Beck and Jade's wedding part 2
Chapter 21
Jade's P.O.V
"Jade, the car's pulling up the street, come on!" Tori shouts from the door
"okay, okay, coming!" i say walking out of the living room and up the small set of stairs to the front door
"Cat! Have you got the ring yet?" i shout up the stairs to her
"yeah, i'm just coming!" she shuts back
I look up at Tori who's smiling and practically gazing at me
"what?" i smile a little, blushing
Just then Cat walks down the stairs, once she reaches the bottom she gasps and i look at her
"what? What's wrong?" i ask
"i know, right.." Tori says to her
"Jade.." Cat says, almost tearing up "you're so beautiful.." she says covering her mouth and coming over and hugs me
"Cat.." i say, starting to tear up, hugging her back "come on, don't set me off.." she laughs as she steps away and wipes her eyes
"guys, the make up..." Tori says, nearly tearing up "stop it.." she says as we all laugh a little
"oh, here!" Cat says, handing me a ring "blue and borrowed.."
"thank you" i smile and put it on
"what about your new and old?" Tori asks
"well, this dress is new and, oh, the baby, i guess.." i laugh a little "the old is, uh.."she stops and gasps "i don't have anything old! I need something old"
"it's okay! We'll get you something" Tori starts, trying to calm me down
"what if we don't?" i say angrily "what if i don't find anything old and the marriage doesn't work out and it's all because i don't have anything old!"
"Jade.." Cat says calmly "what about your necklace with the promise ring on it?"
"oh my god, Cat!" i smile putting my hands on her shoulders "that's a great idea!"
She smiles "it is?" i nod "yay!" she raises her arms above her head
"do you think the driver will drop us off at my house first? So i can run in and get the necklace?" i say looking at the both of them
"uh" Tori looks at her wrist to check the time on her watch "we could possibly..."
"okay, great" a sigh a breath of relief turning to walk away towards the door
"if you don't mind being late for your own wedding.." she continues
I turn to face Tori "I can be super fast, I promise!" i say practically begging them
"come on, let's just go!" Cat says, sighing "Beck's not going anywhere any time soon"
"yeah, come on!" i say as all 3 of us leave and get in the car, heading to my house first and then the ceremony
Beck's P.O.V
"where is she?" i sigh running my hand through my hair, standing at the front of the alter
"she'll be here" Andre tells me, putting his hand on my shoulder
"will she?" I say, turning around holding his wrist "will she!?" i say louder
And more paranoid
"yeah.." he says turning away "unless you act like that she might not come.." he says under his breath
"i'm sorry" i say
A few more minutes pass and the more i wait, the more paranoid i get
Just then the door opens "we're here" i hear Cat from outside
I turn to look at Andre and Robbie, who smile "we'll see you in a bit" Robbie says as he and andre go out to get the girls
My heart falls at the same time the music starts that Jade is supposed to enter too
first come in Andre and Tori who walk down to me then they split off to their own sides
Next come Robbie and Cat, i watch them as they walk down and i smile, Robbie whispers in her ear and she's laughing, they're so happy together it warms my heart, i hope Jade and I are gonna be like that
I watch them until they're in front of me and then I look up to see the most beautiful girl ever
My girl
A small gasp escapes my lips and i cover my mouth with my hands i see her laugh a little as she walks down towards me
I still feel sad that Jade's dad wouldn't come but Jade still makes it work walking down the isle her self
She gets to the front and i take her hand, helping her up the step to me "you look beautiful" i whisper to her
"i know right" she winks which makes me laugh
"do you Jadelyn West take Beckett Oliver to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
Jade thought it'd be funny if my full name was in the ceremony, well, two could play at that game
She nods "i do" she says "obviously" she says louder than she thought which makes everyone laugh and Jade blushes a little
"and do you Beckett Oliver take Jadekyn West to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
I open my mouth to say I do because of course i do, who wouldn't
But nothing comes out, i'm frozen, standing not saying anything
Jade's smile turns into a look of many things anger, sadness, confusion and hurt looks cross her face
What am I doing? This is Jade! You love her!
I shake my head and clear my throat "i do!" i say "of course. i do, i most definitely do!" i try to save what just happened
Jades releases a breath she was holding and smiles again
"can i have the rings please"
I mentally kick myself
Way to show your self up Beck
Jade's P.O.V
After a long and eventful day and night, Beck and I are back home
Beck opens the car door for me and lifts me out bridal style "Beck" i say laughing "put me down" i squeal
"nope, This Is how it should be" Beck says and walks with me to the front door opening it and carrying me inside
Once he closes the door and puts me down i smile and kiss him and he kisses back, after a while i pull away and sigh
"what's up?" he says, confused
"you took a while to say I do today, did you doubt marrying me?" i ask
"no, of course not, i just drew a blank, that's all" he takes my hand pulling me towards him "i promise" he says kissing me again and i wrap my arms around his neck, giving into the kiss
He then lifts me up bridal style again "beck.." i say as he starts walking towards the stairs "beck." i say more sternly "put me down." he looks at me confused
"come on, just let me do this, no matter how cheesy it is.."
"Beck, i think my water just broke.."
okay hi, it's been a while, i'm gonna try and update this story a bit more often, sorry for being such a procrastinator, also it's 3 AM here, sorry for any mistakes
