Will grabbed Emma's hand in the hallway, she grinned at him. "Hello you." She smiled.

"I wanted to ask you something," He said.

"And what is that?"

"Would you help out in Glee Club?"

Emma raised an eyebrow. "Sounds like fun."

"Great!"

"What'd you need help with?" She asked him, curious as to what her husband would need from her.

##

Will ran into the Glee club with Emma and wrote down on the white board. 'Duets'.

"We're doing duets week again? Why? We already did this.." Kitty groaned. Will rolled his eyes. There was a specific reason that he wanted to do duets this time of the year. Lately the group had been keeping secrets and a lot of shit had been going down, and if they did this, it may make them happier.

"It's not just duets. It's duets, with a prize. I want you guys pumped for Nationals! So, as a prize, you get a free dinner at BreadstiX."

"Ew." Kitty said, quietly.

"There's a catch, though. I'm picking the partners. Come on in guys!" He shouted.

Mercedes, Quinn, Puck, Kurt, Santana, Rachel and Mike all walked in. The teenagers in the room screamed and cheered on the graduates. Mr Schue wrapped an arm around Rachel, giving her a small side hug. "Hey Rach, how ya been doing?" He asked.

"Better than when I last saw you, I guess. This week I just don't want to think about Finn, though. I want to have fun with my friends." She smiled softly and looked through the students. "They seem better."

Will nodded. "They have been, at least with Finn. They've dealt with it, and now they have their own problems."

"I remember when I had problems like them. Relationship problems, trouble with thinking I looked fat, singing flat.. High School problems, I'd take them any day."

"I don't know about that. One of those guys was getting beaten by his dad, another got tricked into falling in love with someone online." He shook his head and looked through everyone. "I care about them all and want what's best for them, but they never come to me with problems like you guys did."

Rachel sighed. "Don't worry, they will soon." Her head turned to look at Tina, who she smiled at. "Now lets get it started, you can do the honours, Mr Schue."

"Mr Schue, could you count me out of this weeks lesson? I really want to focus on my audition." Blaine asked, hopeful.

"Of course, Blaine. Education comes first."

Will grabbed a sheet of paper from Emma, and pecked her cheek. Kitty pretended to gag, which put a smile on Macy's face.

He listed off the pairs for the students in the room. "Perfect."

All of the people in the room found a seat beside their partners. Sugar had picked Joe, Artie picked Jake. The others had been decided for everyone. Sam with Noah, Macy with Rachel, Derek and Kurt, Marley and Santana, Quinn and Kitty, Mercedes and Unique, Mike and Tina.

Ryder sat in his seat, staring at everybody. He didn't have a partner.

But he knew just where to find one.

"Please, just join Glee club! It's fun!" Ryder begged his secret lover, Brett, who responded with just a roll of the eyes.

"It's social suicide."

Ryder stopped in the hallway and sighed. "I thought you liked me."

Brett turned around and groaned. "I do. One hundred percent. I just don't know if I wanna join Glee Club. I'm not even a good singer."

The blonde boy scoffed. "I could beg to differ. I've heard you sing before. You're good, Brett. Not only good, amazing." Ryder's hands went onto Brett's shoulders. "If you did it, I'd be really grateful."

The puppy dog eyes formed onto Ryder's face. That of course made a blush appear onto Brett's. "I'll talk to Mr. Schuester about it," Brett said, finally giving in.

Ryder smiled. "Yes!" He gave him a quick hug.

"Hey, Ryder!" Jake shouted, running down the hallway towards him. "Mr Branson wants to talk to you.

Brett watched both boys walk away. He knew their relationship was getting stronger, but he couldn't help but feel a little bit jealous. Jake and Ryder had been best friends for a while, and Brett had only been in Ryder's life for a few months.

He hated to admit it, but if Ryder was going to choose somebody, he thought that Brett wouldn't be the one to be chosen.

[GOOD LOVE IS ON THE WAY- JOHN MAYER]

[PERFORMED BY BRETT GOLDERS]

Without being noticed, Brett followed Jake and Ryder. He was fully aware that Jake and Ryder were interested in each other. It made him upset. He had at least a week to convince Ryder that he was better for him.

BRETT- I'm a lazy lover. Undercover. Wasting time. Then one day this summer. I changed my number. To cut my line. Good love is on the way, I been lonely but I know, I'll be ok. Good love is one the way.

Both boys were hanging out in Mr Branson's classroom, waiting for the teacher in question to return. They laughed at one another's jokes, and spoke about random things. They wouldn't talk about the worst subject of all, though.

Them.

BRETT- Good to go for wherever I'm needed, bags are packed and I'm down by the door. You can take all the tricks up my sleeve, I don't need them anymore.

His eyes filled with tears as he watched the guy he liked, liking somebody else.

BRETT- Good love is on the way, I've been lonely, lonely, lonely, yeah. Good love is on the way. I've been lonely but I know I'll be okay. Good love is on the way. Oh, good love is on the way. Hey.

Jake put his hand on Ryder's shoulder and chuckled. "I've missed this. Why can't we have this again?"

"Because of those stupid feelings. I wish they never happened. I'd have Brett, you'd have Marley. We could be really happy." They stared at each other. "I wish you never told me you were Katie. Life would be a lot simpler."

The shorter boys hand dropped from Ryder's shoulder. "Life would be a lot simpler if you had just let me be Danny Zuko."

Ryder smiled. "Agreed."

Their eyes locked. "I don't regret meeting you, Ryder. I regret getting feelings. They suck ass." Jake sighed.

"A-men." They both smiled.

"How about we start back this friendship? Tonight, you can come over. We can make a duet."

"You're with Artie, and I think Brett wants to be with me."

