The three of us began walking back to the house. We were silent.
"You bit, too?" Carl asked his dad.
"No."
"Shane was." Carl stated.
"That wasn't Shane. You know that." Rick replied.
"Used to be." Carl responded. "What happened? You guys attacked? I mean, I heard a gunshot, but I didn't see any walkers nearby. How did Shane die?"
We stopped walking and Rick turned to Carl. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw something move. I turned my head, there was walkers. A lot of them.
"Rick." I whispered.
"Oh my god. Go go go go go go go go go." Rick pushed Carl and I forwards and we began running towards the barn.
"We gotta get to the house, tell the others." Carl whispered.
"We'll never get through that." I replied.
"Can't go around." Rick said. "Riley, Carl, stay close. Go!"
We ran to the barn, avoiding walkers that spotted us. Rick closed the doors behind us and put a pole through the handles.

"Carl's gone." Lori said, coming out of the house.
"Wha'?" I asked.
"He was upstairs. I can't find him anymore."
"Maybe he's hiding." Glenn suggested.
"He's supposed to be upstairs. I'm not leaving without my boy." Lori said.
"Riley isn't back either." Alexa commented as Lori and Carol went back inside the house.
"Maybe she saw the walkers." I replied, "She could be hidin' somewhere. Maybe she ran back to the highway."
"I sure hope so." Alexa muttered.
Andrea came out with the gun bag and everyone took one.
"You can go if you want." Hershel told me.
"You gonna take 'em all on?" I questioned.
"We have guns. We have cars."
"Kill as many as we can." Andrea said, "And we'll use the cars to lead the rest of them off the farm"
"Are you serious?"
"This is my farm." Hershel responded, "I'll die here."
"All right. It's as good a night as any." I jumped over the railing and turned to Alexa, "Watch over Charlie. Don't have her runnin' off."

After Rick had us pour gasoline around the barn, he had Carl and I go up into the hay loft and he gave me his lighter,
"What about you?" I asked.
"I'll be right there. Drop the lighter when I say. We'll stop some of them from reaching the house and distract the others, so at least we'll have a chance." Rick said.
Carl wen first and I went up to the second last step. Rick went over to the door and kicked it, "Hey! Hey! You want some?!" He took the pole out, "Come and get it!"
He moved towards the ladder and I got to the top and I flicked the lighter on and held it over, ready for Rick to tell me to drop it. Once he got high enough up on the ladder, he told me to drop it.
The walkers and hay lit up. I got my gun out just in case. I began to hear gunshots outside of the barn, the others were coming. We got onto the lower roof of the barn and the RV came around with Jimmy driving it. We jumped onto the roof and went over to the ladder. Rick grabbed my waist and set me onto the ground and then Carl. I heard screaming and we circled around to the front of the RV just as blood splattered onto the windshield. Jimmy was gone.
We ran around the barn again and into the woods.
APOV
I went back inside the house to get Charlie and our stuff. Charlie grabbed her pink back pack and I grabbed her sister's. We couldn't find Carl, so Carol, Beth, Charlie Patricia, Lori and I ran towards the remaining cars. Hershel stayed, shooting all the walkers he could. As we went towards the cars, walkers got Patricia. Lori grabbed Beth and we continued. Carol didn't stop, she didn't wait for us.
Then T-Dog and Andrea drove up.
"Get Carol! She ran that way!" Lori told Andrea before she and Beth got into the truck.
I continued to run over and went to Riley's SUV. I quickly had Charlie get in before I ran over to the driver's side. Luckily Riley left the keys on the dash. Once the blue truck started driving, I followed.
RPOV
We ran through the woods and made it back to the house. We didn't see anyone except for Hershel. There was a walker coming up behind him and Rick shot it.
"Where's Lori? Did you see Lori?" Rick questioned.
"What about Charlie? Alexa? Daryl?"
"I don't know what happened, Rick. They just keep coming." Hershel replied. "It's like a plaque. They're everywhere."
"Lori! Did you see her?"
"No!"
"We have to go! Find mom and the others." Rick said.
"It's my farm!" Hershel responded.
"Not anymore!" I told him.
Rick grabbed onto him and we went to his red truck. Carl and Rick sat up front while Hershel and I sat in the back. Hershel looked out the back window, looking at the remains of his farm.
I know we lost Shane and Jimmy. But who else did we lose?
