Herro~! I have another announcement to make: I shall be updating this every 10 days! (or sooner). But along with this change there shall be another change to the update schedule of my other story. Definitely updating that less often. So the schedule is: 5th NHD, 10th this story and so forth. Since none of you have been reviewing, I'll take that as no objections to this change.

"Are you sure it came from this way?" "I'm sure"

Crunch crunch went the sticks and leaves as the group stepped on them. Currently, they were on their way to find out where that blood-curling scream had come from. Shortly after they'd heard it, Ito couldn't help but glance back at Gray and Ayano, who were walking next to each other, every once in a while. A while being a few minutes.

"What's with those two?" Astrid hissed. She looked mad and judging by the way she was practically stomping, she was furious."Dunno," Minho said nonchalantly, glancing back at the pair again. "But I still don't trust her."

Meanwhile, Ayano and Gray were walking in silence. "I've done so many things to you..." Ayano said quietly, not looking at him. Gray gave her a sideways glance. "Well, that was her. You didn't do anything wrong" he said. Ayano huffed and looked away from him, "We're the same person, idiot…."

She took a few more steps before knocking into the now unmoving Minho. "Uff! What's the big deal?" She asked, glaring at him lightly. He didn't respond but he was looking around wildly, looking baffled."What is it, idiot?" Astrid asked with a roll of the eyes. "...There was...a...thing...there…" Minho said, barely above a whisper. "I don't see anything," Gray said, glancing around. "It...left...just now" Minho said, speaking in an oddly quiet tone.

"Yumichi, Arisu, Arata. You three have been quite troublesome for us"

The three fairies refused to look at their captors. "Sorry Ara-nii…" Arisu muttered, looking down with guilt. Her now mostly unrestrained brother lifted a hand and patted her head without a word.

"Alright so you caught us, what're you going to do? Who are you anyway?" Yumichi inquired.

"My name is Archi, Archi Akhiro Stormsabre the XIII'th. These are my assistants; Komotori and Daiki. And we plan to use you as bait" Archi explained, eying Yumichi's wings with interest. Noticing his gaze, she squirmed nervously.

"So this is the real thing huh?" Komotori said, tugging on Arisu's wings. "Hey!" Arisu protested, slapping her hand away with a flutter of her wings.

Yumichi sighed and looked at the morning sky, I thought that plan could've worked…

20 minutes earlier

Yumichi and Arisu were flying directly above the carriage. "So, how do we get him out of there?" Yumichi whispered. "Hmmm, we should break him out" Arisu decided. "Yeah, but how?" Yumichi asked.

"I'll go to the driver and distract him until he loses control. When they crash, they'll get out to inspect the vehicle which is when we'll swoop down and grab him" Arisu explained. "Isn't that a little too risky?" Yumichi asked nervously.

"It's better than nothing," Arisu said with a shrug. With that, she swooped down low and went to where she thought the driver would be.

She made sure to stay out of sight when going past the passenger's window. For a moment, she thought she saw the girl inside's eyes glance in her direction. If the girl had seen her, she showed no signs of it.

Arisu went to the front of the carriage, expecting to see a driver's seat or something. There was a driver but he was inside a box of some sort. He only noticed her when she knocked on the windshield. His eyes got really big and his jaw dropped.She just smiled and waved a little. That seemed to do it for him as he passed out seconds later. The vehicle quickly lost control and veered right, straight towards a tree. Arisu grinned before giving the signal. Just as she gave it, she heard the shattering of glass.

Still high in the air, Yumichi got the signal and started descending. She'd made it to about 20 feet above the vehicle before she felt a sharp pain in her left wing. She craned her neck to look at it.An arrow. A standard arrow was lodged in her wing. Her eyes widened before she felt herself descending faster than she wanted to. With a shock, she realized that she was falling.

Automatically she started flailing and trying to fly with her wings, only to get a sharp pain each time she moved them. Looking down, there was only a little distance between her and the hard ground.

6 feet,

5 feet,

4 feet,

2 feet.

Something grabbed her from behind and managed to stop her, her nose was inched above the ground. "Yumichi, what's wrong? Oh God, your wing-!" Arisu cried."Tch, you flies are annoying but make for good target practice" A girl's voice said. They both turned towards it and saw a girl standing there, a bow in hand.

Next, Komotori tugged on Yumichi's wing, the one she hit. The fairy winced but didn't say anything else. "Leave her alone," Arata ordered. Komotori scoffed before yanking on Yumichi's wing, causing the fairy to shriek in pain.

"Stop!"

"Ito…"

"Hmm?"

"Why is Aya-san so different?"

"It's because of you holder, Gray. She's changing for him."

"...Then, is it love?"

"Most likely,"

"But what about your holder's feelings?"

"Meh, she'll live. Besides, I think that little betrayal made her rethink her feelings"

"Ito...I saw Leo-san the other day,"

"The celestial spirit?"

"Yes, although we didn't talk…"

"You hid and watched him from afar didn't you?"

"Maybe…"

"Noroi, you know we're not supposed to go into another dimension without permission."

"But I got permission! I mean, the master told me I should follow him."

"Why?"

"Master said we need to start looking out for the zodiac spirits."

"Why?"

"Because...we need to be ready for the reset."

"How do we know she'll reset it this time? She seems pretty happy at the moment."

"She will reset, all because of Gray-san."

"...She's quite the yandere isn't she?"

"Yet so innocent, it's scary."

Yay! Long but not really chapter! Did anyone read chapter 417? That was such. a. troll. Everyone was so hyped but we got so let down...At least chapter 418 will make up for it. It's going to show the results of the timeskip, and it's 33 pages with a colored cover! SO EXCITED! MUCH HYPED! VERY LAME JOKE. In case you couldn't tell, I've decided to bring the FT members back into this. I noticed I was getting a little off topic so, why not? Although now the story line will be crazy and random.
