The two sided mirror

As the wolves hurried towards us I felt my heart skip a beat, I realized now why the ground had shook they were huge. This was real, a war. I had to clear my mind- I began to walk.

"Where are you going?"

"Stan, don't worry about me." I said as I walked. I didn't know the answer to his question.

"Vampire girl?" I turned to see that Paul was now in human form as he rushed beside me. I looked behind me, the entire pack was there and they had taken their human forms now.

"Paul I am so sorry about Jake, it breaks my heart."

"That is not your fault; you didn't take him, you didn't set him up, Caius did."

"No Jake said Caius didn't set him up."

"Well that damn Caius is good he even mind fucked Jake." Paul said.

"It's not his fault." I said, I was irked.

"He led Jake there and then showed up to warn us to come here, he told us that there would be some sort of war here at this very spot. Yet we get here Jake is freed and beaten half to death I saw him back there but we had to scan the place." Just then Jake hobbled towards us. Rosalie

was helping him, she was kind to Jake- that surprised me she seemed so icy earlier. Edward, Jasper, Alice and Emmet were behind them.

"He had no way of knowing we would end up here." Jake said.

"Jake he sent us here he explained that you care for Bella deeply and we would need to defend against the Volturi because they wanted to kill you and Bella. After he told us what they were going to do to you, we had to come. They were trying to turn you into a guard dog."

"I guess he is really one step ahead of everything." Edward said..

"Paul I need a favor."

"Anything."

"When Caius returns watch him, try to keep up with him." I asked.

"Do you trust him Bella?" Edward questioned.

"I don't know anymore what he is doing but I know it's for the best."

We all sat at the hill for hours awaiting Caius return. Finally it felt like something was happening, I saw Alice stand.

The Cullen's all stood and the wolf pack stared too- waiting for something.

It was Caius and Kelly, right behind them stood Ramsey and Max she seemed happy.

"Kelly change Stan please." Caius spoke so quickly, I could see that he was in control.

Kelly took Stan to the side and they began to talk quietly.

"No one is going to be changed." Sam said.

"Wolf boy shut the fuck up." Ramsey said.

"What the hell is going on." Jasper questioned.

"I have spoken with Aro and all is well now." Caius answered blankly.

"What are you talking about?" Emmet asked.

"Where is your brother?" Alice questioned.

"Healed isn't that what we do." Caius said, he seemed to be very short with them his attitude had changed it was like they were useless to him or beneath him he was arrogant even.

Alice seemed surprised.

"The girls were raped and beaten and Jacob was tortured and your brother was hurt, they turned on you and you act as if nothing has happened."

"Nothing and everything happened Alice." Again Caius was evasive as usual but much colder about it.

"What do you mean?"

"Marcus now sees things my way."

Edward rushed over he was now face to face with Caius.

"Not likely, have they fooled you?" Edward said.

"Thanks Edward." Caius said he was smiling from ear to ear.

"What do you mean, I have done nothing for you everything I do is for Bella."

"I explained to Aro who is in control now and it's me. Aro has stepped down as well and I am the new leader."

"That makes no sense." Edward said.

"I single handedly delivered something no one could, I have done something so amazing that they had to respect it. All my time, effort and planning has paid off."

Just then I head Stan screaming, Kelly held him close. Kelly was changing him.

"What did you pull off?" I asked, I felt my voice shake.

"I created three gifted vampires, I had the skills to find three humans who could add to our power. Max, Kelly and Stan and you must admit Ramsey turned out to be the most beautiful vampire you have ever seen- that is a power within itself even if she doesn't have a gift like the other three, Stan will be truly gifted when his change is complete and it works faster on the gifted ones, changing them. I found a way to get a pack of guard dogs, all in the same place at once. Let's face it, the only coven who could come close to possibly challenging the Volturi are you guys the Cullen's and now they have the wolves in their pocket too: with Jake feening for you. Hiding your gifts for all these years was clever by the way- you Cullen's are something. Edward being able to read minds and all and Alice predicting the future and you were so secretive about that. Jasper, the mood control is awesome too. Edward found our darling Bella and she fell for him and she has the potential to become a very powerful vampire. But you see, you guys are not the only ones hiding gifts. I'm able to sense them in vampires and humans, I know who is special and I can control others powers. Once I sleep with you I own you. Alice why do you think you have not been able to see all this coming. You can't see what I am involved in, I had you and I know all you see and I can stop you from seeing certain things baby. I'm smart enough to hide my thoughts when I'm around Edward- come on now. I got you all here before Bella was changed- she could of helped you defeat what's about to come your way. In fact my coven is here and ah were going to have to take you all in. Alice you will be my bitch again and Rosalie, the guys will love to past you around. As for the Cullen men, well I think I can bend you guys to my will, we could use you on our team. We can put your gifts to use, Jasper that mood control will come in handy. You will cooperate and enjoy your new jobs as slaves. If not we can kill your women. Bella, I want to thank you for making this possible. When I started using you for a second I almost feel for you but when you left with Jasper my heart froze. You fueled a fire in me and I began to think of the greatest plan of all time. Don't worry your job as my concubine will not end but now I can share you."

I felt my entire body collapse, Caius had betrayed me.

"The Volturi are about to capture us all?" I asked in a silent whisper.

"Yes, they are my love." Just then Caius reached out to touch me, I spit on his face.

"Bella, you don't love me anymore?"

"This will never work and I swear Caius, I'm going to kill you." I said with a hostility I never felt before.

"Bella- your going to use your powers to help us and you know why."

"Why?"

"Your mother and father have been captured and I don't even know where they keep them and if you ever turn on me they will be killed instantly.

I feel to the ground I could not stop my tears.

"We will not go down without a fight." Emmet said and he ran for Caius but just then his entire body began to tremble like he was in deep pain. Rosalie ran to him, when I looked up I saw Jane and it was as if she was controlling this pain. My heart sink when I noticed the entire Volturi clan approaching. There were so many guards approaching I lost count. I knew then that we were all captured and I had no clue how we could ever get out of this. I turned to Kelly and she gave me a warm smile. I felt comforted and I saw peace in her eyes, somehow there was hope but maybe I was in a fantasy world. Caius smiled at me he leaned in close. He slid me a note secretly, I knew I could not read it right now.

I hated him so much. Even in my fantasy I could not escape the sound of the fighting- everyone was now fighting around me. I just stood there- I didn't make eye contact with anyone- I didn't want to see what I had foolishly caused. However my eyes could not escape seeing Seth being dragged by James by his hair, Seth was in human form he was so young and innocent. It broke me- the site, the fear in his eyes. I heard a sound it was Alice, she screamed so loud I had to look. Caius was standing over her, he held her neck.

"I will never give myself to you again Caius."

"Did you think that I would not take this opportunity to have you. I have been working on a way to gain the power for years. I would have come for you sooner if Aro had not forbidden it but now I run the show. Don't think we will not find Carlisle and Esseme soon, there is no hope. I noticed their absence but I will have them soon and anyone else who stands in my way. I don't need to recreate you anymore I have the real thing and my fake all at once."

He turned to look at me and I felt sick, I was his fake Alice. He had a nerve to have a look of sorrow, how dare he act as if the words were not coming from his very mouth, these were his actions. I had given him the world and now I had to think of a way to take it all back. But for now they would have us all working for them and I would play along. But I learned a few things bout cruelty, politics and mind fucking. I would mind fuck and destroy Caius- this I knew. He was a two sided mirror showing two different faces. I could play his game, I learned from the best. My heart Is broken.
