It's been a while, hasn't it? As always, remember to review, and as always, this was beta'd by KappasRule.

A little girl shuffled through the dark, ominous hallways of the more secret part of the Ministry of Magic. A soft hissing behind her followed obediently. "Road, we better hurry, Lero." Her pumpkin umbrella whispered.
"Don't worry, Lero." She grinned. "The Earl and baldy can wait. I haven't been in a place like this before, so I'd like to explore!" The snake hissed dangerously behind her. "Oh, Nagini. I can call him whatever I like, all right?"
"Hello?"
Road's face darkened. "We have a guest. Nagini, would you do a favor and say hello?" The snake obliged, and slithered toward the man.
"Harry, are you all right?" Allen asked as soon as they arrived back at Grimmauld Place. Harry paled.
"I'm fine."
In all honesty, Harry wasn't fine. He was thinking about his dream. There was a little girl in it, something he didn't tell Dumbledore. He eyed Allen in the corner of his vision. Perhaps he should tell him?
Harry closed his eyes. He needed to leave. He didn't want anyone else to get hurt. "Tell me." Allen said, awakening Harry from his thoughts. Everyone else had filed away to different rooms. It was just him and Allen.
Harry hesitated. "There was something else in my dream." He lowered his voice, avoiding eye contact. "Something I didn't tell Dumbledore."
"You can tell me though, can't you?" Allen urged.
"There was a girl in my dream. Her name was… Road, or something."
Allen paled this time. "What was she saying?"
"She was talking to an umbrella, then she ordered me… er, I mean, the snake, to kill Mr. Weasley."
"Do you remember anything she said?"
"It was a bit muffled, but I heard Earl and baldy." Harry's face darkened. "Could baldy possibly mean Voldemort?"
"This is bad, Harry. This is terribly bad." Allen said. "The Earl and Voldemort? Those two are, like, the worst team that could possibly happen."
Harry felt even guiltier for not telling Dumbledore. "I'm sorry." He suddenly apologized.
"It's ok, Harry." Allen smiled. "As long as neither the Earl nor Voldemort get to you, then my mission will be a success. I should stay here, but, I can't. I have a class to teach…" Allen turned away from Harry. "Harry," He started. "Do you about Noah? And Noah's Ark?"
"Vaguely, why?"
"That girl that you saw, Harry, is from the family of Noah." Allen explained. "That's about all I can really say. Why don't we go to bed now, Harry?"
With that, Allen left a very confused Harry. "It's been a long day." Allen added while turning a corner.
"That's not the way to the stairs, professor." Harry stated, and immediately, Allen turned the other direction.
"I knew that!" Timcanpy immediately followed Allen.
Another few days passed. They were at Hogwarts, and a snowstorm blew outside. "Hey! Get…get back here!" Allen yelled as he darted through the halls, chasing an orange, tubby animal.
Students did their best to get out of the young professor's way. He tumbled down a flight of stairs, but eventually was able to catch the cat. "Ugh… Tim…" The cat had already swallowed the poor golem. "Well, looks like you are staying with me a while." The cat meowed at him, and he put it on his shoulders.
Somehow he made it back to his office just before his class started. "Ah, perfect!"
A certain bushy-haired girl stared disbelievingly at him. "Crookshanks?!"
Allen raised an eyebrow, but followed her gaze to the cat. "So, that's your name, eh?"
"Professor, why do you have my cat?" She asked desperately.
"Well, this silly animal swallowed my golem, so I am going to keep him awhile, if that's all right." He explained, lifting that cat and showing the class. Hermione's face turned red, and she looked to her book in embarrassment. "Now, where were we?" Allen pondered, holding on to the cat with one arm.
A class passed, and another, and then Allen was done for the day. He had recovered Timcanpy and decided to return the cat to Hermione. By then, it was night, and he was making his way through the hallways to the Gryffindor Common room, when he heard an alarming wail. Quickly, he made his way toward the direction of that sound.
Eventually he found himself in a crowd of students at the entry hall. Allen made his way through the crowd, and he saw Trelawney and Umbridge. "You cannot sack me!" Trelawney wailed.
"I can do whatever I wish!" Umbridge shot back, and Allen immediately stiffened, clutching onto the cat tighter.
"This is my home!"
Umbridge grinned evilly. "Not anymore." Umbridge pointed a stubby finger at the door.
"Now remove yourself from this castle!"
Allen stood shocked. Honestly, he has no idea what Trelawney could possibly have done to deserve this. Maybe she told Umbridge something about her future, and that made her upset. Allen doubted that though. "She will not be leaving." Dumbledore stated. The crowd departed for him as he made his way through.
"I have authority, headmaster!" Umbridge demanded.
"Oh, I agree with you, Miss Umbridge. You do have the power to dismiss my teachers. However…" He glanced at Trelawney, who was beaming at him through her tears. Allen pitied the poor woman. "You cannot send them from this castle. That is still my decision. Professor Trelawney will remain here."
Umbridge turned to Dumbledore, fuming. "And what of new quarters when I appoint a new teacher?"
"Happily, that will not be necessary. I have found a good successor for good Professor Trelawney already. As you know, the Ministry can only appoint new teachers if I can't find one. I think you will find him suitable enough."
Allen stared unblinking. The great, oaken doors opened to reveal an ebony-skinned centaur, the first centaur Allen has ever seen in his life. He couldn't help but awe at it. "This is Firenze."
Umbridge stood disbelievingly, but stormed off. The crowd dispersed, and Allen heard a familiar voice in the crowd. "Professor?"
"Yes, Harry?" Allen asked, shifting the position of Crookshanks.
"Er, what are you doing with Hermione's cat?"
"I was going to return it to her, but then I heard a noise, and came here." Allen shrugged,
Harry blinked. "Oh, could you give it back to her for me? I'm sure she's worried about him." Allen gave Harry the cat back, and he fumbled with it a little. "How are your Occulence lessons going?"
"Oh, I just had my first one today, they're…. er…."
"It's ok if you don't want to talk about it." Allen said, turning on his heel. "Anyway, I'll see you at class tomorrow, Harry."
