"An observation of mine is you push away people you get close to. Why do you do that?" asked Ryuzaki. "I've always been that way," I said flatly.

"Mm," said Ryuzaki unconvinced.

"No seriously. It's just in my nature," I said. "No I don't think so at all. I think I'm getting to a breaking point and you know it." he purred.

"So what's new?"

"The Yotsuba group is now gaining from Kira's murders. He's been killing important business men, as well as criminals." said Ryuzaki, acting as if he had forgotten our previous topic.

But I know he didn't.

"Huh, Kira's gone political? I don't know..." I said unsure if that was the real deal legit Kira. "I believe he's influencing people, and this time it's a business man." said Ryuzaki. "Okay," I said unconvinced. "So where are you going? It's four in the morning." Said Ryuzaki. "I'm nocturnal, thanks to you," I said half jokingly, leaving the building.

That security is a pain in the ass I swear to god!

I can barely go on a walk without someone bothering me, usually it was Misa, but this time around it was Matsuda.

I couldn't tell what he was doing, but since he brushed past me and didn't acknowledge me. I called Ryuzaki. "Ryuzaki, Matsuda-" I said before Watari came in and said something about an emergency call from Matsuda. "What about him?" asked Ryuzaki, "Watari just summed it up, I'll be heading back." I said running back to the facility.

"You're late," said Ryuzaki. "I don't have a curfew," I said after nearly bashing the eye examination thing to bits. "Where is Matsuda?" I asked, "And who are they?" "Huh, I remember you," said a familiar voice. "Oh, hi Wedy, who's the other guy?" I asked. "Doesn't matter at this point in time, we need to retrieve Matsuda quickly." said Ryuzaki.

He called Matsuda and I grabbed the phone from him.

"Hey Matsui it's Shizuka," I said sweetly. "Oh hi Shizuka how are you," he asked and I could hear the fear in his voice. "Just wanted to know if you could come over, I've been feeling lonely lately." I said seductively. "Oh I can't tonight," he said. "It's because of that Ex of yours isn't it, she's causing you trouble!" I said shrilly. "Yeah, she's been causing trouble lately ha ha," he said nervously. "Hmph! Call me when she's gone," I snapped angrily before hanging up.

That confirmed he was in trouble. As usual, Ryuzaki had a plan he failed to inform me on. That's definitely something I hated about him. But as I glared at nothing in particular, everyone was out saving Matsuda. "That was payback," he said when Matsuda was returned safely.

"Do that again and I swear I'll kick you," I said with a hiss. "Well you shouldn't have taken the phone," he said. "Matsuda's my friend too," I retorted.

Silence.

"Either way, what did you find?" I asked. Matsuda explained what happened, and after some zoning out, I realized, I hadn't seen Ryuk or that other thing in a while. They were tied to Light and Misa and now they were gone.

I wonder where they are...
