Chapter 21
Hellloooooooo as you'll be able to tell im a big fashion fan and the outfit descriptions are always in depth in the chapters also just wanted to say thanks for reading love you guys!
It was the night of Anya's party and all the girls except Lexa were at Clarke's getting ready. Lexa told them they could wear anything, but they all figure it would be conservative. Since their mall trip was pretty much a bust the girls shopped in the free mall also known as Clarkes Closet. Raven picked out a red jumpsuit while Ontari went for some high wasted pinstriped trousers with a white cropped sweater. Octavia on the other hand took the risky route and wore a skin-tight mini dress with some low block sparkling red heels. She claimed Anya doesn't care and she wanted to look good. Clarke decided she wanted to do something different, so she borrowed one of her dad's dress shirts and made it off the shoulder, pairing with a simple black skirt and black heels.
After everyone was ready, they all hopped in Clarkes car and drove to Lexa's house.
"Do you think Anya will let us drink?" Raven asked while playing on her phone.
"Honestly from experience she doesn't mind, but there will mostly be the fancy expensive shit out tonight." Octavia said.
"I don't mind the expensive shit." Raven smiled.
"Well as your designated chauffer for tonight I won't be having any alcohol. And if you guys do, don't get too drunk I can't carry anyone in these heels." Clarke looked at her friends in the back seat.
"Don't worry I won't be drinking tonight either." Ontari sighed.
"I'm sorry Echo couldn't make it." Clarke looked at the girl.
"She said she would've if her band wasn't playing tonight, but we made plans to talk later she'll probably come over."
"Do I need to buy some ear plugs? I have a feeling this ends in make up sex." Clarke smiled.
"We'll meet you guys inside." Octavia said while she pulled raven out of the car who clearing wanted to hear the conversation desperately."
"That's not going to happen." The brunette said as the back door closed.
"I'm sure you and Echo will work this out."
"No I mean the makeup sex isn't going to happen." Ontari sighed.
"I was just making a joke T." Clarke nudged the girl.
"We haven't done it yet."
"Ok, well have you wanted to?" Clarke asked.
"Don't get me wrong the want is there but this is about more to me, I really like her Clarke."
"Then when you win her back tonight, don't fuck this up. Echo's good for you, don't push her away."
"You know that's hard for me."
"I know, but I also know when you want something you fight for it. Let's enjoy this party, everything will work out. Now come on."
"Thanks Clarke." Ontari squeezed the Blondes hand as they walked into the house.
"It's my turn to start giving advice." Clarke smiled. "Whoa." They both stopped as they looked at the scene in front of them.
"This doesn't even look like Lexa's house anymore." Ontari admired the décor as the girls walked further into the house. The theme was obviously Cirque du Solei and it was breath taking from the colors to the beautiful acrobatic dancing hanging from the ceiling. The art work being displayed maybe it a million times more amazing, even the workers were all dressed in beautiful costumes as they walked around the party serving food and drinks.
"What do you guys think?" Lexa said from behind the girls.
"I thi-"Clarke stopped as she admired the brunettes tight suit pants and low cut dress shirt with a simple black tie. "I think this place looks beautiful, but it nothing compared to how fucking hot you look right now." The blonde smirked.
"That's my cue, I'm going to go find Raven and O, everything looks great Lex thanks for the invite." Ontari said before hugging the girl and walking off.
"You really do look amazing Lex." Clarke smiled as she put her hands-on Lexa's waist feeling just how tight the pants were.
"Clarke I could describe how amazing for look but there's too many people around." Lexa smirked.
"Maybe you can do that later then." The blond smirked.
"Definitely later, come on I want you to meet Becca."
As they walked through the party Clarke saw all her friends helping themselves to the food, and mostly the drinks. Everyone looked like they were having so much fun and they only just arrived.
"Aunt B, I want to introduce you to my beautiful girlfriend Clarke Griffin." Lexa smiled as she spoke to the older woman. Clarke noticed how incredibly beautiful she was with her long dark hair and dark eyes to match. Another noticeable thing was the younger girl standing next to her. She was almost a spitting image of Becca with a few changes.
"Clarke, in the few hours ive been in town Lexa has managed to talk about you nonstop. It's good to finally meet you." Becca smiled at the blonde.
"It's almost annoying how much she talked about you." The younger girl with becca mumbled.
"You're going to have to ignore my daughter Allie, she tends to say every little thing on her mind." Becca added.
