He had heard that Sasuke was falling out of favor of Naruto and soon the rest of the general Shinobi population within Konoha but this is something he never personally expected. Thankfully any of those thoughts were put to rest for good once Naruto cleared his throat.

"Yes and no." Naruto started and everyone knew that phrase was something that meant it was close and yet wrong. Shibi, like all members of his clan, has his eyes obscured by dark glasses which feature a single tassel hanging down from one-side. He has very spiky short black hair and a moustache.