Jake's eyebrows raised. "Since when is Brett in Glee Club?"

Ryder knew that he shouldn't have mentioned Brett, but if he didn't, he knew that Jake would've brought it up one way or another.

"He isn't yet. He's auditioning later."

Jake groaned. "You know what? Forget about tonight.. Why don't you work on the duet with your precious little cock sucking boyfriend. And while you're at it, go fuck yourself."

"I'm sorry,"

"No you arent." Jake left the room, and ran away from Ryder.

The two blonde cheerios walked down the hallway, one with their hair up and cheerio outfit on, the other without the uniform on, because she was no longer a Cheerio.

"So, Kitty, what song would you like to do for our duet?" Quinn asked. She already knew the answer though. They were alike. It'd probably either be a song about wanting a guy, or wanting to move on.

"I don't really want to do a song. I think we could make a statement."

Quinn smirked. "That's the assignment, Kitty. Don't you want to sing a song with me?"

"Of course I do. It's my biggest dream ever. I just don't want to do another duet week this year. Last time, I wore a leather outfit that chafed majorly, and I had to dance with Rose. I also had to watch Bieber and Oreo fight with each other over her again, and they were like, groping her. It was gross, a huge vomit fest, and I don't want to go over that again."

"I hate leather. We can do a nice, slow song if you don't want to dance."

Kitty sighed. "Okay, you've convinced me. Maybe a Spice Girls song." She smiled and linked arms with Quinn. "Lets brainstorm,"

That night, Tina found herself in The Lima Bean. She waited in line while others made their choices to the waiters.

A tall boy stood behind her, playing on his phone. Tina heard beeps to a familiar game, and she grinned. "I love that game." She said, turning around.

He looked up and smirked. "I am so frustrated with it. I can't get past level nine." Tina laughed.

"The trick is to turn your phone sideways and press your thumb five times on the screen." He did exactly as Tina said, and the phone beeped.

"Oh sweet, thanks." He grinned and continued pressing buttons.

"I can take whoever is next." The man behind the desk said.

Tina ordered a small espresso. Before she could pay for it, the boy came up behind her and ordered another coffee. "Add hers to my bill." He said.

"Thanks," She smiled.

His hand curled around the holder of the cups, and his other arm went around Tina's body. "Oh. Um, you're getting a little friendly there, bud."

"Just making sure you're okay. You did just fall."

Tina chuckled. "I didn't fall,"

"Really? I could've sworn you fell straight from heaven."

They both smiled, and got to talking.

"So, I guess I'll talk to you later, Tina Cohen Chang."

"Yeah, tomorrow night. I didn't catch your name,"

He grinned. "Smitty, Smitty Henderson."

The graduates sat in BreadstiX, talking about their future lives and what has been going on recently with them. "Wait, you're actually dropping out of NYADA? It's your dream, Rach!" Quinn said, shocked.

"It is my dream, but I need to spend more time with my friends and family. Like you guys, Mike! You got even bigger arms, if that was possible!"

The boy laughed. "I've been working out."

Rachel nodded. "Is that what you call it? Or are you just super lonely? You're partners with Tina this week, go hit that." Puck joked.

"Shut up."

Puck stood up and grabbed Mike's arm. "We do need to talk, though."

Both boys walked into an empty space and Puck looked directly at him. "They're noticing, Mike. You said that if they noticed, you'd stop."

"I will stop, but right now, nothing bad is happening. I just needed some extra muscle, it isn't all that bad."

Puck groaned. "Ever since Mercedes dumped your ass you've been different. 'Roids are a serious thing, dude."

Mike shook his head. "Lets just go back to the group. I heard a rumor that you brought beer?"

"It wasn't a rumor, and I was the one who told you."

#

Rachel woke up in a bed, where Quinn and Kurt laid beside her. Quinn's head was laying on her stomach, and Kurt's was at her feet. She felt something at her neck, it was soft. Her hands flew to her neck. She felt a feather boa on her neck.

Santana moaned out a noise which got Rachel's attention. She turned her head and saw Santana laying in a closet. The other graduates were scattered around the room. Rachel's head immediately started pounding.

She groaned and put her head into her hands. "Berry, shut up.." Quinn mumbled out. Mike stood up from the ground and rubbed his eyes. He felt something from his throat, so he ran into another room to throw up.

That's when he saw it.

He looked up into the mirror and saw the word 'VEGAS' on his forehead. His eyes went wide when he realized where they were.

They were in Las Vegas.

"Holy crap!" He shouted, getting everyone from the other rooms attention. Puck and Mercedes both got up from where they were laying. They looked around the room. Puck stared at his outfit and grunted. "Why do I look like Presley?" He asked himself.

"Guys, where are we?" Quinn asked.

Mike ran in and looked at his friends. "We're in Vegas, guys!"

"Vegas?" Will asked, confused.

"We woke up and wound up here! I don't know what happened, but Mike has Vegas written on his head, Puck has a tooth missing, and Santana's ankle is twisted." Rachel said.

Will chuckled. "Rachel, calm down. Just get in your cars and drive back."

"Yeah, right, the thing is.. There are no cars outside of the building we're in. We must have taken a taxi or a bus or something." Quinn grabbed the phone from Rachel and hung it up.

"Why are you telling Schuester this?! He'll call our parents.."

Puck snorted. "Do you not remember when we all got wasted at Berry's house party? He made us sign a waver, it said that if we were ever in trouble, he'd come get us."

Rachel frowned. "What happened last night?" She asked herself.

[WAKING UP IN VEGAS- LADY GAGA]

[PERFORMED BY GRADUATES OF ND]

Kurt sat on the bed beside Rachel. He looked around the hotel room that they were lodged in. There was confetti on the floor, and colorful streamers hanging on the mirror.

