Remus had been telling the truth when he said work was really coming on at the school. Since that night in Harry's house, they had all been planning, designing, discussing with each other and recently, building. Harry had given Remus permission to use his vault and Remus had spent a lot of the time he wasn't visiting Harry with one member or other of the team ordering, buying and delivering equipment. Removing the old furniture from the buildings had taken very little time with the use of vanishing spells, it was now time to bring in the new.

"How's Harry doing?" Minerva asked as she and Remus floated equipment up from the courtyard.

"Currently he probably hates me for all I'm worth. He had to undergo a very painful procedure yesterday. I'm going to see him later though, he says my visits are the only reasons he gets through the day sometimes."

"It's a shame we can't all go; it would make him happy I'm sure."

"Andrew says he might be allowed more visitors soon once his general health has recovered a bit more and excitement isn't such a problem."

"What do you talk about when you're there?" Minerva asked, flicking her wand to cancel the levitation spell on a box.

"Normally, this." Remus gestured around him, lowering his own box. "He likes to know everything that's going on. Although we have chatted about things before the war a bit and the marauders. He still loves to hear stories about his parents."

"Has he thought anything more about the school structure, do you know? What OWLs he wants to offer, compulsory and elective courses that kind of thing?"

"I don't know I'm afraid Minerva, I'll ask him when I go today if you like?"

"If you're able to Remus, that would be great. If we know what we're working towards then we can begin planning and not give Harry an unpleasant surprise when he returns. It is his school after all."

It was evening when Remus returned from the hospital. He debated going home and waiting until the following day to tell Minerva what he had learned but for some reason he believed that she would be still around. Minerva's company was infinitely more inviting than an empty house.

His hunch proved correct and he found her in the main transfiguration classroom, unpacking boxes by hand.

"Good evening Minerva" he greeted her.

She jumped around in shock. "Merlin Remus! Don't sneak up on me like that!"

"Once a marauder always a marauder" Remus returned with a wink.

"You're not a student now Remus" she reprimanded him. "How was your visit to Harry?"

"Informative. He's dosed up on pain potions at the moment but he did tell me some interesting things to pass onto you. He also said thanks for doing all of this for him and sorry for dumping it all on you."

"Thanks aren't required you know that Remus!"

"I know, but he was insistent that I tell you."

"Well tell him he's welcome and if he wants anything else simply to ask. He's done so much for everyone that anything I can give back I'd like to."

Remus smiled. "I shall do. Do you wish to come to dinner and then I shall tell you everything? It's much more comfortable than here and I may eat something sensible if I have company! An empty house is really not good for me I've found."

"Don't tell Poppy that, she'll move in! Or send you to Dromeda's again. I did laugh when I heard that story!"

"So?"

Minerva laughed. "Dinner would be lovely Remus."

As they made their way out ten minutes later they met Poppy also just leaving. Before Remus could stop her, Minerva called out to her.

"Remus is cooking dinner tonight if you'd care to join us Poppy?"

"Is he indeed?" Poppy replied with a smirk.

"Three is little different to two I suppose, although I never said I would be cooking!" Remus retorted. "I can pass on Harry's information for Minerva and he also had a request for you Poppy."

"How could I refuse now? Thank you Remus."

Two hours later, dinner was over with and the three colleagues were sitting in the living room.

"Remus we have been patient long enough. Spill" Minerva demanded.

"Alright, alright" Remus said with a grin. "To answer your earlier question about the structure, he said that he had thought of having Charms, Transfiguration and Defence compulsory to OWL and Herbology, Potions and History of Magic compulsory for years one to three. He also said that he wanted Muggle Studies taught to all wizarding raised children and Wizarding Culture to all muggle raised children in the first year. And this will really put the cat amongst the pigeons, he was planning on having Maths, English, Human Biology and Latin taught to the first three years as well."

"Wow, sounds like he knows what he wants!" Poppy said.

"Yeah he said he'd had a lot of time to think just recently so he was sorry if it you had other ideas. He told me that if you didn't like any of it, you could ignore it or you could take bits and add in your ideas if you wanted. He knows with you physically doing things you're going to have ideas and he didn't want to stop you. I believe his comment was "you know how to run a school, I don't!" " Remus chuckled slightly.

"So Herbology, Potions and History would be optional OWLs then?"

"Yes. Which leads me on to his first request to you Poppy. He was very sorry he couldn't ask you himself, but he was amused that you weren't allowed to visit him when he asked. He said "would you ask Madam Pomfrey if she would teach a Healing course for OWL?" He said to make it very clear that you didn't have to if you didn't want to."

