JD: Warning: Sideswipe is slightly OOC but only because he thinks that his charge is being reckless. Ironhide not so much cause think from his view of it. I'll explain more at the end! Enjoy Craziness!
Friends New and Old
I stretch upward and smile. My body is finally starting to feel okay again! I glance around and notice with a deep blush I fell asleep on Ironhide's chest, again. I heard a soft rumbling sound and turn around to see a chuckling Ratchet. "Shh!" I hushed him as I look to the recharging weapon specialist.
"You are a strange one, Sage." Ratchet said putting his hand out for me to climb aboard. I did carefully and held on to his thumb as he picked me up placing me on the ground where I got off.
"I know." I grin up to him. Walking off for a while I went off to shower and change. My body still stiff but isn't sore. I got to the showers and the hot water running down my body felt really good. After a few minutes of scrubbing myself I just let the hot water run down my body and relax in to it. After a few more minutes of just relaxing I turn the water off drying off and got dress. I didn't bother with the hair dryer and went to where I knew my bots are.
I got to them and smile happy they are home. I saw the femmes were glaring at me and I shiver slightly wanting to run to where I know I'll be safe, with Ironhide. I didn't though only cause I knew I shouldn't. I can't hide from the femmes like I can hide from my family.
"Sparklet, you alright?" I heard a soft voice that made me look up to see a blue femme standing in front of me. I jump back slightly but then realized it's only Arcee. She's the only one that's nice to me.
"Yeah, Cee." I said forcing a smile but I can feel my body shake slightly. She gave me a questionable look, she doesn't believe me. "I'm going to hang out with Roadbuster!" I call out running to where I know the wreckers will gather up at.
"No you will not!" I heard a mech roar out and then I felt myself being sweep off the floor. It didn't hurt me at all but startle me. I squeaked.
Turning my body around in the mech's hand I look to the optics of Sideswipe who brought me over to the roaring with anger Mech, Ironhide. "Why not!" I whine out glaring at him. He just glared back.
"Ya ain't gonna that's final!" He roar at me.
"That's not fair, Hide!" I screamed at him. "Roadbuster is my friend too." I said the last part in an even voice.
"Sparklet, I have to agree with 'Hide here. It's nothing wrong with them in general but they aren't used to be around such a fragile femme like you." Sides spoke up and surprised me. He worrying about me? How come?
I shook my head and motion for him to put me down. "Sideswipe, Ironhide." I glared to both Mechs then sigh slightly. "I don't think they will hurt me."
"Maybe not on purpose." Ironhide grumble as he rub where his arm once was with his other servo. I pout wanting to go see the wreckers.
"I can dodge all of you nearly stepping on me or running me over," sent a point glare at Ironhide making him give me equal glare back. "so why can't I do same with them too?" I asked in a matter-of-fact voice.
Ironhide looks like he's about to say something but closes his mouth instead still glaring at me. "Hmpf." I heard and look up to Sideswipe. "Yeah, you dodge us when we are normally paying attention to our peds while you squishies are around but they don't even do that!"
I lean against the wall grumbling under my breath as I was handed a bottle of water and smile to Will in thanks. It was a force one that made him try not to laugh at me. "Come on, kiddo, it's not that bad." He try to cheer me up.
"They won't let me do anything!" I whine loudly and saw Ratchet look up from whatever he was doing looking in our direction then roll his optics going back to whatever he was doing again. Will roll his eyes then Epps came over to me putting his arm around my shoulder with a sly grin. "Whatever it is Ironhide and Sideswipe will probably not let me do it." I grumble. He drop his head some from that one with a sigh and pout.
Before I could really argue I was being dragged away by no other than Jon, Beni, and Epps. A girl was following Jon around and then walked over from where I was dragged to close by Jon. Beni was the one that was showing the two around. Jon already knows this place and the bots so why was he being showed around? Who is this girl anyway?
I actually looked at her and saw she has shoulder length sandy brown hair and deep eyes. I can't see them from here but they seem like they would hold a lot of questions and wonder in them. Strange. She looks slightly older then me. I saw her run over to Ratchet tapping on his ped then running behind a crate waiting a moment. I tried not to laugh. Ratchet looked around then grumble something and went back to what he was doing. She then screamed "TAG!" Making Ratchet jump from being startle and look around. By now Epps, Beni, and I are on the floor laughing.
Ratchet made her come out and they start to talk to each other. Epps then dragged me away to do something or another. As we were being dragged away I caught from Beni talking to Jon, "Your cousin is awesome!" Between laughing and wheezing for air. I've never met anyone that had similar reaction to the 'bots as I did. I wasn't really scared of them but more curious.