KURT- You gotta help me out, It's all a blur last night. We need a taxi 'cause you're hung- over and I'm broke.

Quinn stood and searched through the room for her card that read 'Emily Stark' on it. She groaned when she realized that it was lost.

QUINN- I lost my fake ID but you lost the motel key.

Everyone in the room looking at her and scowled.

QUINN- Spare me your freakin' dirty looks now don't blame me

SANTANA- You want to cash out and get the hell out of town. Don't be a baby remember what you told me.

ALL- Shut up and put your money where your mouth is, that's what you get for waking up in Vegas, get up and shake the glitter off your clothes now that's what you get for waking up in Vegas.

Puck put his hands over his eyes and made a noise.

PUCK- Why are these lights so bright? Oh, did we get hitched last night dressed up like Elvis?

MERCEDES- Why am I wearing your class ring, don't call your mother, cause now we're partners in crime.

She held up her hand and saw the ring on her finger. She slipped it off and threw it at Puck.

RACHEL- Don't be a baby, remember what you told me.

MIKE- Don't be a baby, remember what you told me.

KURT- Don't be a baby, remember what you told me.

The girls sat on the bed with Kurt, and Puck and Mike stayed at the farthest wall from them.

ALL- Shut up and put your money where your mouth is, that's what you get for waking up in Vegas, get up and shake the glitter off your clothes now that's what you get for waking up in Vegas. That's what you get, baby. Shake the glitter, shake, shake, shake the glitter, c'mon! Give me some cash out baby, give me some cash out baby.

Ryder paced around the choir room, waiting for Will to come back in with Brett for his decision. If he wasn't allowed in, he'd spend even less time with Brett.

They both walked back into the choir room. "I guess I'll see you later at Glee Club." The teacher said, a grin appearing on his face. Brett thanked him.

Ryder smiled and grabbed Brett in for a hug. "This is fantastic!"

Brett pushed him away. "No more pretending, okay? I'm going to be in Glee club now so I want the truth."

"What are talking about?"

"Do you have feelings for Jake?"

Ryder didn't say anything. "Please, Ryder. Answer me."

"Brett," He got out quietly. "This happened before I met you, and I guess it's just never stopped.."

The black haired boy shook his head. "You beg me to join Glee club, when all I'm gonna see is you hitting on Jake?"

"That's not what's going on, I swear!"

"Spare me." Brett quickly left the room, but as he turned the corner, he knocked into Jake. "Oh. Sorry, man." Jake said.

Brett's blood boiled. "Fuck you!" He shouted, hitting the guy in the face. Jake grabbed him face.

"Ow! What the hell?!" Jake yelled, in shock of what happened.

Brett pushed Jake to the ground and straddled his waist. He started hitting him and scratching at his face. Jake eventually changed their positions so that he was on top of Brett. He held down Brett's hands. "What are you doing?!"

"You're a fucking shit head! I hate you! I hate you so fucking much!" He rolled them over once again and started punching Jake so that it did real damage. People crowded the scene.

His fists were brutally attacking the shorter boys face. "Hey, Hey!" Sam and Blaine shouted, moving the countless people out of the way. Sam grabbed Brett and held him back.

Blaine helped Jake up and noticed that Jake was a bloody nose and a split lip. That's when Ryder walked out. "Brett, what did you do?"

"I'm sorry Ryder, but you need to choose. Him or me." Jake's eyes drooped down to the ground. He had realized that Ryder finally told him.

"I choose him. Lets get you to the nurse, Jake." Ryder grabbed onto Jake's arm and walked with him down the hall.

When they got to the nurses office, she checked over his nose. "Just keep this ice pack to your nose, and try to catch any falling blood. If the bleeding doesn't stop, you may need to go to the hospital."

Jake thanked her and looked over at Ryder. "You didn't have to do that."

"You were bleeding, I had to."

"I don't mean take me to the nurses office. I meant you didn't need to pick me over Brett." Ryder held up a cloth to Jake's nose and wiped blood from his face.

"I'm sorry that Brett went haywire."

Jake shrugged. "It's not that big of a deal. I could've taken him, you know, if I tried." He chuckled, but Ryder's face didn't change.

His frown was clearly evident. "I was happy with Brett.. We could have lived a good life but whatever is going on between us, sucks. Are you happy with Marley?"

"I don't know." Jake answered, lamely. He felt horrible because of his lack of better answer.

"I talked to Macy about us." Ryder admitted, calmly. Jake nodded.

"I know. She kind of chased me down and forced me to say how I felt."

Ryder's face went pale. "What did you say?"

"I said that I didn't know how I felt about you." Ryder sighed and nodded in understanding.

[FLASHBACK]

Macy helped Ryder into her large, empty home. "Whoa, Mace. Your house is amazing. Where are your parents?" He asked, memorized by the beauty in Macy's front foyer alone.

"Either working, partying at work, or leaving town so they don't have to see me. One time they were gone for a whole week without telling me. But whatever, why are you here? And why are you crying?" She asked.

"Right, about that. I have to tell you a huge secret that you aren't allowed to tell anyone. I know that you and I aren't all that close, but I do know that you apparently know everything. Kitty says that you're trustworthy and can give good advice, so I needed to talk to you."

Macy raised an eyebrow. "What is it?"

Ryder took a large breath into his system before revealing everything that was going on between his best friend and himself. "Jake tricked me, he tricked me into thinking that he was a girl who wanted to be with me. He called himself, Katie. I guess I started to think of him in a different light after I found out. I looked at him like a lover instead. A lot of shit has been happening nowadays, and I'm with Brett, and he's with Mar, and I just became friends with Marley again.. I want to be happy. Please can you help me?"

