Hey everyone! im back! really sorry i havent written in a while. ive been a little uninspired since they havent made any new episodes for such a long time, but now that theyre back! woooo! haha also ive been preoccupied in watching the walking dead, i just started it and im already caught up haha so now im back and ready to write some more awesome ninja turtle stuff! also for this chapter im hoping to make it pretty long and im going to be lightly basing it off of the episode slash and destroy. i havent done this yet, but this is about where my story is, so i wanna try basing a chapter after an episode and see how you all feel about it, let me know if it was a bad idea =/ or a good one haha. thanks for reading!
The day started off with me and Leo watching Mikey play Phomic Robo-X. Mikey ended up losing and I went to go sit on the couch, when Raph came out of his room mad about some magazine.
"Mikey! You got pizza stains all over my collection of modern ninja magazines! They're ruined!" Raph yelled at his brother. I laid down listening to the brothers fight. I sighed, when all of a sudden everything started exploding! I looked up to see what was happening. I barely dodged one of the blasts when I noticed one was headed for Spike, I gasped as Raph dived for him.
"Wow, I did not see that one coming." Donnie coughed.
I put out a small fire as a saw Raph carrying a canister a mutagen. "I'm holding this for safe keeping." He yelled.
"Hmm he seem mad." I said as he went back in his room.
"You think.." Leo said sarcastically. I raised an eyebrow at him.
I helped clean up Donnie's mess while Raph complained some more. I just sighed understanding why he's upset.
"I feel terrible. It's my fault Raph's mad." Donnie said sitting down.
"It's not you Donnie, well it's partly you, Raph just has to work on his insanely bad temper." Leo commented.
"Maybe he should switch to decaffeinated pizza?" Mikey asked.
"I don't think reptiles should be eating pizza at all...and I don't think pizza is...caffeinated..." I said not sure if he even knows what caffeine is. Donnie's mutagen tracker started going off.
"I'll get Raph." Leo said.
"Better you than me." Mikey added.
Leo went to his room then came back without Raph. "What happened?" I asked.
"He said he's gunna catch up with us." Leo said rolling his eyes. I just shrugged.
"Alright, let's do it." I said getting up and following the boys out of our home.
Donnie led the way. "We've got mutagen close by, just on the other side." He said as we jumped from building to building looking for the mutagen.
"Ooze jar in full effect." Mikey yelled.
"Sweet. Let's grab it and bag it, looks like we didn't need Raph after all." Leo said ready to get the mutagen and go home. "Hold up." He said noticing a pizza guy grabbing it. He flung a grappling hook so he could get it without someone noticing him when he ran into Raph and completely missed the mutagen.
"Wow that sucks." I said.
"Ughh are they gunna argue all night? The mutagen's getting away!" Donnie complained.
"Dude! I can totally see Raph's forehead veins bulging from here! Check it out! His heads gunna pop!" Mikey laughed.
"Hahaha you're right Mikey, I hope Leo doesn't get any on him hahaha." I laughed with him. "Right Donnie? Haha." I looked behind me to see Donnie was missing. "Donnie?" I scratched my head.
"Where'd he go?" Mikey asked.
"Good question. Hmm, maybe by Raph?" I said.
"Well let's go ask him." Mikey said shrugging as we went off to find Raph. We got to the next building when I saw this huge looming creature that Mike just passed up like no big deal. I stopped in my tracks, too terrified to move. They were saying something. I'm not sure what...I was too scared to realize what was going on. Then this big scary creature stared attacking Mikey! All I could do was gasp and clutched my sickle hard, yet still unable to move out of fear. Raph pushed his so he wouldn't hurt Mikey anymore. He slid closer to me and I just looked at Raph then this monster.
"Remember you." It said to me. "It's not nice to lead someone on." I started breathing harder and harder as it got closer to me. Raph ran at it pushing him further away from me. I ran toward Mikey as soon as I could move and it charged at us. Raph threw a smoke bomb at it and grabbed me and Mikey. Raph ran off as fast as he could before setting us down.
"You guys ok?" Raph asked. Mikey nodded his head.