"I Actually find people who do that quite refreshing, it's nice to meet you both." Clarke winked at the younger girl. "This party is incredible."
"Anya is incredible with planning events, once in college she found out it was my birthday keep in mind this was only 4 months after knowing each other. She filled my apartment with amazing art pieces from all over the world and invited some family and friends over to celebrate." Becca said While explaining more of her and Anyas life together.
"The party sounds great, but I sure hoped she stayed to clean afterwards." Clarke joked.
"More like paid someone to do it. Seeing Anya clean is like seeing Leonardo De Vinci driving a car, it never gonna happen."
"I clean the house all the time bec." Anya rolled her eyes walking over to the girls.
"Mom in my 18 years of living with you I've never even seen you touch a broom." Lexa smirked.
"In case you forgot you're my daughter, you're supposed to lie for me."
"Well you always told me lying is bad." Lexa loved teasing her mother.
"Mockery is not the product of a strong mind Lexa" Becca said. "Plus after knowing your mom for most of my life I think it's safe to say she could never lie to me."
"Yeah, yeah yeah." Anya rolled her eyes at the girl.
The rest of the night went by incredibly, Lexa and Clarke spent most of the night talking with Anya and Becca when they weren't on the dance floor. While Raven, Octavia and even Ontari could be seen by the bar scarfing down anything from Dom Perignon to shots of Gran Patron. Ontari was mostly babysitting but ended up taking few shots for encouragement. When the night came to an end Clarke ended up having to carry all her friends back to the car with Lexa's and surprisingly Allies help whom she'd come to like.
"Looks like you're going to have to tell me just how hot I looked tonight another time." Clarke said as she helped her friends into the car.
"I hate to rain check, beautiful." Lexa pouted, this was the first real time she's spent with Clarke since the break.
"Momma's gotta take care of the kids tonight, even this one decided to have a drink." Clarke nudged Ontari.
"It's called liquid courage." Ontari said trying not to slur her words.
"It's called self-sabotage, but we'll discuss that at a later date." Clarke rolled her eyes. "She was supposed to talk with Echo tonight."
"Text her and tell her to come by in the morning, I don't think Ontari should talk to her like this." Lexa suggested as she opened Clarkes car door letting the blonde in.
"I'll definitely do that, tell Becca and your mom bye for me?"
"I will." Lexa kissed the blond through the window of her car window. "Love you beautiful."
"Love you more." Clarke blew her kiss as she started the car. As they started to drive away Ontari leaned out the passenger seat window.
"Bye sexy Lexi." The brunette yelled before they drove off. Lexa just laughed, she was never going to let Ontari live that down.
When Clarke pulled in to her driveway, she noticed Echo standing their waiting. She obviously hadn't got Clarkes text.
"Hey, did you get my text?" Clarke asked the girl as she got out of the car.
"I did, I also thought when you said Ontari was unable to talk tonight something was going on." Echo arched her brow as she saw the three past out girls in Clarkes car.
"These three idiots decided to help themselves to the bar at Lexa's, after asked them not to." Pointing at her shoe's. "My shoes didn't prepare me for this."
"Come on, lets get them inside." Echo laughed.
Once they were finally inside Clarke thanked god her parents weren't home. She could only imagine their faces when they saw three drunk teens being carried through their doors.
"We can put O and raven in my room." "If either of you throw up in where in here, I will kill you." Clarke whispered to her friends as she laid them on her bed, taking off their shoes.
Echo was helping Ontari into her room, she found Ontari's drunken speech about how much she liked her funny as she laid the girl down.
"We'll talk about it in the morning ok." Echo smiled at the drunk girl.
"Ok beautiful." Ontari very quickly fell asleep in Echo's lap.
"You can stay if you want." Clarke smiled at the girl from the door. Echo nodded before turning her attention back to Ontari.
"I'll be sleeping downstairs if you need anything."
"Clarke?" Echo called as the blonde walked off.
"Yeah?"
"Thanks." Echo smiled.
The next morning was pretty uneventful aside from the fact that Ontari and Echo made up. Clarke spent her morning taunting Raven O with all the cute cuddling pics she took of them the night before. Everything seemed perfect, or they were at least in Clarkes mind. She had an amazing girlfriend and wonderful friends who loved her. Life was good, she intended on keeping it that way for as long as she could.
Time jump next chapter, it's gonna be 5 months maybe, a little but closer to graduation. Im thinking im going to have a follow up story following Octavia, Clarke and Ontari to New York. Don't worry Clarke and Lexa will find their way back to each other!
