Mount Justice

"Kaldur so got this one out of the bag." Muttered Amanda as she watched Kaldur and Robin sparred on the training floor. She watched them both throw a couple of blocks and kicks when her phone beeped inside her hoodie pocket. It was a text from Ashley.
"You are still coming over for your birthday weekend right?" She asked. Amanda sighed, how can she forget that her birthday is coming up next week? "Oh and how is GA?" She asked. She typed a reply.
"Yea I am still coming over and GA is eh." She sent back. Ashely sent back a weird face and Amanda giggled.
"What are you giggling about?" Robin asked when he and Kaldur walked over to her. Amanda quickly put away her phone, clearing her throat.
"Uh nothing. Nice one Kaldur. I was rooting for you the whole time." He gave her a small smile. She heard laugher and a door opened. Amanda smiled at Conner and Megan who walked in with Wolf.
"You guys do know that they are a couple right?" Robin whispered asked them. Amanda smirked at him.
"I knew way before you guys did." She said placing a hand onto her hips. Seconds later Artemis and Wally walked into the cave. She raised an eyebrow.
"Do we tell them?" Robin asked. Amanda shrugged her shoulders.
"Nah, let it take its course." She said with a smirk, nudging Kaldur's shoulder. "Right Kaldur?" She asked. He nodded at her.
"Indeed, it is not our place." He stole a glance at Amanda and Robin. Wally groaned when he and Artemis walked over towards them, pointing at Captain Marvel.
"Okay since Zatara's our babysitter for the week then why the hell is he still here? And why is he eating my snacks?" Amanda laughed as she watched Captain Marvel took a bite of Wally's candy bar.
"That's what you get from leaving your stuff around." Amanda muttered to him. Wally glared at her and was about to say something when he was interrupted by the computer.
RECOGNIZED BATMAN B02
"Computer, turn on the national news." The Dark Knight said as he walked inside the cave his cape swinging around him. Seconds later the computer switched to the national news showing the blonde Cat Grant reporting.
"The initial attack was short lived." She said. Amanda realized that she was in Metropolis. "However, Metropolis was only granted a short reprieve. And despite the intervention between Superman and the Justice League there seems to be no end in sight." Amanda blinked when the camera moved from behind her and a large plant was attacking the city. Amanda balled her fists.
"Should we head out there?" Robin asked, pointing at the screen.
"No." Batman answered him. "The Justice League will soon have the situation under control. However, that is not why I am here. According to your Intel Sportsmaster supplied Cadmus Blockbuster formula to Kobra." He explained.
"Who combined it with Bane's Venom to create Kobra Venom." Wally said. Robin pushed up his dark sunglasses.
"Which The Brain used to create his animal army." He said. Conner petted Wolf.
"And made Wolf bigger." He said petting Wolf on his head.
"The Brain also used inhibitor collars like the ones at Belle Reve." Megan explained to him.
"Batman, is it possible that those plant thingies are using Korba's Venom too?" Artemis asked pointing at the large green plants on the screen. Batman looked at her.
"I had Green Lantern run a spot analysis." Batman said. "Divine cellulose does contain traces of a Kobra Venom variant." He explained to them.
"These cannot be coincidences." Kaldur began. "Unrelated criminals operating with one another worldwide." He shook his head.
"Exactly." Batman said to him. "It is now clear that our enemies have formed some kind of secret society of super villains. The attack on Metropolis is just the beginning." Amanda rolled her eyes, crossing her arms.
"What are they called? Super Villain Unite Society?" She asked scoffing as Robin pulled up a holo-computer screen with his hand in one move.
"That's kind of funny. And Batman's right. Metropolis is just the beginning but now there's more of those plants in Gotham City, Paris, Star City, Taipei." Suddenly, all of the screens on the huge computer went black and Robin typed quickly on the holo-computer.
"Seriously dude?" Wally asked him.
"It's not me I swear!" Robin said, trying to get the computer working. "Someone's cutting into the satellite systems! All of the satellite systems!" There was a beeping sound coming from the screen and someone came on the screen. Amanda widen her eyes. It was Joker. He tapped on the screen and smiled widely with his creepy clown make-up.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we interrupt your regular schedule mayhem to bring you this very important message." He laughed and brought out a small knife, playing with it before he pushed the camera back revealing more villains. "From the Injustice League." Amanda blinked.
"I was way off." She muttered as Joker began to laugh.
"In case you were wondering, we are responsible for the attacks on your cities." Count Vertigo started. "If you wish to save them a ransom of ten billion American dollars is required. Delivery instructions have been sent to the United Nations. There is no time limit, however, the longer your governments wait," Joker laughed and finished the sentence for Count Vertigo.
"The more we get to have our jollies." Joker laughed loudly as the screen went black. Amanda shuttered.
"Out of all of them, he's the worse ever." Amanda muttered.