"W-what wwwaas that...?" I asked trembling.
"It was, Spike." He said a little afraid of his old friends new personality. My jaw dropped.
"Come on we gotta find Donnie." Mikey said running off.
"R-right." I said following.
"There he is! Donnie!" Mikey said pointing.
We grabbed Donnie and went to find cover. I helped Raph tie off Donnie's sprained arm while Mikey stood watch.
"Here bite down on this." Raph said as he shoved his sai handle in his mouth.
"Uhh Raph. Mikey's missing." I pointed out.
"What! Here stay with Donnie." He said as he ran off to find Mikey.
"Sure thing..." I said him already being gone. "I didn't wanna go near that thing anyway." I said sighing.
"He got really big." Donnie said.
Mikey crawled his way back to us. "Slash is back, Raph's in trouble!" He said no longer wearing his mask. I'm guessing Slash must have taken it since Donnie's is missing as well.
"Raph's fighting him?" Donnie asked.
"Not really fighting, more like getting stomped into green goo. Come on!" Mikey yelled running toward them.
"Raph is going to need help." Donnie said looking at me.
"What?! Are you kidding!? Th-that thing, I just can't." I said frantically.
"Are you that scared?" Donnie asked. I just shuddered at the thought of seeing Slash again. "Kira, you gotta face your fear, Raph is going to need us." He said getting up and running after Mikey. I hesitated, but ended up following.
Slash was about to land a final blow onto Raph when Mikey and Donnie jumped onto him. He dropped Raph and flung Mikey and Donnie off his arms.
I went over to Raph. "Are you ok?" I asked worried.
"Slash, you see that's what real friends do, they stand up for each other. I'd rather be like my brothers than you any day." Raph said getting up. At this point I felt lame. Donnie and Mikey were getting their butts kicked while I just stood there too stupid to actually move, but that's not the worst part. Raph ran at him ready to land a kick when Slash moved out of the way enough to get past him and grab me. I just gasped as I felt his giant hands wrap around me and swing me against a wall. I practically bounced off the wall and fell to the ground. It didn't really hurt, at first. After about a minute I was in a lot of pain. He picked me up again.
"What's wrong Raph. Can't let this one go either? You said you'd stand with your brothers, but she's different. She's a human. You told me you kinda liked her. Didn't you? You also said humans will never understand you. Us. She could never like you. Not the way you want her to. Why do you care about something that's just going to hold you back? Huh?" Slash said to him. My head was getting kinda fuzzy and I wasn't completely understanding everything he was saying.
"Let her go!" Raph growled.
"Why? She's not important. She will just end up hurting you. Just like your brothers. They're only going to hold you back. A human will never like you. She pretends to care about you, but you and I both know the only reason she tolerates you is because she has no other choice. So why not dump her here, right now. Get it over with. You'll never have to see her lying face again." Slash said.
"Because I care about her." Raph said running at him. Slash ended up throwing me over an edge. Lucky for me Mikey was paying attention to what was going on and grabbed me.
"Ohhhh man, are you ok?" He asked one hand on a fire escape the other holding my arm.
"I...Yeah..." I mumbled. He pulled me up and got me over the ledge I was thrown over. I just laid on the building top looking at the night sky still in a daze. Next thing I knew Leo was there and Slash was gone. "What's going on?" I asked sitting up.
"Slash is gone." Raph said.
"Thank God." I said sighing. "Oh I mean, uhh I'm sorry for your loss. I'm just, so terrified by him. I'm sorry." I apologized.
"It's ok." He said. "I understand, he turned into a monster." He said in a miserable tone.
I frowned. "Let's get back home." Leo said grabbing the mutagen he had gotten from a little girl.
"Right." Raph said looking off into the distance. I walked over to him.
"Come on Raph." I said putting my hand on his shoulder.
So I hope you liked my new chapter, even if it wasnt completely original. I just thought it was an important episode since Spike will no longer be around anymore. I might do something with the Casey Jones episode too since its introducing a new important character lol but i hope it was as good as i wanted it to be hahah thanks for reading!
