AN: Hi guys! Here is CH. 21. Thank you for all the likes, favorites and views. I'm really trying to do everything I can to make this exciting, and I think this will be one of the more action packed chapters. As usual, I don't own Sonic, Fire Emblem, or Super Smash Brothers. Anything I come up with is my ideas. Enjoy!

Ch. 21:As one plan ends, another begins

It started out like any other day at the Smash Mansion, people getting out of bed and eating breakfast. No one knew what lied ahead for one blue hedgehog. Sonic strolled into the cafeteria, like normal, and sat alone, like normal. Everyone watched him to see what would be going on in his head, but other people were looking at Sonic VERY closely. One group were his former friends, Lucina, Zelda, and Mac who had recently lost trust in their friend due to the fact they believed he had been causing trouble. Another group that had been eyeing him were Ganondorf, Bowser, Bowser JR, and Dark Pit. These four villains had devised the perfect plan to get rid of Sonic once and for all. So far, it had gone spot on what they had pictured, and little did Sonic know that they were in the last stage of their plan to stop the blue hedgehog. The other part to this plan that Ganondorf's group knew about was the shadowy figure that had remained a mystery to this time. All components to this plan were coming together for Sonic's match today. Nobody knew what was going to happen.

After breakfast, Sonic went for a morning to clear his head of everything before his match. All he wanted to do was win the match and go on to the next day. He just hoped he was past all the trouble. Little did he know what he was in store for.

As Sonic was doing his run, both groups that were looking at Sonic during breakfast gathered in the hallway. "So, are you guys aware of the parts you will all play," asked Ganondorf. Everyone nodded in unison. "Good, just be ready when the match starts. This has to work perfectly. Do I make myself clear?" Everyone nodded. At that they dispersed as to not draw suspicion.

It was now time for the match that everyone was waiting for in the arena. Mac was prepped for what he had to do. Sonic was unaware of the plan that was going to be played out. The audience was tense. Everyone wanted to see how this fight would go.

As Sonic was in the locker room, he didn't notice the glove he had put on had a special gadget on it. The gadget that was on was the same device that had been used in the match between Sonic and Ganondorf the year before. Sonic couldn't tell or make out what he was wearing. All he was doing was getting ready to kick some butt. He then strolled out to the arena like every match unaware of the danger he had brought into the arena.

As the announcer named the combatants, in strolled both rivals. Mac went to his place in the ring, as did Sonic. Before the announcer could say anything more, Sonic noticed Ganondorf showed up at the entrance behind Mac. Sonic knew something was up and wanted to warn Mac, but then he noticed Lucina standing next to Ganondorf. At the South entrance, Zelda blocked the entrance. At the opposite entrance from her, Bowser stood there. They are boxing me in. Sonic turned around to see Dark Pit and Bowser Jr. block his way there. Sonic couldn't escape and everyone in the arena knew that. If he tried to run, he would have to fight any of these people, so he just stood there waiting to see what was going down.

Mac walked up to his former friend, looked him in the eye, and bent down to his level. "As a former friend, I was hoping you would be nice to me, and not try to cheat me out of this match. I was wrong," he said to Sonic. Sonic looked confused, "What do you mean, Mac? We have always been friends. I would never do you wrong," he stated. "Ganondorf said you would try to cheat. He was right," he said. He looked at Sonic's glove, the one with the device that Sonic was unaware of, and held it up to the crowd revealing it for everyone to see. Everyone booed loudly at Sonic. Sonic was flabbergasted that he was wearing this weapon the whole time and didn't even know it. He then remembered the device, and the memory of not being able to catch Ganondorf. He knew that Ganondorf did it and was ready to rush him, when he knew that if he did so, it would showcase what kind of person people thought he was. He just stood there and took it. Taking the pain for everyone to see. He had nowhere to run, nowhere to go. Mac put his hand down and walked away. Sonic just looked at the ground, not wanting to see what was going down from here on out.