Macy took in everything that Ryder had told her. She pondered it for a second before returning back to Ryder. "I don't think I need to. You know what you want. You want to be with Jake, but you don't want anybody to be upset. If you get with him, Marley will be sad. If you dont, Jake will be sad. You can't win."

She put her hands on Ryder's arms. "You know in your heart what you want. I've seen the way Jake and you look at each other. There's a spark. There's also a spark with Marley and Jake, though, even if nobody will admit it."

[end of flashback]

The blood was wiped away from Jake's face. "There. Good as new." Ryder gave Jake a small smile, and by instinct, pressed a kiss against his forehead.

When he realized what he had done, his face went red. "Sorry, Jake. I just, it was what I usually do when someone is hurt and I-"

"It's okay, Ryder." Jake grabbed his hands and they just stared at each other.

Their faces inched closer to each other, when soon, their lips touched slightly. Ryder pulled back but Jake just grabbed his neck and pulled him close. Their lips moved similarly, but slowly.

The kiss left Ryder breathless. He looked at the ground and then back at Jake. That's when he knew. He just kissed Jake. "That shouldn't have happened." Ryder said, running off.

"No, Ryder, come back!" Jake yelled, but Ryder was already gone. He shoved his face into his hands and laid back onto the bed.

Sam sat with Blaine in his math classroom. "I'm so excited, my audition is next week!" Blaine squealed in his seat, quietly.

"I know, you've told me 5 times." Sam smiled and wrote something down on his piece of paper. "Now if you don't mind, I'm trying to work. I don't want another rep as the stupid kid with bad marks."

Blaine smirked. "Sorry, Sam. I'm just so excited."

"So I've heard." Sam sighed and wore down another answer on his sheet. "Now tell me something useful, how do I do this question?"

Blaine checked it out and started to explain it. "First you have to take those numbers and divide them.."

It didn't take long for Sam to tune out what Blaine was saying. He just stared into the boys eyes, and added a 'yes' or 'okay' where necessary.

"You should come over tonight," Sam proposed.

The black haired boy looked at Sam and bit his lip. "No funny business. I don't want anything to happen before my audition. But maybe you could come over and help pick out my outfit."

"Didn't we already do that?" Sam asked, groaning.

Blaine put on his puppy dog eyes. "Pleeeeeeeease?" He asked.

Sam threw his head back. "Okay. Fine."

If getting caught by Bree wasn't stressful enough, Macy actually had to deal with Bree coming to her personally and talking to her about it.

"Leave me alone, Bree." Macy pleaded.

The Cheerio shook her head. "No. I'm not out to get you, I just want to know why you were taking pills."

Macy spun around. "It isn't any of your business."

"Is it because of Alyssa? I know that she convinced you to earlier in the year, so is it because of her?"

The younger girl scowled. "It isn't your job to know things about me, okay? Just, please, I'm begging you, stop asking me about this. I know you're only doing this to get dirt on me. Leave me alone."

Bree was about to stop Macy from leaving, but wasn't able to. She didn't know what she could possibly say to make this situation any better.

But she knew who might be able to.

##

"Please, coach Sue. She's doing that because of Alyssa, and it's not cool. I know you probably won't care, because you think that if she becomes thinner, she'll be better, but those pills can do serious damage. I don't want anything to happen to her."

Sue put her hands together. "So you're saying that one of the students at this school is endangering themselves?"

Bree nodded.

"That kid is hurting herself, lets go, Bree. We're getting her help, whether she likes it or not."

Mike was the only one that day without a massive headache, so he decided to help out still at the school. He quickly found Tina roaming the hallway, so he took her hand and brought her into another room.

"Whoa, what are you doing?" Tina asked, worry lurking in her voice.

Her ex boyfriend grinned. "We need to talk. We said we would after Grease when I came to town next. We never got to it."

Tina furrowed her brows. "I think we did that on purpose. You got with Mercedes." It wasn't like the relationship with Mercedes had mattered all that much, but it did get in the way of Tina and Mike ever retying that loose end.

Mike shook his head. "Yeah, but before that, you didn't want to have the relationship talk. I want to be with you, Tina."

"Because Mercedes and you broke up?" Tina was skeptical about why exactly Mike had wanted them together again.

"No, because you're an amazing person. I just wish you saw that in yourself." His hands cradled around Tina's face. "I wish we never broke up, because if we were still together, I think I'd be a lot happier."

Tina threw his hands off of her. "I have to be honest with you, Mike. Last night, while you guys were at BreadstiX, I went to the Lima Bean. I bumped into somebody. His name is Smitty, and we really connected. I'm taking him out on a date tonight."

Mike stepped back. "Oh."

"I'm sorry, Mike."

"Don't be. It's your life. I'm not your boyfriend anymore, you're allowed to date other people. I'll talk to you later," he left the room, and when he was out, it felt like the world slowed down.

He leaned against the wall and a rush of air was taken away from him.

[WHEN I WAS YOUR MAN- BRUNO MARS]

[PERFORMED BY MIKE CHANG]

MIKE- Same bed but it feels just a little bit bigger now, our song on the radio but it don't sound the same, when our friends about you, all it does is just tear me down, cause my heart breaks a little when I hear your name.

He noticed Marley and Jake in the hallway together, they were taking random pictures on his phone. They both laughed.

Derek and Macy were on the other side of the hall, he was showing her things in his locker.

Mike snapped his fingers, getting Derek and Jake's attention. They both stepped away from who they were with. They both danced in front of Mike, slowly.

MIKE- It all just sounds like oooooh... Mmm, too young, too dumb to realize, that I should've bought you flowers, and held your hand, should've gave you all my hours, when I had the chance. Take you to every party 'cause all you wanted to do what dance, now my baby's dancing, but she's dancing with another man.