We got out to where Epps was dragging me and then he motion me to the overgrown jungle gym. I mean it, it looks like an overgrown jungle gym! First we would have to run for about half a mile, then jumping in and out of tires, up a rope latter, then on the other side we slide wire to the ground. You then will have to climb back up with just a rope that has random ties in it and jump down after reaching top. then you run more through more tires. You get to a spot where you have to hit the ground to belly crawl all the way to the end and then up and run the last bit back around to the entrance.
"What is this?" I asked Epps turning my head to the taller black man who had a sly grin.
"We all had to do it." He stated as he push me forward.
"No." I stated crossing my arms. "I'm to sore to do something like that." I growl out at him and start to walk pass but he stopped me giving me the biggest puppy dog eyes anyone could ever muster up, besides me.
I walked off and got back inside and then notice, no one is paying attention to me because they think I'm with Epps on that course. I smirk as I look to make sure no 'bots that will stop me were around and then slipped off to the workshop that the Wreckers hangs out in. I slipped in and notice that in there was not only Leadfoot, Topspin, and Roadbuster but also the idiot twins and now Elita-1. I stiffen up and stopped where I stood because of the fact that Skids and Mudflap are in here and not by themselves either. Elita sent me a glare and I then start to walk back slowly. I saw Roadbuster look up from his spot. He was listening to Leadfoot talk about his latest invention. Roadbuster then look to the area the femme is then back to me. He quickly ran to me sweeping me off my feet and placing me on his shoulder, sending her a glare then walked back to Leadfoot.
The fat looking red bot with a target symbol on his belly gave him a confused look then saw me. "Femme, wha ya doin' here?" He rumble out. I smiled and waved at him.
"I wanna see my buddy, Roadbuster." I said innocently. I felt a light rumble under me and look to Roadbuster's face seeing he's laughing. I smile and lean against him as the bots went back to whatever they were doing, minus Roadbuster who put me down on the ground safetly before transforming in to his race-car form. I blush lightly climbing in to him. Only 'bots I really been in have been Optimus, Bee, Ironhide, Ratchet, and Sideswipe. I sat in Dino for a few minutes forever ago but never rode in him.
I smiled as he didn't drive fast like most would figured. He drove slow and easy as he went around the base with me inside of him, he also buckled me up for myself. I laugh when he start to play with the radio stations not knowing what to put on. First he put it on a rap station then changed it to a country one. The next station was an oldies one. He just flipped through them only staying on one for a moment or so before changing again. I am not sure if he's doing this to entertain me or really don't know what he or I want to listen to right now?
After a few minutes I could hear chirping and beeping then I saw Topspin and Leadfoot in their alt forms all three of them start to drive where Optimus's room is at. Roadbuster open his door and unbuckle me once I double check that Ironhide or Sideswipe isn't around. Getting he transform carefully then pick me up putting me back on his shoulder. The other two then transformed faster. I guess Roadbuster made them wait till I wasn't in any danger. What was Ironhide and Sideswipe so worried about?!
"Sparklet, I see you are disobaying Ironhide again. I believe this is the first time you disobayed your guardian." Optimus said looking to me with amusment in his optics.
I put on a pout and gave him an innocent look. "Daddy, I wanted to hang out with Roadbuster and they wouldn't let me." I pout more. He shook his helm then motion to the three Wreckers then down to the two humans that one I know and friends with, Jon, the other is new to me but from what I gather is Jon's cousin.
"Wreckers, this is Jon and Rikchel Johnson." Optimus said. "Roadbuster you will be guardian of Jon while Topspin will be guardian of Rikchel." He said with authority. I smile to Roadbuster who looks confused as does Topspin. The blue bot looks like he's about to freak out on us.
"Prime, do ya think tha' a good idea?" Topspin asked carefully looking down to the fragile human girl standing by her cousin.
"Even if he doesn't ya don't have ta worry much about lil oh me." I heard a voice fill with humor and something else. I glance down to it and saw it was from the girl, Rikchel. "And please call me Roka, everyone does." She smiles and then start to spin around in a circle. Jon was shaking his head and I start to giggle. I like this girl already!
JD: Okay, Ironhide side of this! He's close to Sage and scared that if she keeps risking it like she has been. She nearly died what twice now because of Autobots being idiots? Talking about here: Skids and Mudflap fighting over her then the femmes. He doesn't want to keep risking her though he's friends and trust them just don't want Sage to get hurt at all by accident! Or worst.