"I'd love to teach a Healing course, Merlin knows we need more Healers! Does he want me to teach the Human Biology course as well? I could have it as a pre-requisite to Healing."

"I'm sure he'd love that Poppy, I'll ask him tomorrow."

"You said that was his first request, did he want something else?"

"Yes. He wanted your opinion on introducing a yearly health check. He wants to try and avoid anyone in the school having to endure a home life like he had. He thought this might be the best way and it would also pick up anything that might have been missed in earlier years like vaccinations and stuff."

"Yes Harry would be very strict on vaccinations now! Bloody Dursleys" Poppy grumbled.

"I think it's a great idea" Minerva threw in. "It will really benefit us helping the students."

"Ahh he didn't stop just at students" Remus continued with a mischievous grin. "He wanted it for everyone including, and I had to promise him I would include this bit, you Poppy."

"Me?"

"Yes, you can get ill like everybody else can't you?" Remus asked with a chuckle and a wink to Minerva.

"Well technically yes but I'm immune to pretty much everything nowadays I've been a school mediwitch for so long! Besides I can't do a health check on myself!"

"No but I believe Andromeda is a qualified Healer" Minerva replied quickly. "You don't deny it's a good idea for the staff as well?"

"Of course not! It's a devil trying to get you lot to tell me anything!"

"Well then, I don't believe you have an argument" Minerva ended firmly.

Remus smiled at Poppy being lectured, it was oh so often her doing the lecturing.

"Tell Harry we think all of his ideas are great and Poppy agrees to both of his requests" Minerva continued ignoring Poppy's glare. "He was in a good mood then?"

"All things considered I would say so. But that could have just been his pain meds talking."

"Pain meds? I thought he was off those now" Poppy asked, concerned.

"Ah, um, well Andrew said not to tell you this but he did a nerve stimulation with Harry last night."

"He what?!" Poppy shrieked. "The poor boy. Was he on his own throughout it?"

"No, I was there" Remus replied quietly.

"You?" Poppy gasped. "Are you alright?"

"I'd rather not talk about it."

An awkward pause followed.

"Did Harry say anything else today?" Minerva asked eventually.

"There was one other thing, but I'm not sure if I understood it correctly. He seemed to be thinking of things outside of lessons as well and asked me to ask Fred if he would run a Flying club. He said something about lessons being, and I quote, "bloody useless" but Quidditch shouldn't the only way to fly. He also muttered about wanting a manufacturing club but I don't think he expected me to hear that bit."

"Filius would love that. He's always experimenting with bits, and don't forget goblins are some of the finest craftsmen in the world" Minerva replied. "I'll ask him next time I see him. Harry doesn't know we know that he wants this so it should be a nice surprise."

"That all seems straightforward, what didn't you understand?" Poppy asked. She was still shocked about Remus's admission from before but trying to hide it.

"That bit was fine, it was the next bit that made no sense. He said he wanted no sorting but four houses called Boo, Toad," here Remus pulled out a sheet of paper from his pocket, "Bowser and Yoshi? I got him to write them down because they were so strange. He seemed to want to name the four student accomodation blocks these. They must mean something, do either of you know?"

Minerva took the sheet with the names on and peered at it. "Boo, Toad, Bowser and Yoshi" she repeated. "Sorry Remus, can't help. I've never heard of those words before in my life."

"Ah well thanks anyway. I'll head round to Hermione's before I go to see Harry tomorrow and see if she can help."

"Don't come to the school tomorrow morning Remus" Poppy suddenly said. "Sleep in and if you're going to the Weasleys' or Hermione's go straight to St Mungo's from there. I do not want to see you at all tomorrow, understood?" Poppy's tone was firm, as if Remus was a boy who didn't want to take his medicine.

"Yes ma'am" Remus replied automatically.

"Good. Dinner was excellent thankyou but now Minerva and I shall leave you to your night so you can rest." She glared pointedly at him on the word rest.

"Well then goodnight ladies. Thankyou for coming."

"If you or Harry needs anything you will let us know won't you" Minerva asked as she stood up.

"Of course Minerva" Remus replied with a smile. "I'll let you know how my meeting with Hermione and Fred goes as well."

"Goodnight Remus. I won't see you tomorrow!" Poppy called from the door.

Remus chuckled. "Goodnight Poppy!"

He shut the door behind them and gave a sigh of relief at having remembered everything from Harry. Suddenly he felt really tired. Ignoring everything he headed upstairs and flopped onto his bed. Poppy was right again, as usual.