Jake grabbed Marley and brought her to the middle of the hall. He spun her around and planted a kiss on her cheek. Derek did the same with Macy, but instead of spinning her, he put his arms around her waist.

Ryder saw Jake and Marley, and frowned. Jake saw him and let go of Marley.

MIKE- Although it hurts, I'll be the first to say that I was wrong. Oh, I know I'm probably much too late, to try and apologize for my mistakes, but I just want you to know

Jake chased after Ryder down the hall, and Marley followed them both.

Mike clapped his hands and everyone disappeared from the hallway. He stood wearing a black, silk suit which had a very deep neck line. The line ended at his belly button. Fog filled the halls, and he walked alone.

MIKE- I hope he buys you flowers, I hope he holds your hand. Give you all his hours, when he has the chance. Take you to every party, 'cause I remember how much you loved to dance. Do all the things I should have done, when I was your man.

Tina stood at the end of the hallway. Her dress was deep purple, and her hair laid on her shoulders.

He ran to her and was about to grab her into a hug. Before he could grab her, she disappeared from the hall. Everything changed and he was back in his regular clothes. The people in the halls came back.

MIKE- Do all the things I should have done. When I was your man.

His legs gave out and he fell to the ground. Derek looked over and saw the older boy on the ground. Him and Macy ran over to Mike.

"Are you okay?" Derek asked.

"I'm fine, I'm fine.." He breathed out.

Puck, Rachel, Mercedes, Kurt, Santana and Quinn were sitting in the Berry household. Hiram and Leroy Berry were getting tea ready for all of them.

It was no surprise that all the attention was focused on Puck, who had yet to change out of his Elvis costume.

"So, um, Noah, why exactly are you wearing that, hm, costume?" Hiram mused.

"Because I thought it would be a big hit for the ladies, why do you think? We all got drunk last night, especially Raquel, and we can't remember anything."

Rachel went red. She hadn't wanted her fathers to know about how much she had drank. They didn't even know about the house party that she held.

Leroy chuckled. "I remember when we had a night like that. Remember when Burt and Carole were over? Oh that was fun," Leroy and Hiram smiled and looked back at the children.

"You aren't mad?" Rachel asked.

"You're adults now, I get it. You can drink if you want. But if you are ever in trouble, you can call one of us." Hiram rested his hand on Rachel's knee. "We trust you."

Quinn shared a look with Kurt. "I never thought they'd be that cool about this."

Kurt nodded. "Agreed. I've met them before, they can be a little... Protective."

Santana had her Queen Bee smirk on. "So, you guys are okay with Rach getting totally wasted? Then I am so excited for you to hear this. A while back, she got totally drunk after I booked a gig on a random tv show, which never happened. We ended getting our mack on, and she actually pitied me enough to go out with me for a few weeks."

"Santana, no." Kurt said, softly. She smiled at the boy and shrugged her shoulders.

"But Hummel, they deserve to know this. They are her parents after all. She broke up with me though, because I cost her the role in Funny Girl. But as long as you're okay with her getting drunk."

Everyone in the room went quiet. You could hear a pin drop. Rachel's was paralyzed with fear. The only people who had known about Rachel and Santana's relationship was Kurt and Adam. Oh, and Brittany.

"Wanky." Puck muttered.

Rachel got up from her seat and ran off into a different room. Quinn turned her head towards Santana. "Do you always have to be such a bitch? No wonder Brittany didn't want to get back together with you." She followed Rachel, along with Mercedes and Kurt.

Santana shrugged and looked at Puck, and then back at Mr and Mr Berry. "Well, I think it's about time I was gone. It's been lovely, thank you." She smiled.

Rachel sat in her old bedroom, she was shuffling through song books and rooting through her star stickers. There was a whole basket full of star stickers.

"Hey, you okay?"

Rachel's head turned and saw Quinn leaning against the door frame. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just a little embarrassed. New Yorks changed me, too much. My old room is reminding me of who I used to be.. Now I'm glad that I'm taking time out of NYADA."

Quinn smirked and walked closer to Rachel. She noticed some pictures on a bulletin board. There was a picture of Rachel, Santana, Quinn and Mercedes tacked to it. They were all wearing their Golden New Directions dresses for their first Regionals.

"I was huge," Quinn commented.

They both chuckled. "You were pregnant." Rachel corrected.

"I was still huge. I remember that I craved celery with chocolate on it every night. No wonder I was huge."

Rachel stood there in pretend shock. "But you were eating celery, isn't that healthy?"

Laughs filled the room.

Kurt and Mercedes walked into the room too, and smiled at their two friends. "You weren't reminiscing without us, were you?" Mercedes asked.

Quinn and Rachel grinned. "Course not." Quinn answered.

Mercedes looked at the board too and noticed a picture of Finn and Rachel. "I like this picture." She said, taking it down. She handed it to Rachel.

The brunette grinned at the picture. "I don't want to go back to NYADA." She blurted out. Kurt looked at his best friend in shock. Never in a million years would he ever think that Rachel would say that.

"What?" Mercedes spoke when Kurt couldn't get any words out.

"I don't want to go back. I know I said it was my dream, but I can't. Being home, being around my friends makes me realize that I don't ever want to go back. I never want to go back." Rachel's lip quivered.

Quinn put her arm around Rachel's waist. "I miss him." Rachel whispered to the picture. "I miss him so much. It isn't fair. They took him too early. I loved him. Finn, please, come back. I want to wake up and realize that this is all a big dream."

The rest of the friends wrapped their arms around Rachel. She held onto them tightly. There were tears leaving her eyes.

Blaine was holding onto a couple of dress shirts. "I like this one, but will Carmen like it?" He asked Sam, who was laying on the bed.