As Mac walked away, Ganondorf walked towards him with Mac replacing Ganondorf. Ganondorf could only look down in fake disbelief, "Oh, how the mighty have shown their true face. See now, the hero you all wanted at one point is no longer a hero, but a cheater and a coward. He had no way in knowing we would pull this off. It was with my great understanding that I was able to see this ploy coming. Now, here we stand with one loser. You even tried to convince others it was me who did these awful things. I never did such. You planted a gadget on me so that I would look like a cheater. Boy, how the boot fits the one that wears it," sounded the wizard. The crowd laughing at that statement. "Now, with everything coming to the light, I move that Sonic the Hedgehog be disqualified from the tournament and sent back to his homeworld. He should be stripped of future invitations and never have access to the Mansion again," pled the wizard. The suggestion was met with thunderous applause.

Lucina's response to the whole ordeal was the same as her friends. How could Sonic have stooped so low as to fake everything. She just couldn't believe how far he had fallen. Then again, who could believe that Sonic was a hero in his own right. Now, he stood there the loser everyone took him for.

Master Hand appeared in between the two rivals. "My fellow smash fans, as much as we wanted this match to go down, this match has been cancelled. I must ask that Sonic meet me in my office immediately." Everyone booed and cheered at the announcement.

In the office, Sonic just sat there in the chair thinking about the hopelessness he faced. "Sonic, there is overwhelming evidence that supports the fact that you have been cheating since last year. From planting gadgets to setting off bombs. What do you have to say for yourself," said Master Hand reading the charges. Sonic didn't say anything. "I expected more talking, but since there are no testimonies countering the argument, then you leave me no reason…."Master Hand was interrupted, "Wait, I will quit and go home. Send me home. If everyone is convinced I am guilty, then I will go home. You won't have to worry about Sonic the Hedgehog again," confessed the blue rodent. Everyone stood there shocked he would just quit. Master Hand just kept silent, "Fine, I will prepare the portal to your world." Sonic nodded and proceeded to the portal area where he first entered. Everyone watch with shock as Sonic the Hedgehog was led to the exit of the Smash Mansion.

Lucina, Mac, and Zelda were all in relief that they had gotten rid of a menace, but Lucina kept thinking about how close they had grown over time, but then grew further away over time. Lucina couldn't help but shed a tear for her former friend, but was overjoyed that he would be going home and not causing anyone any harm.

For Ganondorf and his crew, they knew that they had struck gold. The convictions against Sonic had stuck, and the plan was played out perfectly. Now, they could plan out the next step to get control of the smash mansion. Victory had come for them, and no one, not even sonic, now stood in their way. All Ganondorf could do was sit there and smile.

The time had come, Sonic stood at the portal waiting to depart. Before he left, he looked back and saw the mansion he had called his home. Now, he was banished to never return to this mansion again. All the friends that turned their back on him. Now, he will go home and be with his friends. There was nothing he could do. The portal opened up to his home world. "So long, Sonic the Hedgehog," said Master Hand. "See ya, M H," said the Hedgehog. He stepped through the portal. It closed behind him, and so Sonic the Hedgehog was cut off from the smash Mansion.

In the basement of the Smash Mansion, the shadowy figure waited for an update from Ganondorf, "Is he gone," it asked. Ganondorf nodded, "We will never see Sonic the Hedgehog again. Now, we can begin our plan to take over the universe," gloated the wizard. He looked at the other three and waited saw the figure, "You all may be wondering who has been helping us all these months. Well, here he is…", they all awaited their new cohort. Out stepped Dr. Eggman, "hello, my name is Dr. Eggman. I am here to assist you all in taking over the Smash Mansion. No one will stand in our way with my tech and with our plan. You will all get what you want. Control over your worlds," he announced. All the villains yelled excitedly. The next step in their plan would start, and no person would stand in their way with the addition of Dr. Eggman to the group.