"Roger that Aquaman." Batman said, hitting the button on his com-link. "The UN will prepare the ransom as a fallback but it won't come to that." Robin pressed the button on the computer, playing back the message and froze on the members of the Injustice League.
"Count Vertigo, The Joker, Poison Ivy, Ultra-Humanite, Atomic Skull, Black Adam and Wotan. Seven heavy hitters probably behind every nearly everything and everyone we faced." He said.
"There's your secret society." Wally muttered, crossing his arms.
"Well it's not so secret anymore." Artemis muttered back.
"Perhaps after India they realized we could deduce the truth and saw no point in hiding any longer." Kaldur said. Wally scoffed at him.
"Yeah? That was their mistake. How about we all go and kick some plant butt." Wally gave everyone a hug smile.
"The Justice League will handle the plants. With the plants attacking so many locations simultaneously, there must be a control system. Your job is to destroy it." Batman said, crossing his arms, looking at the team. Zatara walked beside Batman.
"Batman, you do realize what you are asking them to do." He said to him. Amanda raised an eyebrow at him. Batman stared at the team.
"They are ready." Amanda blinked, realizing what Batman is asking them to do. Fight off the Injustice League? Amanda bit her lip.
"Wait I am confused. Ready for what?" Amanda glared at him and hit him on the back of the head at the same time Artemis punched him in the shoulder. "Ow! What the hell?" He asked. Amanda rolled her eyes.
"Hello Wally! If the big guns are fighting plants who do you think we will be fighting?" She asked. Wally rolled his eyes.
"Oh I don't know I wish someone will give me a hint!" She pointed at the screen that was showing the members of the Injustice League. Wally widen his eyes. "Oh I get it." Amanda scoffed.
"Sometimes I worry about you Wally." Wally glared at her.
"Robin control your girlfriend!" He smirked.
"She's not-"
"We're not-" Amanda began but was interrupted by Batman.
"Zatara, I trust that you can locate the enemy." Amanda and Robin looked away from each other both of them blushing while shooting daggers at Wally.
"Indeed I can." He said, clearing his throat. "Wotan's involvement suggests sorcery is part of how the plants are controlled. Robin, if you could provide a holo map? I will search for signs of concentrated sorcerous activity." Robin pressed a button on his computer and a huge map of Earth showed up. "Etacol retnecipe fo yrecros!" The map started to spin and seconds later a huge red dot showed up. "There! That is where you will find the Injustice League's central control system." Robin checked his wrist computer.
"Coordinates are locked in, Louisiana Bayou." He said.
"We are on our way." Kaldur told them.
Bayou Bartholomew

"You're paying me back about that girlfriend comment aren't you?" Kid Flash asked, pilling a banana and watched as Amanda took a huge bite of Kid Flash's favorite chocolate bar. She smirked at him.
"Maybe. Or maybe you shouldn't leave crap around." She ate the last bite of the candy bar and balled the rapper and threw it at him. Kid Flash took a bite if his banana and looked at a duffle bag that was by Aqualad's feet.
"What's in the duffle?" He asked.
"Plan B." He said, staring straight ahead.
"Ugh." Megan groaned grabbing her head in a sudden pain. Superboy looked at her, worried.
"What's wrong?" He asked staring at her.
"I feel dizzy." She said still holding onto her head. Everyone looked at each other in confused.
"Martians get air sick?" Robin asked Kid Flash. Kid Flash shrugged his shoulders.
"She does look a bit more green than usual." Amanda rolled her eyes at him. Megan shook her head no.
"Not me her." Amanda and Artemis looked at each other.
"I feel fine. Do you feel fine Supergirl?" She asked.
"I feel fine." They both looked at Megan in confusion. Megan shook her head no at them.
"No not you guys. It's the bio-ship. She is trying to shield us but-" Suddenly the bio-ship was knocked over making Amanda hold on tightly to her dashboard as the bio-ship crashed landed into a swamp. Amanda looked out the window to see large green vines wrapping around the ship, pulling it under. They heard loud thumping sounds coming from the roof. The roof ripped opened and Black Adam laughed. Megan groaned in pain.
"He's hurting her!" She yelled. Superboy nodded at Amanda and she nodded back and both of them shot forward to punch Black Adam off the roof top. The bio-ship began to fill up with water fast.
"There's no way in hell I would drown three times in a row!" Artemis yelled as she looked down at the water. She quickly grabbed her rebreather.
"I'm with you there!" Amanda agreed as she watched Artemis handed Kid Flash a rebreather. Amanda could tell that Kid Flash was shocked when she had handed it to him.
"Everyone out now!" Commanded Aqualad as he dived into the water. Everyone did the same. He doesn't need to tell Amanda twice.
