Of course, everyone still as GoGo continues to walk up to Tadashi. Hiro's smirk quickly withered into a nostalgia expression. Honey Lemon, Fred, and Wasabi just watches as they question on how GoGo will react to Tadashi.
Unfortunately, nobody has mastered the interpretation of GoGo. She is one complex woman.
So, the gang began to quietly whisper upon themselves to fill in the silent void in the awkward, spaced out room.
"Hiro! What is going on!? Did you knew that Tadashi was alive this whole time!?" Honey asks Hiro as Hiro shook his head convulsively.
"No! You see, I was getting ambushed the moment you guys left - a-and then SunFire came! W-Who turned out to be Tadashi!" Hiro explains to them convincingly, letting out everything to tell them he was telling the truth.
"That is sick!" Fred whispers, yet nearly said loud enough for GoGo to hear.
"That's so not like him!" Wasabi opposes as he shook his head. "Why would he be villain?"
"Because he was obviously set up!"
"Then wh-?"
"Shhh shh shh!" Honey Lemon hushes the boys, drawing their attention to Tadashi and GoGo.
GoGo was looking at him as she approached, but then she could no longer look at him as she looks down as her feet shamfully. Tadashi just her for a moment. Everyone else was waiting for a reaction, Tadashi was as well.
Tadashi, feeling a little awkward with the silence, spoke up sheepishly. "I'm sorry you had to see me like this. I'm a burnt man!" he jokes. "I'm probably not as attractive as before - (what am I saying!?) - I mean -!"
"You…" GoGo interrupts him quickly, before he began to ramble. She looks up hesitantly, slowly rising her gaze to look up to him. And she could already see it. "You're…" she pats his shoulder. "You're just as handsome as the day I lost you." she says quietly.
Tadashi lets out a happy sigh of relief and smiles at her.
Fred was the first to open his mouth convulsively. "What the fudge just hap-"
"SAY ANOTHER WORD AND DIE!"
...
Eventually, Tadashi had to start all over again from the moment of the fire to now (While Tadashi was explaining the whole story, Honey Lemon would poke GoGo once and a while to recall her "confession", and GoGo would threat to hurt her. But they both know she can't do that). At some parts, they would gasps or ask questions or say comments. Tadashi would wince at their comments and would occasionally say, "Oh come now, guys!" or "I didn't know!"
"So," Honey Lemon says shortly after Tadashi tells them the whole story. "You've been captured by Professor Callaghan, sold to Darla, tested by Darla, then have been set free and have been running around living nomadically?"
"You've forgotten the part when I get fire powers," Tadashi adds.
Honey Lemon chuckles. "Right."
"Hm."
"Hey, wait…so you seriously have fire powers? I thought they were fake, or an upgrade or somethin'…"
"Ah, that's a bit weird to hear, honestly. But I respect you for thinking that. But no, there was a reason from the experiments, Y'know? To come out, per se, 'naturally'?"
"Wow, I hope you haven't burn yourself recently," Fred snickers as Wasabi snickers as well.
Finding it mildly offensive, Tadashi force chuckles along. "Heh, oh ok, that's enough."
"Have you ever heard of the expression 'you've just got burn'?" Now Fred and Wasabi are chuckling.
Tadashi's smile slowly withered into frown. "Alright, okay, that's a bit too m-"
"I think you've heard it frequently my friend, considering-"
"You don't have to say it Fred!" Tadashi hissed.
"Considering the experience you've went through-"
"Are you DEAF!?" Tadashi finally explodes as everyone flinches.
He continues. "I've been beat! I've been experimented! I have shots! Millions! And worse of all, I've been harassed in the worse ways possible!"
Possible echoes in the empty 100 times until the words faded away from the walls as everybody watches Tadashi turn red, panting heavily and his face expression filled with anger. Fred hesitates to speak.
But does. "So does that mean you've been rap-?"
"YES! Do you know how embarrassing that is!? Do you know how that makes me feel!?"
Fred turns away to look in the other direction. Tadashi closes his mouth and shook his head. "You're so dull. I'm out of here. For once, this year, I was happy. But you guys can't take me serious enough…"
Tadashi slowly turns and stares mysteriously into space. But then snaps out of it and began to walk away to the emergency exit.
Hiro was about to cry. Again. "T…Tadashi, wai-"
"I'm not waiting for anyone, good bye Hiro."
Hiro's eyes widen in horror. What had become of him? A monster? "B-But..!" He stammered uneasily. "You never say good bye. Occasional 'see you later' but you-"
Tadashi whips his head around. "Grown up, Hamada!"
Tadashi slams the door as Hiro collapse onto his knees. The gang watches Hiro tremble on the floor. But then out of the blue, Hiro lifted up his miserable self and pushes himself to the door as the gang began to call after him. Not letting go, Hiro continues to run, for maybe he wouldn't see his brother after the moment. "TADASHI!" The shrilling voice of pleading echoes throughout the night, the pacing of his vulnerable feet took him to a fast pace he couldn't run before. His whole body was convinced that he should run. That he should run, till he catches Tadashi. That as if life depends on it, he wasn't going to let go. That he will run until he passes out. Or when he catches Tadashi if it's likely that he'll succeed.
The gang that held still until the moment they've realized that Hiro ran, they began to panic. Except GoGo.
"Guys, we still have Baymax here!" GoGo says hopefully. Everyone turns to see Baymax, wondering how they haven't noticed him before, but then were disappointed to see just huggable Baymax.
"Uh, dude? Where's exactly is his armor? What happened to our crime fighting ranger!?" Wasabi asks as if anyone knew the answer and he was the only one questioning everything.
"I was not built to fight crime. Although my data chip provides factual information for the usage of karate, I was originally built to provide care for my patient. My patient Tadashi is not satisfied with his care. I'll go find him," The robot began to waddle to the emergency exit as everyone sighs and search for the missing parts of his armor.
"Who in his/her right mind would take apart Baymax's suit? And how?" GoGo asks skeptically as she checks behind nearby cargo.
"It could only take a robotic engineer to take apart the complex suit of armor," Honey Lemon answers the rhetorical question.
Gee, it's a bit sketchy, but it's better than waiting for the holidays. So, I've remembered that a certain someone had told me that the story could be, like, the boy version of Frozen. I thought that would be a great idea but except the fact that Tadashi is running away because he was offended. BUT that all adds up to the fact that he is now different and may never be treated the same ever again.
STAY TUNE! 'Cause there' more comin' right at ya! *throws a snowball and runs away crackling*