"I'd prefer no shirt." Sam mumbled.

"Ha." Blaine smiled and turned around. "I'm sorry for keeping you on this dry spell this whole time, but I really don't want to hurt myself. Plus, I know that Tina wouldn't be too happy."

Sam furrowed his brows. "What do you mean? Tina knows about what's going on with you and I."

"Yeah, but aren't you guys dating?"

The blonde laughed. "What?! Tina?! You think I'm dating Tina Cohen Chang? I am not dating Tina."

Blaine let out a sigh of relief. "Thank God. If you were dating Tina, I'd kind of feel bad for you. I love her and everything, but the sexual tension between her and Mike is huge."

"Now can we do something? Since you know Tina and I are definitely not together." Sam asked, grabbing onto Blaine's hands. He brought Blaine closer to him.

They smiled, and Blaine kissed Sam. His arms wrapped around Sam's neck and pushed him closer. Sam wanted this to change.

His lips slowed down, and his tongue found it's way into Blaine's mouth. Blaine's eyes went wide when he realized what Sam had been doing.

He found himself not being able to pull away though. Sam put his hand up and cradled it around Blaine's neck.

Eventually, Blaine lost the ability to breath. He pulled back and took large, deep breaths. Sam had no emotion on his face. Blaine, on the other hand, began to panic. "You.. You should go." Blaine said.

Sam shook his head. "Blaine, I am so sorry."

"Please. I, I need to focus on my audition." Sam frowned and got off of the bed. He opened the door and left the room.

It didn't take long the next day for Ryder to 'bump' into Jake. They couldn't stay away from each other, the laws of nature didn't let them be apart.

Ryder stepped away from Jake, but got pulled back to him. "Don't leave. Please. Talk to me." Ryder frowned. "What happened in there, it was perfect. I know you aren't happy about it, but I am." Jake pleaded.

The taller boy dragged Jake out of the hallways and into another room. They both stared at each other, silently, until Ryder decided to speak up.

"It was one of the best kisses in my life," Ryder started. "But this won't work, this can't work. You're with Marley again. I can't be in your life."

Jake's face fell. "Ryder,"

"Not romantically, at least."

If having to deal with the fact that they couldn't be together wasn't painful enough, what Jake said next broke Ryder's heart. "If we can't be together like that, then I don't want to be together at all. Not romantically, not friends, nothing. If you see me in the hallways, please pretend like we don't know each other." Jake stepped away from Ryder and tried to leave the room.

"Wait!" Ryder said.

Jake bit his lip. "What?"

"Are you gonna break up with Marley?"

"Of course." Jake shook his head yes.

Ryder sighed and moved closer towards Jake. "I want you to want me, Jake. If you break up with her, great. But I think we'd need to wait a little bit."

"Wait for what?! I know that I'm crazy about you, I know that it isn't going to change. I don't need to wait any longer, and I don't need to time to figure this out. I love you."

Jake pressed his lips up against Ryder's. He got pushed away though. "I can't do this.. Not until you break up with Marley."

Ryder left Jake in the empty room, so he could think about what would happen between them. This thing between them was getting stronger, and he needed to find out if it was really serious or not.

And if Jake broke up with Marley for Ryder, than he had his answer. If not, Jake isn't truly serious about their relationship.

He just really wished that his life wasn't that difficult and confusing.

That day in Glee Club, all of the graduates had returned to the choir room. A few people were ignoring them all though, for some reason. Like Sam, he wasn't speaking to Puck for unknown reasons.

That went for Kitty and Macy as well.

Will didn't have a clue as to why they weren't speaking, and it wasn't any different for the graduates. Puck decided that he'd go and speak to Sam about why they weren't speaking and why he was giving Puck the silent treatment.

"Bro, what's with you today?" Puck asked Sam, grabbing onto his arm.

"Because I don't want things to be awkward. You know what I told you the other night, and now I can't stop thinking about it."

Puck shook his head. "No, I don't. I can't remember anything that happened the other night. I woke up wearing an Elvis costume, bro. Stuff went on that I don't know about."

Relief spread across Sam's face, as if he just got out of a really huge debt. "Well, good. If you don't remember, I'm not telling you." Sam went to sit back down in his spot, but instead, he got dragged into the hallway.

"You're telling me, and you're telling me now. Unless you want Puckasaraus to go beat down on your ass."

The fear in Sam's eyes was clearly evident that it shocked Puck. "You're scared, aren't you? Scared to admit what's going on. I'm one of your best friends, bro. You can tell me anything." His hands went onto Sam's shoulders.

Sam started to weep in Puck's arms. "I wish this never happened. I'm so scared, Puck. I'm so scared."

The floodgates opened and his sobbing became louder. It got Tina and Blaine's attention, so they both ran out and saw Puck holding onto a hysterical Sam.

"I don't know what's going on," Puck said to them.

Blaine and Tina both took Sam away from Puck. "I'll tell you later, Noah. Go back in there and tell them that Sam is okay. They were worried." Tina said.

Sam grabbed tightly onto Blaine. "I think we need to talk, Sam." Blaine said, softly into Sam's ear.

Tina watched as both boys walked down the hallway, Sam was sniffling. "Tina, come with me. I don't think I can handle this by myself." Blaine pleaded.

His best Asian agreed, and they all walked down the hallways towards the Auditorium. When they arrived, Blaine helped Sam up onto the stage. The boys sat at the piano, and Tina sat in the chairs from the crowd.

[SAY YOU'LL BE THERE- SPICE GIRLS]

[PERFORMED BY QUINN FABRAY, RACHEL BERRY and backups by KITTY WILDE]

Quinn and Rachel sat in front of their peers, ever since the night before during their little talk, they knew that they'd have to be closer to each other.

