Chapter 21:The Seal Masters, The Uzumaki Clan!
Naruto's eyes widened in excitement and he asked: "What kind of mission is it Tsunade?" Tsunade looked down, closed her eyes, sighed, and said: "Naruto, Hinata, your mission is to collect as much information as you can on the Akatsuki and rally up with Jiraiya in a place called Zenzaku Town." Naruto smiled and asked curiously: "Where is this Zenzaku Town?"
Tsunade unfolded a map and marked an A point and a B point, the A point was their starting point the hidden leaf village, and their B point was their destination, Zenzaku Town, Tsunade folded the map back up and handed it to Hinata, she smiled and turned to Naruto and says: "You and Hinata are assigned to leave the village tomorrow morning, oh and Naruto don't forget to grab your clan's book I'm sure you could find it useful in your mastery of the Uzaraghan, oh and Naruto? Good luck.."
Naruto nodded to gesture he understood and walked out Tsunade's office door with Hinata, they began walking toward Naruto's house and after a minute of silence Naruto said: "So Hinata how have you been?" Hinata giggled with a blush on her face and said: "I'm fine Naruto-kun why do you ask?" Naruto grinned slyly and said: "Just curious..."
As he finished these words a mischievous smile went across his face, a moment later something important struck Hinata, she had forgot to go home and pack, Hinata blushed as she remembered and said to Naruto: "Oh Naruto I just remembered I need to go home and pack, but I promise I'll meet you back at your house tonight okay?" And with those words and a swift kiss on the lips Hinata ran back in the direction of the Hyuuga Estate.
Naruto was a little disappointed but at the same time it gave him some time to follow Tsunade's advice and take another read in his Clan's Seal Book.
He walked into his apartment and closed the door behind him, leaving it unlocked for Hinata, he walks into his bedroom and pulls his clan's book out from under the bed, he opened the book and instead of a holographic language the book just became plain text: Uzumaki Clan - The Seal Masters, the Uzumaki clan was famous for their seal forming and seal release techniques, their seal making techniques were performed with lightning speed hand signs that not even the more famous clans the Uchihas or Hyuugas could ever hope to copy or master, their most famous seal was the forbidden Jutsu Demon's Seal, which is a technique who's successor was the Reaper Seal Jutsu perfected by the Third Hokage of the village hidden in the leaves.
The information took a minute to absorb then something important struck him, the dark seal release that he learned from his shadow demon was one of the seal release techniques his clan was famous for, that was why he could do it as easy if he's been doing it for years... After a minute of thought she continued to read, he read chapters and chapters of charts that displayed different seal and seal release Jutsus, he activated his Uzaraghan on reflex and felt like his bloodline limit took a picture of the seals on the book, he gained all the knowledge of his clan without even training... Now all he needed to do was train to use it to his advantage.
He read and memorized with his bloodline limit chapters and chapters of nothing but seal Jutsus and seal release Jutsus, after he was about halfway into the Jutsu index he felt like he was going to collapse, he deactivated his Uzaraghan immediately as he sighed and said: "I guess my Uzaraghan took a toll on even my chakra level when I memorized those Jutsus." He smiled and activated the Nine Tailed Fox's chakra and with lightning speed of flipping the pages and memorizing countless Jutsu that could be very important to him with his training of the mastery of the Uzaraghan.
He slid his book into his backpack as he filled it with the necessities for their mission: Food(Ramen), water, map, ninja weapons, all his Konoha seals for his weapons, matches, medicine and a sleeping roll for when they went camping. He took a long shower then lied down on his bed and rested, there was so much on his mind he almost forgot Hinata was going to come over later...
Naruto closed his eyes and lied his head against his rather comfortable pillow and started to drift off, fifteen to twenty minutes later he heard the door open and close, he didn't become alert and active because he immediately sensed her chakra, if she were an enemy or imposter they couldn't copy the feel of Hinata's gentle life force that was one of the qualities about her Naruto adored. He was half asleep when Hinata slid into bed with him and wrapped her arms around him and whispers: "I missed you Naruto-kun..." Naruto grinned and said: "You were only gone for a few hours." Hinata blushed and pouted as she said: "I know I just like to be with you..."
Naruto smiled and gave her a deep passionate kiss as he held her and said: "I know exactly how you feel Hinata I feel the same way when I'm with you, I feel lighter, happier, like I can truly be myself around you, like I can do anything in the world... I know it sounds silly bu-" but he was cut off by Hinata hugging him hard, after a minute she finally spoke: "That's not silly at all Naruto-kun..." With Hinata by his side and the knowledge of his clan on him he felt safe and reassured about the mission ahead, but all of that and more couldn't have prepared him for what lies ahead of him...