"She's in shock. She's needs time to recover." Megan said as they had reached the shore and watched as the bio-ship sunk into the water. Amanda grabbed her head in a sudden pain and she fell to the ground, holding her head.
"Vertigo." Kid Flash growled out next to her, grabbing his head as well when Count Vertigo walked towards them.
"It's Count Vertigo to you peasant." He said angrily, putting more power onto their heads. Superboy ran and tried to stop Count Vertigo but was blocked by Black Adam who punched him in the air. Amanda screamed in pain when Aqualad got out his water bearers and shot it towards Count Vertigo.
"Robin and Miss Martian get out of here! We will hold them off! Go find the control system!" Aqualad yelled into Amanda's head. Amanda gasped.
"Aqualad in front of you!" The Injustice League was too powerful.
Amanda groaned in pain as she slowly woke up. When she sat up she gasped as she realized that she was in a golden cage along with Kid Flash, Artemis, Wolf, and Aqualad who was still knocked out. Count Vertigo looked into the cage as they floated in the sky. "They have awaken. Are you should that this cage would hold them?" He asked Wotan who laughed.
"This cage is impenetrable." Wotan told him glancing at Amanda and Superboy. "Even the Superboy and Supergirl cannot break through of this." Amanda glared at him and tried to break the bars but it was too strong. "Nice try little girl." She puffed her bangs at him.
"When I get out of here-" Amanda started. Aqualad groaned next to her as he had gotten up to try and break the bars with his electricity.
"You are not the only one trained in the mystic arts Wotan." He yelled. He almost broke through but the golden bars shocked him and knocked him backwards.
"Please Atlantean, do not pretend to be in my league." Wotan told him in a sneer. Amanda bit her lip worried as they continued to float in the cage. Few minutes later the cage disappear and the team had fallen into a pile of mud. Amanda gasped and realized that she was surrounded.
"I really hate monkeys." Superboy growled at the huge ape that stood in front of him. The gorilla growled at him. Artemis and Aqualad reached for their weapons but realized they were not there.
"I feel naked, and not in a fun way." Artemis said. Poison Ivy smirked and waved her hands and three vines were in the air, aiming right towards them. As one got close to Amanda she jumped out of the way quickly. Amanda breathed heavily.
"Maneuver seven the two of you now." Aqualad commanded. Amanda and Artemis nodded once and Artemis was the first to run and jumped into Aqualad's hand and he lifted her into the air as well as Amanda when she went next and the two of them knocked Poison Ivy off balance. Amanda smirked at Poison Ivy threw more vines towards her. Amanda did a couple of flips before jumping in the air to knock Poison Ivy out again. Poison Ivy groaned when she had gotten up and gasped when she looked over at the large plant that covered the building.
"My baby!" She yelled. Amanda whipped mud off of her face to see blinking lights of Robin's batarangs on the large plant and it had exploded. Amanda smirked when she saw Robin and Megan on top of the now burnt out plant. "You will pay for that!" She yelled. Large plants shot towards Robin and Megan but she quickly used her powers to cut them in half. Count Vertigo blasted Megan with his mind power and knocked her from the sky, landing her in the mud.
"Megan! Are you alright?" Amanda asked her as she quickly helped her up just when Robin came. She nodded her head slowly, grabbing it.
"Supergirl!" Superboy yelled. Amanda looked over to see Superboy battling with the gorilla. Amanda got the hint and ran over to help her brother. When she got near the gorilla, Black Adam ran into her rips sending her towards a tree and breaking it in half. Amanda coughed when she got up to see Wolf biting the gorilla's arm.
"Enough!" Yelled out Wotan, flying into the air staring down hard at the team. Suddenly, Amanda was hit hard when a bright blue shot from Wotan hitting down everyone.
"Miss Martian plan B now!" Amanda heard Aqualad commanded as he used his electricity to let the blue light off of him and Megan. Megan nodded and her eyes turned green and her bio-ship flew in in camouflage mode. Aqualad grabbed the duffle bag as it dropped in the air.
Few minutes later Amanda got up from the ground relieved that the blue electricity was off of her. "The Helmet of Fate." She heard Wotan said, looking at Aqualad. Amanda gasped when she saw the helmet that contains Doctor Fate. Amanda remembered when the team told her and Robin about a mission that has to do with that helmet and Wally was almost gone forever because he had put it on. And if Aqualad wears the helmet..
"Aqualad are you crazy?!" Amanda yelled at him as he slips on the helmet. Everything around him glowed and he started to float in the air.
"Ah dude." Kid Flash said. Amanda whipped her head around to hear Megan scream in pain when she was knocked to the ground by Vertigo and Poison Ivy. Kid Flash darted towards him and in the end he ripped off a piece of his cape and leaned against the tree. Artemis and Amanda ran towards Poison Ivy and knocked her out with their foot.