QUINN- Say you'll be there. I'm giving you everything, all that joy can bring this I swear. Last time that we had this conversation I decided we should be friends. Yeah,

Sam explained things to Blaine, about why he was acting weird lately, why he was crying, and what was up with that kiss from earlier. Tears were going down his cheeks, and Blaine was sitting beside him, taking all this information in.

RACHEL- But now we're going round in circles, tell me will this deja vu never end? Oh.

BOTH- Now you tell me that you've fallen in love, well I never ever thought that would be. This time you gotta take it easy throwing far too much emotions at me, but any fool can see they're falling, I gotta make you understand.

Kitty and Macy were staring at each other during the song, and Derek could tell there was tension between them.

BOTH- I'm giving you everything all that joy can bring this I swear, and all that I want from you is a promise you will be there. Say you will be there. Wont you sing it with me.

Quinn got up from her stool and went over to Kitty. She took her partners hand and pulled her from the chair she sat on.

The younger version of Quinn took lead from both the girls, and blew everyone away with how well she sang.

KITTY- If you, put two and two together you will see what our friendship is for. If you can't work this equation then I guess I'l have to show you the door. There is no need to say you love me, it would be better left unsaid.

Tears went down Sam's cheeks. His voice was wavering, which concerned Tina. She knew she may have to step in to help Sam get the words out.

ALL- I'm giving you everything, all that joy can bring this I swear. And all that I want from you is a promise you will be there. I'm giving you everything all that joy can bring this I swear, and all that I want from you is a promise you will be there.

The song finished, and Macy locked eyes with Kitty. The young girl ran out of the Choir room. Derek got up from his chair and went after her.

"So, what do you think?" Sam asked, calmly. His tears were wiped away by his hand. Blaine looked at Tina and then back at Sam.

Blaine's teeth bit down on his lower lip. On one hand, he loved Sam, and being with him would be amazing. But, if they got together, who knows what would happen next year? Sam was staying behind, and Blaine was off to New York, it didn't matter if he got into NYADA or not. That was his dream. He wasn't going to give up his dream just for a guy. Even his dream guy.

He had to tell Sam that they couldn't be together. "I have to go practice my song," Blaine said, softly. He glanced back at Tina and then at Sam. His lips pressed down on Sam's forehead.

Blaine ran off the stage. Sam looked over at Tina, who just shrugged. Sam got up from the piano bench and ran off stage to follow Blaine.

Macy set her bag down on the ground after school when she walked into her home. The keys to the house dropped onto the small table beside her. She noticed that the lights were on in her kitchen.

When she walked in, she saw Sue Sylvester chatting with a girl that Macy didn't recognize. She was an older lady, who had graying hair and bright red lipstick. She wore glasses that were resting on her nose.

"Um, hello?"

Sue and the lady looked at her. Sue stood up. "Let me cut right to the chase, this is Edna. She is a worker at a rehabilitation center. I, and Principal Figgins, have been made aware about what you've been doing for the past few weeks. We know about the pills, and considering what happened with you and I, we all decided to get you help."

Macy froze. "Help?"

"Ms Elliots, we have knowledge that you have many people in your life, from what Sue has told me, you have a boyfriend who is on the Football team, and a best friend on the Cheerio's. I know it could be hard to have friends who are in the popular crowd, and it can be stressful. Is this why you started to take those pills? Did you feel like you needed to change?"

Macy tried to make words come out of her mouth, but unfortunately, her mind wouldn't let her. "You do know that this brand of pill was discontinued, due to it not working as well as others, and giving patients terrible symptoms. I've been told that you've had a symptom of feeling dizzy, and even passing out. You're lucky that nothing worse has happened. I don't mean to frighten you, but you could have died."

The young girl looked at Sue and then back at Edna. "There's this girl, her name is Alyssa. She had been shaking my confidence and one day, she gave me those pills." She turned around and went to her bag. She searched through it and took out the diet pills. "These ones." She couldn't bring herself to give the bottle to Edna though. "I thought that if I took enough of these, I could be prettier, more well liked. I tried to stop, I really did. I couldn't do it. Something in my mind was telling me to take more.. If you guys weren't here, I would have.."

She swallowed down air. Her hand went onto her forehead and her eyes sealed shut. "You would have what?" Sue asked, grabbing onto Macy's hand.

"I would've taken them again."

Sue and Edna looked at each other. "You're doing well, so far, sweetie. I know you can do this. It won't be easy to get through it, and I know this won't be easy to hear, but we want to take you out of school. We want you to come to a rehabilitation center for a few weeks, you're not in the right place to get over this. Your parents are well aware of what's going on, and they're paying for the full expense of it. I promise that at this center, we will try to get you okay again."

Edna gently placed a hand onto Macy's shoulder. "What if I don't make it through this. What if I feel good one day, and another day I lose it again. I lose all the work that I did. I'm afraid that I'll fall off the tracks. Can you promise that won't happen?"

Tears fell out of Macy's eyes. "We can't promise anything, but we are going to try our hardest to get you to stop."

Macy's arms latched onto Edna's back. "What about Glee Club? I have Nationals near the end of the year. I don't want to miss that."

Edna looked over at Sue. "Sue informed me about that. If we can get you healthy in that time, or at least better than before, you can return to school for Nationals. You would have to come back every night for a meeting with me and a few other caretakers, and in the summer you will be entered into a full program."

Sue walked to Macy and put her hand on her shoulder. "We'll get you healthy, and get you to Nationals. I know he barely lets any of you know because he's such a terrible teacher who spends too much time on his hair, but he needs you guys. He needs all of you to be healthy."

