural-clad wall. "I have all the information I need now. Can I just ask … when did you know you were ready?"

"Oh, you do not want me to be your role model in this, Kurt," Blaine insisted, checking the time and seeing that they still had a few minutes to spare before he needed to head to class.

"Why not?"

"Because," he replied, making himself look Kurt in the eyes when he said this, "I was drunk when I met Noah and I barely knew his name before I, you know," he dropped his voice to a whisper, mostly to spare Kurt's sensibilities, "went down on him."

Kurt got this funny look of comprehension on his face as he muttered, "Oh."

"Yeah," Blaine nodded. "Of course, we couldn't do anything while Noah was away at juvie, so it was another three or four weeks before we even made out again. It's fine. We're fine. I'm just saying it can happen and if you're not ready for it to happen, you might regret it. You might catch something. You can't stay ignorant forever."

"I suppose you're right," Kurt nodded, taking a step and then looking back at Blaine in an invitation to walk with him, which Blaine gladly accepted. "Though suddenly I have questions about how, exactly, Puck's car ended up inside a convenience store that night."

Laughing a little at Kurt's teasing tone, Blaine replied, "I plead the fifth, my friend," and finished walking Kurt to class.

Blaine and Kurt, BFF! :D Anyway, I'd love any reviews you'd like to leave!