"Wolf!" Amanda yelled when Wolf ran into her and Artemis sending them towards the ground.
"Artemis!" Kid Flash yelled, holding his arm that was being held by Vertigo's cape. Ultra Humanite punched Kid Flash in the face, knocking him out. Amanda growled and went after the gorilla with her foot but he had grabbed it. Amanda gasped when she saw Wotan being flown into the mud and saw the Justice League heading towards them.
"Dad!" Amanda yelled when Superman flew in next to her. The Injustice League were surrounded.
"It's over." Batman told them, crossing his arms. Amanda smirked when she saw them holding up their hands in surrender.
"There will be another day." Count Vertigo growled at him. Amanda heard Joker laugh.
"Another day? Another day? There won't be another day! Not for us!" He laughed again and uncrossed his arms, wiggling his fingers when large plants came up from the water and red flowers started to puff up with green smoke.
"Joker venom spores! Do not breath!" Batman commanded.
"Fear not." Amanda looked up to see Doctor Fate floating over them, using his powers to block out the spores.
"What the hell were you thinking?" Kid Flash yelled when everyone was arrested and taken away. He glared at Megan. "I barely got out and I know for a fact that he won't let him go. He will be Doctor Fate forever." He looked down towards the ground. Amanda wiped a small tear that was coming down her cheek and gasped when she saw Doctor Fate lifted up his hands to remove the helmet revealing Aqualad.
"Nabu let you go?" Kid Flash asked in a shocked voice.
"He almost did not." Aqualad told him truthfully. "Your friend Kent Nelson was the most hopeful. He says hello." Kid Flash and Aqualad smiled at each other.
"We are done here." Everyone turned around to see Batman with his arms crossed. "The Super Villain Secret Society has been neutralized. As for your performance. It was satisfactory." Everyone smiled at each other.
Mount Justice

Amanda paused during her packing her duffle bag when she heard someone knocked on the door. "Come in!" She yelled out. Seconds later the door slide opened and Amanda turned to see it was Dick, wearing his sunglasses. "Uh hi?" She asked confused.
"Going home?" He asked, nodding towards the duffle bag and her clothes that was on her bed. She nodded slowly.
"Yea, for the weekend." Dick smiled and Amanda raised an eyebrow. "What are you up to?" She asked, crossing her arms. Dick smirked again and pointed at her dresser drawer that was by the bed. Amanda cocked her head to the side as she walked over and opened the dresser drawer. Amanda raised her eyebrows when she looked inside and saw a medium square box in the center. She picked it up. "What is this?" She asked. Dick chuckled.
"Open it and see." Amanda sighed and opened the box and blinked. Inside the box was a necklace. It was silver and filled with three small Robin eggs and a Robin bird on the side. Amanda looked up at him, confused as to why he was giving it to her. He noticed. "Your birthday is on Wednesday." Amanda widen her eyes. How the hell? Amanda thought, thinking she swore she had never told anyone when her birthday was. She faced palmed herself.
"Hello Amanda. Detective. Forgot." She muttered. He chuckled. "Tell anyone and I will kill you." She pointed at him. He smirked, raising an eyebrow.
"In order to do that you have to go through Batman." She laughed.
"Oh I bet I can go through him." She said rolling her eyes. She blushed, looking down at the box again. "You didn't have to do that." She said quietly.
"Want me to put it on?" He asked. Amanda looked up fast, staring at him. She nodded slowly after a few seconds. Awkward silence filled the room as Dick walked closer to Amanda, grabbing the necklace out of the box and went behind her, moving her black hair over her shoulder and clasped the necklace around her neck and Dick grabbed back her hair before he was in front of her again, looking at the necklace she was wearing forming a small smile. "Cute." Amanda looked away. Dick made a bold move and leaned over to kiss Amanda on the cheek making her gasp quietly. "It looks really good on you." He whispered. Amanda gulped.
"T-thanks." She stuttered, something she rarely do. Dick smirked and walked out of the room, leaving Amanda shocked. What the hell just happened?
Amanda stood in front of Conner's door, taking a deep breath as she knocked twice. Seconds later, Conner opened it. "What is it?" He asked. Amanda bit her lip.
"I'm going home for the weekend." Conner looked towards the duffle bag she was holding. He crossed his arms.
"May I ask why?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. Amanda looked down the hall.
"When I tell you, you can't say or tell anyone." He stared at her and Amanda sighed. "I'm going home because my birthday is on Wednesday." He stared at her. "And I wanted to know if you would like to come." Conner looked towards the ground.
"Superman?" He asked her.
"He knows that I would be asking you and does not mind." She said quietly. Conner nodded. "Pack some stuff." She said before walking away from his door and gently touched the necklace that Dick just gave her a few minutes ago. "He can't possibly like me. Right?" She asked herself, shaking her head. "No that's impossible. Who would?" She muttered.