Macy turned around. "Did Bree tell you about this?" She asked. Sue nodded. "That was an invasion of privacy, and it was something I didn't want anybody to know."

Sue sighed. "I know, but-"

"I'll have to thank her."

Ryder looked around the school, he was searching for Jake. He saw Marley chatting with Brett in the hall, he still had a black eye, but you could barely see it if you didn't look close enough.

Marley gave him a smile and went back to talking with Brett. Ryder sighed and continued to walk. "Wait, Ryder!"

He spun around and saw that the voice came from Brett. "What do you want?"

"I'm sorry about what happened, I really am. It was stupid of me to try and fight Jake when nothing is even going on between you guys. I mean, the only thing that's happened with you is that he was Katie."

Brett chuckled, but Ryder froze in the spot he was standing. Marley laughed and went over to the boys. "Of course nothings happened between Ryder and Jake. Right?"

Ryder bit his lip. "Right?" Marley asked again.

"I'm really sorry, Mar. I actually wanted to stay friends with you, but after the fight between Brett and him, I helped him, and I kissed him."

Marley's eyes drooped in sadness. "Oh. Did, did he kiss you back?"

"No." Ryder lied. "He didn't. I just kissed him, and I know I screwed up Marley, and I'm sorry."

Brett and Marley shared a look. "It's okay, Ryder. You're my friend again, and I knew that Jake and I weren't going to last. So you kissed him, I kissed Jake when you liked him.. No big deal." She smiled and gave him a hug.

Kitty strolled down the hallways, she had her Cheerio's jacket on and her phone was in hand. Derek stopped her abruptly in her pathway. She looked at him. "Move it, butt chin."

"I won't move until you tell me what is going on with you and Macy."

She raised an eyebrow. "Fine. I'll just push you." Her arms pushed Derek out of the way, but he grabbed her. He draped her over his shoulder and ran her down the hallway.

"Derek! LET GO OF ME!" She screamed, slapping at his back, and kicking the air. "Derek! You're such a dick! LET GO OF ME!"

When he finally let her go, it was in the back hallway, where nobody was standing. "What is going on with you guys? You're best friends,"

Kitty sighed. "Lately, she's been pissy, and one night she called me up and just told me she didn't want to be my friend. I don't know what's going on with her, but I thought that it would be better not to ask." Kitty crossed her arms. "I'm surprised she didn't tell you."

"She hasn't been telling me anything, lately. I think we need to talk to her."

"You can talk to her.. I don't think she'll want to see me."

"Yes she does. She loves you, Kitty. Something is going on with her, something is wrong."

Kitty closed her eyes. "Fine." She reopened them. "Fine! We'll corner her or something." Derek grinned.

"Thank you,"

"Don't mention it. If Marcus was freaking out, I'd help you gain him back as a friend too." She smiled.

When the Glee club got together later that day, Blaine and Sam were on different sides of the Glee club room, same with Jake and Ryder, and Macy and Kitty.

"Well, before we start our lesson today, I'd love to give an official welcome to Glee club's newest member, Brett Golders!" Will said, pointing at Brett, who sat with Marley.

"Thank you, thank you." He said as they cheered him on.

Will smiled and looked through his former and present students. "We've reached the time of the week where everybody gets together for the big group song. Starting our big number, let me welcome to the floor, Mike Chang."

Mike stood up from his seat.

[I CANT HELP FALLING IN LOVE WITH YOU- ELVIS PRESLEY]

[PERFORMED BY THE OLD AND NEW NEW DIRECTIONS]

They all stood up when the music started. When Mike started to sing, it brought the New Directions into the auditorium. Will sat in the crowd.

MIKE- Wise men say, only fools rush in, but I can't help falling in love with you.

Mike stared at Tina, who was dancing slowly with Artie. She was on his lap and smiling. Mike frowned and rubbed his hand over his face. Derek and Kitty both shared a glance and then looked at Macy.

KITTY+DEREK- Shall I stay, would it be a sin, if I can't help falling in love with you.

Ryder saw that Sam looked upset, so he went over to him. He put his arm around Sam's shoulders and sang with him.

SYDER- Like a river flows surely to the sea, darling so it goes, some things are meant to be.

Jake looked at Ryder and smiled.

EVERYONE- Take my hand, take my whole life too. For I can't help falling in love with you.

The Glee Club pointed to Brett to let him take the solo.

BRETT- Like a river flows surely to the sea, darling so its goes, some things are meant to be.

He watched sadly as Ryder sang with Jake. Marley looked at them and grabbed onto Brett's hand for comfort.

EVERYONE- Take my hand, take my whole life too, for I can't help falling in love with you. For I can't help falling in love with you.

The music stopped, and when it did, Mike fell onto the ground. Puck ran over to him and kneeled down.

Will was alerted, so he ran up onto the stage. They all checked out Mike. Macy walked over to Derek and grabbed his hand. "Can we talk after school?" She asked, taking a breath.

He looked at her. "Can it be later than that? I have football.."

"Of course."

Mike woke up in the nurses room. Puck was in a chair beside him. "Hey bro, you're finally awake."

"What happened?" Mike asked.

"You passed out in the auditorium. Too many 'roids, dude."

Mike sat up in the bed and put his legs over the side. "I can't believe this is happening.. All I wanted was some extra power for dancing." His hands fell into his palms.

"Roids are crazy. They do crazy things."

Mike started to sob in his seat. "Hey, don't cry. You look like a wimp doing that." He chuckled, but Mike kept on crying.

"I screwed everything up, man. With Tina, with myself.. I screwed it all up. I'm such an idiot." He cried.

Puck stood and sat beside Mike. Without words, he let Mike know that everything would be okay. He grabbed him in a hug and let his friend cry.
